Wesley Adams Poe Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 I'm assuming it's not me you meant to quote. No I didn't, it's weird though cause now everytime I hit fast reply to write something it quotes the post above mine and brings me to the proper reply to a thread page instead of the quick reply at the bottom of the thread. I edited my post though. fixed grammar mistakes as well. http://www.threadbombing.com/data/media/2/Hooray2.gif 2009 Season: Singles Record:3/2/0 Tag (Including Handicaps):0/0/0 Gimmick Matches:Trip.Threats:0/1/0 Championship Matches: Total:3/3/0 Career Achievements: Dual Champ. Michael Morrison Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 The bottom line is that you can't force people to comment on something they don't feel the need to comment on. If someone watched a show and the only thing that grabbed their attention was the ME, and they comment on it... hey, it's all good, baby. For those frustrated about the lack of comments, I suggest, instead of pointing out how there's a lack of comments or how disappointed you are about it, just lead by example and hopefully more people will comment. Also, give them something to talk about during the shows. If they don't comment, keep bringing your "A" game. Think of it like a party: You show up and realize there are about 10 people, but only 3 are talking. You can either start a conversation and invite more people, or you can point out how much the party sucks and then everybody either gets angry or leaves. Some people need a conversation to be started before they can join in... it's just the way some people are. I also agree with Mayhem when it comes to "ego": you gotta have at least some ego to be here. To paraphrase, "If you don't want to be a champion, you shouldn't be here." That's a little extreme, but you get the idea.
Useless Dane Xavier Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Another round of drinks, on me! So how about that Dane Xavier, eh? Ain't he just freakin awesome? http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g289/jlethridge1/DaneCard.jpg http://wrestlinglol.com/photos/14n34sp.gif
The Guy Fausto Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 "If you don't want to be a champion, you shouldn't be here." Why are you so hateful, Mike? :(

That's a little extreme, but you get the idea. Your points valid you can't make people post, but when theres a constant bitching of inactivity and lack of interest in OCW, this is why, and this is why thats probably not gonna change. As you saw my main point wasn't that people are just talking about them ME, honestly thats how it should be, but my problem lies with the ME not doing shit this week, but getting all the discussion, it's sad, and what you described is ambition and confidence, not ego necesarily as Ego is more a pride, usually described as a undeserved pride in ones self. I supposed you can use it as you have, but thats not the case, I don't think anyone has expressed "I don't want to be a champ." but with that same reasoning you guys have given that is exactly why that booked match should happen everytime, no matter how many times smythe wins. http://www.threadbombing.com/data/media/2/Hooray2.gif 2009 Season: Singles Record:3/2/0 Tag (Including Handicaps):0/0/0 Gimmick Matches:Trip.Threats:0/1/0 Championship Matches: Total:3/3/0 Career Achievements: Dual Champ. Mayhem Posted September 30, 2010 Posted September 30, 2010 What the hell was the point in revealing that might I ask? Surely it should have been saved for a storyline that involved Leon in ANY way shape or form? that part was revealed at the last PPV already bro, when Smythe spilled the beans. It was tied into the story https://t.me/pump_upp
