A joke everyone can take, but if it comes too personal then you gotta say too that person he man your going too far now. Then it should be dealed with in a mature manor. No problems asked. If a guy is an ass like putting himself over other people or breaking fpr he'll get shit on. It's not nice getting shit on, but if it only stays in that thread no problem whatsoever. As long as people give the guy a chance too shape up and don't talk weeks after it after one mistake. What not to do I think was ment as in saying things like hey fucker, shut the fuck up s-bomber (when he only said hi or didn't say anything stupid). I know some people are just joking around others are pissed about someone doing or not doing. If the last is the case just talk too that people in a normal way and don't get negative immidiately just try too think of ways how to make the person change or make barely for you. A you suck and you'll always suck type of way doesn't tell a lot of people what they do wrong in your eyes. Also some people are just not compatible with each other. Best too just be polite too each other when you do meet in a match or on the boards and don't unnecessary encounter each other. That's what I'm getting. If I'm wrong then say so. :p 2k8? I can understand how the harsh attitudes of the Vets can rub a rook the wrong way, but at the same time, we need to rough up the rooks a little from time to time to see which ones will take it and stick around, and which ones will just pack it up and leave. The Steve, Kage, Geo, Double A are all guys who may give a guy teh shit from time to time, but their bad cop attitudes are needed, IMO. (PS this is coming from a former loud mouth rook who got PLENTY of shit heaped upon once I opened my mouth. I desereved it and it made me want to get better so that I could start making these asses shut up. Except for Poison, I really hated him. Fag!)

You're not allowed to show what you really think, but instead you gotta 'act nice' and that to me is crap. If I don't like something, I want the freedom to be able to say exactly what I mean. No ones asking you to change. Everyone is differnt and you like to say what you mean and how you feel which is good in a lot of cases. We all remeber what it was like when we first joined OCW. We didn't get shit from people unless we did something wrong which is fine people need to learn. But being mean to people for no reason is whats wrong and should stop. No one is asking you to change Steve and this was aimed at everyone. Also dunno why theres a thumps down on my post, must have clicked something by accident.
