Stacy Clark was overworked. Her bosses had deemed it necessary to collect more B roll footage and some interviews for OCW promotional materials in the future. But she seriously doubted this was anything more than ruse to ensure her camera crew didn’t catch management in unsavory conditions.

“Who?” Wondered an old man when asked about OCW.

Clark had never been to Las Vegas but she was finding that the casinos were more like nursing homes in the early hours of morning. It was fruitless to ask anywhere here at The MGM, even the high rollers were prone to losing their teeth after winning a big hand.

Clark: This is so stupid.

 

Cameraman: I think you will change your mind in a moment.

 

Stacy wheeled around to look where Steevie was pointing.

Clark: Oh my god.

 

Ashley Blaine was pushing her way through the crowd towards the cashier window. She was carrying a large black bag.

Clark: Let’s go!

 

By the time they made it close, Blaine was already at the window.

Clark: Blaine! Blaine! What are you doing?

 

Blaine turned around and glared: Are you fucking kidding me. Go away.

 

Clark: Blaine, it looks like you struck it big in Vegas, how did you do it?

 

Stacks of cash were being piled into the bag as elderly crowded around watching in awe.

Clark: Blaine, did you win big at Black Jack. I saw you at a table with Danny Watts yesterday, did he pay you to come up to his room?

 

Confused Blaine: What? That was a freaking 100 year old war vet, for christ sake, Clark. Stop being TMZ.

 

Clark: Is it true that you posed nude for---

 

Having collected her money, Blaine begins to walk away. Clark and company follow.

Clark: Blaine! Seriously! If you don’t tell me I’m just gonna make up a story.

 

Blaine looks taken back but eventually grins: Always bet on Valk...unless Valk is fighting Blaine, then bet on Blaine. You think Flojo and Moore can beat Valk? Please...Admittedly Empress worried me a bit, but come on. Only I can beat Valk. And now, excuse me. I have a bar to rebuild.
