  1. Trips Trips Trips, you still mad that you jobbed when you got your shot? :p
  2. Great PPV. I would have liked to have seen more RPs but this was a solid PPV. The Review is forthcoming along with some extra tidbits, I'm going to give this one a few hours to sit in.
  3. Can't watch the p.7 match either.
  4. Inappropriate, faggot.
  5. Yeah, it was just the page 2 match, i refreshed and watched the first vid just fine, p.3 is working great as well.
  6. I'm still having problems viewing videos, I can't watch them as they are, I have to download them. Thing is, I downloaded and watched the first vid just fine, then when I tried to download and watch the second vid, I get an error message.
  7. Nate does a better Cena than Cena himself.
  8. If anything, KD's feud with Xcalibur came to a head this week. His feud has some big buildup and I'm looking forward to a good PPV all around.
  9. The Review: As Jozzy Sees It How did this happen? How have we just let OCW fade away? Have the past 4 years meant anything to you people? At first, I thought it was lack of staff, moderators, etc. But now I see that the people have lost their drive. I've done my part, I've been advertising, I've been helping out the new guys, but I can't do it on my own. People whine and complain about how "OCW is dying" and they mope and sigh in the chatbox about it yet they do nothing to help change what they don't like. That's like a person that knows they have cancer sitting at home letting the cancer loom over them and not going to the hospital and doing something about it, it's like they WANT to die. If you're truly concerned about the state of OCW, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! I refuse to let this great company fade away, but if I'm not going to bust my ass if no one else will. Think back to WrestLution 1, how many of those guys are currently active? Very few. How many new people have joined OCW in the past year or so? Very few. What's my point? The problem is that people come to OCW and they get intimidated, so they don't join. We need to give OCW a more laid back look so that people WILL join. We need to put the word out there that OCW is a fun ass place to go and hang out and kick some ass. We can't put ourselves on a pedistool anymore because quite frankly, we have crashed to the very bottom of the ocean. We the people keep the evolution of the business going. We the people determine the fate of the business. If you want to put life back into the dying arms of OCW, then it is up to YOU to make that happen. Get up off your asses and do something about it if you really care!
  10. Seriously, spread it out a bit GM. I know it's a short show, but it looks lazily put together. Add your personal spice O' Great Regulator. EDIT: For some reason, I cannot watch any of the matches. And along with KD's match, some of my stuff was missing as well. Not sure if Judas submitted our work, but we did have some stuff that added to our feud. What the hell is going on around here?
  11. Ya put th'feeble ol'rockstar ina match wiva monstah naimed Mayhem?? ...SHARON!!
  12. Quick card with Black Sabbath's vocalist booked.
  13. WARNING! If you haven't watched Riot, do not read this review, because it covers every single nook and crany that has come out of brilliant minds of my fellow OCDubbers. What the fuck are you doing on page 5 anyways? Dickwad. ---------- The Review: As Jozzy Sees It The Review returns after a week off! We are a few short days away from End Games, Riot is sure to be chaotic. Who will make a statement tonight, and how? -PAGE 1- The top heel in OCW, the chyamp, is back from his "strike." Interesting how he used OCF in his RP, I never saw that coming and was pretty surprised by it. I think he is underestimating Seth Irving and that could come back to haunt him at End Games. Excellent RP to kick off Riot. Parker vs. Aries: I like both of your attires, especially Parker's shirt. These two guys were evenly matched the whole way through, but the heavyweight always has the advantage. Parker hits The Elbow and goes for the pin. 1, 2, what?? He lets him up! Looked like Aries would take advantage of that mistake and win it, but Parker counters his finisher into a finisher of his own. Don't know if you were trying to prove a point but you certainly did sir. Great match. JOZZY! -PAGE 2- KD getting pumped for his match with Valmont. I'd like to see you include some smack talk about that X guy, but nice RP nonetheless. Amart vs. Vindicator: Glad to see you went back to you Lution music Vin, it's nice to see people are paying attention to these reviews. Another evenly paced match here, and a nice spot about midway through the match with Amart diving out of the ring just as Vin is trying to get back in. Vin was determined not to lose this one but Amart is on fire right now! Good match fellas. I like the controntation between Baxter and Ryder. A lot of creativity in this RP, first with Ryder threatening to retire the EX title, then Ryder making fun of Bax. Seems like the gold has gone to the champions heads in