Stip 1: If Matsuda get's dq'd, HIMSELF counted out, or has outside interference, he is stripped of the Ex title.

Stip 2: If Matsuda pins or submits Cody, then Matsuda gets a shot at the International title.

Stip 3: If Matsuda pins or submits Sean, then Leonheart must choose who gets REMOVED from the KoOCW tournament between Sean or Cody

Stip 4: Incase of a double count out, BOTH stip 1 & 3 are enforced, Matsuda is stripeed, and Leon must choose.

Normal tag rules apply to Cerberus, 1 break-up allowed.
