Anything said now is way softer than it was 10 hell 5 years ago. We are only trying to mold you into heartless killing machines... Seriously though the OCW way is you will get shit if you mess up. If you do the right thing you might feel like you aren't even being noticed. But you are just keep working at it. Have a thick skin and again assume positive intent and DON'T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONAL! Every match takes forever and even obvious squash matches take at least 10 minutes. Have to skip through so much of the matches, it's so dissapoontong, because you lose all context. There's a reason the most watched videos on pornhub are all about 10 mins long.
