The general plan I had in another league was to play matches to win and then record a rematch where we plan out spots and talk them through. 2K without commentary can get really boring, so if the action doesn't hold up, it won't help maintain viewers. I don't mind it since it's coming to me rather respectfully instead of "Alex sucks" and leaving me to question my entire existence to figure out what the issue was. It's sort of my job to entertain. After all, what's the point in recording if none of it's worth watching? If keeping things around a certain time helps viewers stay invested, then it's something to aim for so long as my opponent is cool with doing a scripted rematch. Thanks. I honestly think it was okay to talk about the title so long as I didn't immediately challenge the champion. That would be crossing the line, but just mentioning it didn't seem too taboo. Also, although I'm new to OCW, I've been in another league and was there for roughly two years overall. We had it set up in "seasons" so to speak and the site closed down half way through my third season. I missed out on half of the second season since I gave away my xbone to my brother to take to college. The more restrictive rules for playing are what's new to me. Doing promos isn't.

The idea I was trying to put over at the time was that he was going to earn his way to a title match and not play backstage politics and whatnot to get it. I'll keep that in mind for next time. It was just our competitive match, we didn't rerecord a scripted one. How long should matches be for me for future reference? Nine minutes? Alex is somewhere down the middle, so his moveset was built to reflect that. I think it works fine so long as I'm not facing guys too far out of my weight (i.e. Big Show). Then I have to drop the Aksana spinebuster, exploder, etc. for the bout to work. And in regards to the finisher, I think it works since I've seen guys that aren't really big guys use it and it look good. Miz and Sami Zayn are fine examples of this. That aside, another reason I use it is just so I don't accidentally hit a finisher when I don't want to and kill the flow of the match. I also don't like the squatting while preparing a charged finisher. I also don't like lunging at someone before they're even up and missing with my finisher. Stalling is another thing I typically try to avoid as well, which of course isn't an option with a corner finisher since you're locked into the animation and the reversal point will always be the same.

While not all power guys are huge, it's important to note that the End of Days is the signature move of Baron Corbin - who is 6'8" and 275 pounds. I strongly suggest you consider utilizing a different finisher that would flow better given your size. It really just doesn't look right seeing a guy your size. Although Benoit was strong and did utilize some power moves, it should be noted that his finishers didn't involve him flinging his opponent around weightlessly. I can see the avalanche jawbreaker and the rope hung backbreaker/fallaway slam working fine. The End of Days is the only one I really think stands out as a poor decision. Now I'm not going to just go and shoot you down here without suggesting any replacements. After all, finding a finisher that fits is hard. But with your guy, there's a few moves I can see working well for him since he's so similar to Benoit. These are: -Belly to Back Inverted Slam (Similar to Cesaro's Neutralizer, only without the cradle position) -Blue Thunder Bomb -Diving Headbutt 4 or Flying Goat -Paige Turner (It looks a lot better than you'd expect!) -Rolling Fireman's Carry 2 -Suplex Backbreaker Hope I helped you out a bit. A lot of moves are taken, but those aren't if the finishers/signatures thread is up to date.

His predecessors' disrespect and selfish attitudes may have led them to being successful in the business, but to Alex it caused the family to be disgraced. Fischer is synonymous with sinister, and that's something Alex intends on correcting by being the first of his family to take the high road. No foreign objects while the referee is down, no grabbing the tights after rolling people up, no bribing referees, none of that. Alex wants to restore the Fischer family honor, and to do so he's going to be the most clean cut babyface around. But even so, will he be cursed to forever live in the shadow of his more successful father and grandfather?
