[OCWFed.com Exclusive] Harris Turner on his loss to Maxx Edwards at 17th Anniversary

Following the 17th Anniversary pay-per-view, Harris Turner reached out to OCWFed.com with the following comments regarding his feud with Maxx Edwards and loss at the event:

First of all, let me say congratulations to Maxx Edwards. When it comes to our 17th Anniversary match, he was the better man that night. I have no excuses, only lessons I learned first hand that I will use to get better.

When I came to professional wrestling, I never expected to have the experiences I've had. To be in the S-Cup Tournament with champions, icons, you name it. To finish second place was a miracle, a miracle of such a size that I can only pray to be blessed with such a thing ever again.

Another experience I never expected to have was a home invasion. Luckily, my wife and children were not home at the time. Breaking into my home to brutally assault me from behind, an absolutely insane thing. I personally thought that Mr. Edwards would've had more common sense, but I guess not.

So let me end on this note; as much as I respect Maxx Edwards for his in-ring ability, I have just as much distain for the way he treats people and the way he acts. I would much rather see how a true champion would carry themselves like a Colin Locke or a Sheldon Tremblay.

Rather than press charges for his little stunt, I will wait patiently for our rematch. And trust me, there will be a rematch at some place, at some time. I cannot say I know the outcome, but it will be a different Harris Turner when we meet again.

Thanks to the Dragonfly Foundation, and the fans who supported and continue to support me in this journey. We still have a long way to go.

Wow. You've certainly got a lot more mercy than I could ever muster. I'd have thrown him to the dogs if he broke into my place.
