The Cesar Dojo lights up with a projection of Dragana’s last match against Hurricane Holly Hunter at Summercide; the Dojo’s students are seated around their sensei, watching the last moments of the match.

 

Student: Whoa, that was awesome!

 

Student: That was so quick! I blinked and it was over!

 

Dragana types on her laptop.

 

Speaker: I was simply lucky. Miss Hunter is a strong fighter. It just happened to be my night.

 

Student: So what was that all about at the end?

 

Student: Sensei, I hope you're feeling better!

 

Dragana takes a deep breath before typing once more.

 

Speaker: I blamed myself for what happened to my friends. I did not know how to process it all. Somehow, Miss Hunter knew this. And she knew what would happen if I kept that guilt in my heart.

 

Speaker: Yes, her methods were questionable. I do not know why she chose to help me, but I am forever grateful for what she did. I do know now that my friends would not want me to feel that guilt. 

 

Dragana’s eyes light up.

 

Speaker: I am feeling better. Thank you all for attending today’s lesson. I hope you all enjoy the rest of your day. Remember, keep love in your heart. Always.

 

She closes her laptop and the students take their turns hugging their sensei before leaving. She pulls out a folded up piece of paper from her pocket and unfolds it; the bucket list.

 

She crosses out two items on her bucket list with a pen. The last crossed out item reads:

 

“Forgive Yourself”.
