Hi We got a bit of news to deal with. 1st and foremost in a few short days OCWFED will reach another milestone that I am sure a few of you have forgotten. On September 19 2008, OCWFED.NET turned 3 years old. And On October 9th 2008 OCWFED will be officially 4 years old. Let that sink in 4 years of madness, mayhem, and bedlam. Its been a hell of a trip both good and bad, but like Ozzy I dont wanna stop. So expect some unexpected, and hell tune into Riot tonight to find out more. Rankings Its about that time if you have been living under a rock you may have forgotten that OCW holds quarterly rankings of its wrestlers. Our Last ranking session is located here Rankings for June 30th 2008 I do not have a specific ETA but know it is coming soon. Hall of Fame Our Hall of fame this year will be bigger and better than last year. The Candidates are in the process of selection. New Game As you know in a few weeks Smackdown vs Raw 2009 will hit shelves and the disenfranchised masses will clamor to pick up this years newest iteration. As always OCWFED.NET WILL BE MIGRATING TO THE NEWER PLATFORM. I debated holding a poll like we did with 2007-2008 but to be frank not this year. Create a finisher alone is reason to switch. New Season Our last Smackdown vs Raw 2008 Pay Per View will be Chill Faktor which will take place on Sunday December 19th 2008. Followed by 2 weeks of vacation for all of OCWFED.NET. OCWFED Returns January 3rd 2009, we will be using the New Engine at this point. This allows OCWFED.NET to. FPR to test the engine and make any modifications if needed. CAW to test and balance if needed. Low Income Gamers time to save and purchase New or Used Copies. Players time to level there CAWS to the required level. Wrestlers time to learn the in's and out's of the new engine.New Mandates In January we will be implementing a more uniform methodology when submitting matches. We will require everyone who submits content for shows to use this method as well as the MORRISON METHOD. Those who do not will not have there content showcased. Do not worry thou its pretty painless and within 1 go round everyone who PAYS ATTENTION, will catch on easily. New Server Over the winter months I will be looking into getting another server for the hosting of our content. This will run me a few more bucks a month. I will find some happy medium to compensate. Which means either advertisements or a monthly service donation bar or something. New Faces Hopefully by January if not sooner I can step aside as General Manager of Riot. I will be looking for a replacement, now before people start sending me resumes know that I will be looking for you. I appreciate people volunteering but those that know, understand that General Manager is a taxing, thankless job, that requires trust on my end and if you know me you know I trust no one period. So do not bother asking me. The simple fact remains that people will volunteer realize after they get the title, its nothing more than allot of work, then either half ass the shows, cut corners, or find some way to weasel out of it. And we just don't have time for you to test the waters. So know and understand that factoid in regards to General Management. Cull The Weak I have not had time but I will be removing disabling accounts for people who are not active in this community. Call it hardcore, call it nerd rage the simple fact is OCWFED is a community if you do not want to be a living contributing member that is fine you will lose the privilege ( yea I said it) of being a part of this community. This also goes for wrestlers some of you need to realize this is a giant community and we don't book everyone. If you are not getting booked you need to either Roleplay on some shows so people notice you. This does not mean drop 1 RP and sit on your ass then complain you are not getting booked. This means CONSISTENCY. Make us care about you and you will be booked, if not happy trails partner. New Look Mark this as maybe, I am pretty much tired of this wide ass display. I like the black and greenish look but I really miss the narrow fixed display OCW used to have look for a possible return in the future. Page 3 movie has been fixed >< I must have dragged the wrong bar or something when I was editing my applogies to the 4 me involved. Page 1 also fixed the Downloads worked but the actual Videos themselves had the incorrect link, I had the video link in the plugin section therefore you wouldnt be able to stream. It is fixed now, 1000 applogies.

The experiment is over for the most part, the results I can say are inconclusive. On the plus side we got a few people, on the down side 1 of them was shithead (Banned) the other was Pathetic Pete. All in all we did get allot more names and allot more activity and thats what I wanted. But once again Registration is closed, anyone who missed the boat can still join but it will require the usual channels a VOUCH before your account will be created for you. For those names both purple, white and blue who have recently been added you are still not safe. I will be checking activity if you are not active on the forum your account will be removed. We are an active competitive game based league and we have bigger things to worry about than dead weight. Goodluck
