Originally reported by Adam Adamson of WhereCulture Wrestling, OCW Star known as "Cort Marshall", whose real name is also Cort Marshall, has been served a notice to appear in court next Friday. Marshall, who reportedly called the Dillinger Enterprises assistant that served the notice a "dickless weasel", declined to comment on the summons after we called his Nokia 3310. Dennis Dillinger, who returned to OCW this past June, has been handling business matters of Dane Xavier, who himself returned to OCW after requesting a full buyout from his Ring of Chaos contract. It is unknown exactly what Dillinger Enterprises is seeking in the civil suit, but it is thought to be a result of the attack levied on Dillinger in the ring last Friday on Turmoil after Dillinger attempted to pay Marshall off.
