Parker Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 Conrad/tyro was a good match, nice flow to it, and i like conrads moveset,he gave tyro one hell of a close match. Dj/Stax was ok,Dj is controlling his rolling and it shows as he gets hit with quite a lot of moves,a lot of missed high flier attacks, but i liked the match overall, it was better than i expected.IMO this guy has 'random online cheaser' written all over him. I'm glad Dj kicked out of the first finisher as that was cheap as hell. Stax has the gayest finisher possible,it looks like it has been chosen for a quick, easy win..does it even pass as a finisher? Richard Blood's in 07 was a cool looking running knee, this is just silly tho. Mace/AMart was a good match also with silly Valmont messing shit up :) AMart hit a strong grapple on Mace when Mace was targeting Valmont, and a nice finisher reversal by Mace. Mace needs to let his finisher atleast flash up on the screen before hitting it...but overall a good match. http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/5774/sig2uq.jpg 2 x Hardcore Champion (Longest defending OCW champ,19 defences) 1 x NA Champion 1 x Pride Champion 1 x TV Champion 2 x OCW World Heavyweight Champion F.I Winner 2012 MOTN vs Leonheart @ Wrestlution 7 'Don't worry about no one else, hows my hair look' - Tiberius Dupree 'Wipe you ass and go to bed' - Sensation to B17
Tyro Kraven Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 Tyro's Judgement Tyro Kraven vs Kip Conrad My own match. Not gonna comment on it much beside that i really liked the match despite it being played in the middle of the night for me rofl. Actually suprised how well Kip's FPR was and that made it an interesting match. Think he will be a guy to look out for since he's also RPing right from the start, should be good. And i did not hit you with a chair i merely rammed your body into one that convienetly was position in the TB. Kyle Stax vs DJ Chino Im not expecting much from this but suprise me. Alright, right off the bat. Kyle comes out with a somewhat generic looking mask. Not reall sure what the reason for it is but maybe that will be explained. DJ's entrance as energetic as always. And another thing noticed Kyle buffed up and obviously switched to Hvy,correct me if wrong. Kyle starts with a running attack and Chino starts of with a tb whip..*tisk tisk*..why does everyone have that damm Ball in taunt ?! Looks retarted..anyways matche continues and by now i got really anoyed by the music. Both hit a move hear and there not much reversing going on,i notice Kyle stil has his spinning kick from his Lhvy days that dont quite look right anymore, prob forgot to edit. The first finisher, was indeed quite cheap, combine that with your new Marcus Cor Von like body tuning it doesnt look right anymore either. DJ luckly kicks out and also manages to reverse a 2nd finisher, nice! But eventually falls to the running finisher with no setup move. Match Flow: Normal, meaning there wasnt much happening beside a finisher reversal. Moveset Chino : Good, less rolling so thats good Moveset Kyle: Doubtefull. If you're hvy now some moves have to go,your finisher included i hope i dont have to point out why. And if you plan to trade it in for another running finisher atleast use some kinda setup up move. Match Ending: Already discussed ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Match Score: 6.0 Will do the last one tonight, have to work. http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g58/Undertaker1012/281x211.jpg Finishers: "Where is Tyro?!" Marcus Bishop Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 I've never been a lightheavyweight... My stats are the same as they were when I first came to OCW PeeStee just doesn't like me so I don't expect much positvie feed back from him. I don't see anything wrong with my moveset because I based the character on a few of my favorite wrestlers: Keiji Mutoh, Shelton Benjamin, Chris Jericho etc. And I don't see how that first fin was cheap at all because I think I remeber someone telling me that if someone goes for a diving move and they F it up capitalize on it. But o well. I'm not expecting much as far as positive critsim anymore. But I do respect the feedback and appreciate it.

My bad i remember you being less buff but i watched the fpr test we did and u look the same lol. Just because you base your combined moveset on multible existing wrestlers doesnt have to mean it fits. Heck if i take the moves of my favorite wrestler i could do some cool shit but since they all have different styles,it would just end up being a clusterfuck of moves. http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g58/Undertaker1012/281x211.jpg Finishers: "Where is Tyro?!" The Air Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 And I don't see how that first fin was cheap at all because I think I remeber someone telling me that if someone goes for a diving move and they F it up capitalize on it. But o well. I'm not expecting much as far as positive critsim anymore. But I do respect the feedback and appreciate it. Yes, you can go for a running attack if someones messes up a diving attack, but under no cirumstances you can do your running finisher in such a situation. Since a finisher needs too be always counterable. In this case it may have been counterable, but ethics on it was bad, you both just got up you engaged a man who just got back too his feet. The backing off and re-engage "rule" applies. On another note. Kip's sunglasses are supercool! Gotta love the eighties. You got a pair for me left? Chino's attire looks pretty neat. Kudo's for that and for the rolling or lack of it ofcourse. Amart vs Mace was a oh lolz match. I'll begin with Anothony Martin doing his sweet chin music kick or steven kick finisher. You think match is over, but he made a hardcore guy bleed, so mace just stood up, was really like oh lolz, amart made a mistake. Action goes back too Mace as he gains a finisher of the bleeding and wants too big boot Amart who gets out of the way and guess who's standing in the way of that big boot. Yup the ref, oh lolz again, then action goes back with Amart getting another finisher and oh lolz Mace counters. The Mace eventually ends it with his front finisher (really thought and hoped he would end it with the big boot) Tyro vs Kip was a good match that ended in a really dare i say it oh lolz way. Good job guys. Chino vs Stax was the most less entertaining match, but that's what I always have when people only care for the win instead of making a match entertaining, but that's just me. See me as the complete opposite of Bold's playing style. The above is more towards Stax pointed then against Chino though he has had those moments in the past. Anyway golden tip for Stax. Make sure people will like your cas, moveset, playing style and roleplay's then think of the win. A championship or anything else what you want too achieve here in ocw/ccw. I think your a good enough player too achieve that as long as you don't hang yourself up too much on the win only. 2k8? I havent figured out 2k7 yet - Big Joe D I am the First Dutch EX-Champion - The Air I am the First European EX-Champion - The Air I am the First True EX-Champion - The Air Delusional? Not at all! Eddie Mace Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 Off to school so real quick notes I mark the fuck out for Kip Conrad's look, music, gimmick, & gimmicky moveset. Keep an eye on this guy. Tyro's classic as always. Haven't watched the matches yet but will. For the record Amart's match & I was totally real with the ref bump and everything. We just made the best use out of that once Amart sidestepped my boot and the ref ate it. Parker Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 Never remember saying I dont like you Stax,i was just comenting on what I saw on the show, as i only ever remember wrestling you once in DM and i'm sure you never looked like that. Like Tyro said, combining your favourite wrestlers moves doesnt always 'fit' with your wrestler. http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/5774/sig2uq.jpg 2 x Hardcore Champion (Longest defending OCW champ,19 defences) 1 x NA Champion 1 x Pride Champion 1 x TV Champion 2 x OCW World Heavyweight Champion F.I Winner 2012 MOTN vs Leonheart @ Wrestlution 7 'Don't worry about no one else, hows my hair look' - Tiberius Dupree 'Wipe you ass and go to bed' - Sensation to B17
