Brad Bauer Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 I did this last week, but I'm going to redo it because I remembered a shit load of stuff I left out. like batteries?
Brad Bauer Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 I like how they have "Resting/Weardown" holds, which do not require you to enter a Submission Struggle animation or worry about accidentally making someone tap, just because you wanted to use a chinlock. I also prefer the "button smashing technique" but I suppose the Analog Stick is a variation of that. However, I did suggest 2 things. 1) Balance to avoid the abuse of Struggle Submissions: If I apply a Struggle Submission on Trevor and he escapes, I feel he should gain a substantial Momentum Boost, while I lose a substantial amount of Momentum. This encourages me to wear-down my opponent (to better my odds of success) instead of just going all Struggle Submission-crazy, in order to sneak-out an easy victory. 2) Visual Guide: Put a freakin' bar that shows how close I am to escaping or tapping. I feel so helpless in Struggle Submissions, because a part of me doesn't even feel like flailing that damn stick really helps me. I want to know if I even had a chance, man. It sucks when you fucking try your hardest, only to tap and then you feel cheated. As far as other suggestions, mine were pretty close to Jay's and Tevor's, especially when it comes to Two-Reversal Buttons and Submissions. I did have a different take on Finishers though. - Signatures should not be nearly as strong as finishers. To me, finishers are two things: 1) Two extra strong grapples or 2) Moves which serve as set-ups towards a finisher. - If I had to choose, I'd go with "Stored Finishers" but I believe you can appease fans of both types. 1) Keep the "Momentum Window". This will satisfy those who want to hit a finisher early or midway through the match. 2) Add the "Sudden Death" system: Once your opponent shows visible damage (legs, head, arms, etc.), you automatically receive ONE Stored Finisher, which you can hit at any time to end the match. This will somewhat appease those who feel finishers should only be hit near the end of matches, and satisfy those who enjoy the "sudden" finishers that come out of nowhere. Maybe an option to turn-off one of the Finisher Systems. yeah dude, that's all great and well...is that your wife????? If so...holy jesus. The bounce on those makes me happy.
Michael Morrison Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 yeah dude, that's all great and well...is that your wife????? If so...holy jesus. The bounce on those makes me happy.No... that is not Mrs. Morrison :( Although I consider my wife to be on the "hot" side of the female spectrum; the good lord did not grant her anything bigger than a perky A cup. I, for one, have always been more of an ass-man, and love her boobies... but trying to convince her of that is a task far beyond my capabilities. God help me when she sees my sig, but damnit, I will not let her insecurities, prevent me from enjoying the big things in life. 2
Useless Dane Xavier Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 Can I safely say that Morrison found a way to give us all chub without sounding homo? http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g289/jlethridge1/DaneCard.jpg http://wrestlinglol.com/photos/14n34sp.gif
