This was received by the CCW newsroom earlier today::

 

CCW Management:

 

It has become clear that CCW has not honored it's contractual agreements to my client, Brad Bauer. Therefore, my client has no choice but to demand his release from said brand. If the release is not granted, Mr. Bauer will execute his right to discontinue any contractual obligations that he has set forth to CCW due to CCW's failure to meet contractual obligations to Mr. Bauer.

 

Further, my client will uphold scheduled appearences through this week, however, will not perform at any further CCW broadcasts, events, or interviews as technically the contract has already reached expiration. He has agreed to work up to this point via the automatic contract extension period granted in all CCW contractual agreements.

 

Mr. Bauer has also elected to file legal proceedings against one "Gabriel Richards" for misappropriation of Brad Bauer's CCW Contract. My client would also like to announce his free agency to the OCW Brand should they choose to negotiate a fair and mutually beneficial contract.

CCW has not yet generated a response to this. One can only assume that this has something to do with the announcement of a new general manager for the CCW Brand. When we asked Brad Bauer for an interview, he replied

 

"Interview? I'm too miffed to give anybody a second look, much less an interview. Go talk to my agent...and if he can't help you, call my freaking attorney. BRADBauer!!!"
