if your a over seas GM you should let people know so we can get stuff in on your time, if not i think its still a bad decission. Unless you get morning submissions in the afternoon, then thats a GMs call

The deadline clearly states on the Riot card 11.59 EST time. so it doesn't matter if I'm a Euro or USA gm.

Anything after that time will not be used.
