Now Now Ladies. We can all agree Hazard is a faggot.

The matter at hand, I basically trashed a lot of it, but one suggestion i threw into the ring was the EA MMA's style of submission, where you're controlling your own stamina at the same time as trying to make them tap. Fucked? then you have less time in the hold, giving your opponent an easier time of getting out. You have to play EA MMA to see how it works, but its a simple system that works pretty well. It also offers more "Fairness value" than Mashing a button

No.

If you can't mash the button then my advice would be to stop being a little girl.

I can mash a button, I'm just saying, a controlled technique based system makes it fair for everyone, not just the guy who can mash like a motherfucker

The mashing system is fair.

Because it's not a level playing field.

If your submission stats are better then you don't need to mash as hard. For example. If Pugh had 80 sub and Trevor had 70. Pugh would only need to mash 3/5 of the speed Trevor mashes and he'd cancel out my submission.

Still, I feel a stamina based technique system is preferable to a MASH MASH MASH system. Keep that shit in track and field

If you were to do that they would need two types of submissions. Aggressive and rest.

Because in wrestling submissions are used to REGAIN stamina.

So it kinda makes it confusing.

I like how they have "Resting/Weardown" holds, which do not require you to enter a Submission Struggle animation or worry about accidentally making someone tap, just because you wanted to use a chinlock. I also prefer the "button smashing technique" but I suppose the Analog Stick is a variation of that. However, I did suggest 2 things.

1) Balance to avoid the abuse of Struggle Submissions: If I apply a Struggle Submission on Trevor and he escapes, I feel he should gain a substantial Momentum Boost, while I lose a substantial amount of Momentum. This encourages me to wear-down my opponent (to better my odds of success) instead of just going all Struggle Submission-crazy, in order to sneak-out an easy victory.

2) Visual Guide: Put a freakin' bar that shows how close I am to escaping or tapping. I feel so helpless in Struggle Submissions, because a part of me doesn't even feel like flailing that damn stick really helps me. I want to know if I even had a chance, man. It sucks when you fucking try your hardest, only to tap and then you feel cheated.

As far as other suggestions, mine were pretty close to Jay's and Tevor's, especially when it comes to Two-Reversal Buttons and Submissions. I did have a different take on Finishers though.

- Signatures should not be nearly as strong as finishers. To me, finishers are two things:

1) Two extra strong grapples or

2) Moves which serve as set-ups towards a finisher.

- If I had to choose, I'd go with "Stored Finishers" but I believe you can appease fans of both types.

1) Keep the "Momentum Window". This will satisfy those who want to hit a finisher early or midway through the match.

2) Add the "Sudden Death" system: Once your opponent shows visible damage (legs, head, arms, etc.), you automatically receive ONE Stored Finisher, which you can hit at any time to end the match. This will somewhat appease those who feel finishers should only be hit near the end of matches, and satisfy those who enjoy the "sudden" finishers that come out of nowhere.

Maybe an option to turn-off one of the Finisher Systems.
