OCWFed Enforces "No Contact" Clause Between Women's Champion Deborah Soto and EMP

    September 28, 2024 — New York, NY

OCWFed CEO and Owner Jaysin Clinton Sensation has officially announced the implementation of a "No Contact" clause between OCW Women's World Champion Deborah Soto and her latest rival, Kumiko Sensation (née Tanaka), known professionally as "EMP" or "Empress". The decision comes following weeks of mounting tensions and violent altercations between the two competitors.

What began as a dispute over Deborah's influence on her Summercide opponent Shianne Lovelace—whom EMP believed needed her guidance—has spiraled into a vicious dispute. At Summercide in Barcelona, EMP interrupted Deborah's championship celebration to make her intentions clear, and shortly after, brutally assaulted Deborah alongside her enforcer Junko Jiirota. The attack left Deborah with a shattered orbital bone, severe swelling, and significant damage to her eye.

In a shocking turn of events, Deborah returned two weeks later with a vengeance, targeting all of EMP’s associates, including violent attacks on both Kameyo Hada and Junko. Deborah concluded her attack by assaulting and eventually smashing EMP in the head with a sledgehammer, leaving the challenger bloodied and further escalating the feud.

“Both of these women have already proven they’ll go to any length to destroy each other,” said CEO Jaysin Clinton Sensation. “This situation is only going to escalate if I don’t step in and take action.”

Effective immediately, a "No Contact" clause has been instituted between Deborah and EMP. Under this clause, neither competitor is allowed to initiate physical contact with the other until their planned championship match at OCWFed’s upcoming pay-per-view event, Hard Target. Violation of this clause by either party will result in severe professional consequences, including the cancellation of their match at Hard Target.

“I understand this needs to be settled, but it has crossed into dangerous territory and puts my entire staff at risk. As much as the fans want to see them face off, we need to ensure it happens in the ring at Hard Target,” Sensation added.

The high-stakes championship match remains one of the most anticipated events of the year, and the "No Contact" clause ensures that both competitors make it to the event without further injury.

OCWFed fans can look forward to Hard Target, set to take place Sunday, October 27th, with more details on the card to be announced soon.