OCW, they don't seem to be taking any challengers seriously, as seen earlier in the show with Leonheart. Very pleased to see Baxter finally getting a run at the EX champ, it's been a long time coming and it's well deserved. Good work gentlemen. Hallows vs. Knox vs. Trance: What's the deal with Trance? He comes out with different music and a different look every week, his tights look like MY old tights. I liked your music and attire when you were EX champ, go back to that kid! EX matches are always fun when there's multiple EX's involved, these guys entertain with big spots every week. Why is the Lion King soundtrack on this match? I remember listening to this as a kid because it was my only CD. Anyways, I lol'd when Knox hit his finisher on Judas and Trance got a piece of it when he tried to do a running ground strike on him. I remember one time in a triple threat, one of the guys was going for the 5 star frog splash and I went for the same thing that Trance did, except I got hit fully by the frogsplash, animation and everything. Quite embarrassing. I'm getting side tracked again, a few finisher reversals later, Knox picks up the victory. Hakuna Matata! Awesome match guys, next week I want to hear the Aladdin sound track. -PAGE 3- Two stong backstage RPs back to back, first from Valmont, building up for his match with Amart at End Games, then from Smythe, building up for... whatever it is he has planned. Only reason I'm not putting a lot of analysis on these two is because they're the same as the backstage RPs from previous weeks. Change it up a bit, add a little spice to it, give me something to talk about. Not saying your backstage RPs are bad, like I said, they were strong. Just give us something of material. KD vs. VV: KD's new entrance attire makes him look more like Smythe, it's better than the entrance attire you had before, but it's just too Smythe-like. KD's been eating his Wheaties, because he puts up a fight like an OCW vet lately. You were a little quick to hit the first sig move which i think you knew, just be careful with that. This was a great match, but KD delivers yet another upset. Every week, I under-estimate you, your opponents under-estimate you, and you prove everyone wrong. You're definitely the fastest rising star in OCW right now, you've got a great storyline going for you with a mystery adviser and a mystery opponent Xcalibur ahead of you. You keep the people watching and it pleases me to see someone go from nothing to something. Great job dude. -PAGE 4- Nate and VFM cancelling their main event tag match with the regulators is good but bad in my book, good for the PPV, but bad because I was a little let down. No matter, End Games is shaping up to be a great PPV. RD Money vs. Malu: Nice work from RD/Malu, it was more about survival than winning for Greatness. Two powerhouses went at it and tore the house down. Then... THE BOSS IS... that's not the boss! Nate lets RD know what's up. Good stuff gents, I know I haven't said a lot about this match but nothing needs to be said, a great piece of work all around. -PAGE 5- Nice RP from Valmont leading to an encounter with Amart. The two of you have the most build to your feud than anyone else going into End Games. The fact that this feud stems from the FI match at Lution is phenomenal and I can't wait for this face-off. Smythe vs. Trips: Uh... nice music Smythe... nice watching a match in fast forward... it was kinda hard to follow, but it looked like a hell of a main event, I just wish the speed hadn't been so high. -SUMMARY- End Games looks good on paper, looks to be a great PPV to follow up our last. Who will step up and claim their spot?
  14. Yeah, it was a dick move on my part, hence the page 2 post where Bold called me Bauer. Do I still think the noob is a deadhead? Sure, but I went too far with what I said. Anyways, glad to see this thread is starting to move in the right direction with show discussion, I'll be posting The Review today.
  15. I did take it a bit too far, I could have been less of a dick.
  16. Now that I reread my post, I feel like a complete asshole. If I were a new guy coming in and that's one of the first posts I see directed at me, I'd have a bad judgment about this place. I can also see coming in as a new user and not knowing to click on a graphic to get to the show or event. I think I originally read his post as a statement of disrespect and just reacted. That's one thing that's hurting OCW is the crap that comes from some people's mouths and I just stooped to those people's level. That's something I'll try to keep myself from doing again. Sorry new guy, and welcome to OCW.
  17. look at the first post, click on the graphic retard. if you're still lost, do what people have been telling me to do for years: put on a gasoline jacket and jump in a fire.
  18. SAVE_US.Recon!
  19. Holy show discussion Batman!
  20. For the record, KD and MMM were having connection problems, so KD did something in place of that match. The following is directed to the lazy ones: What's wrong with you people? I managed to get my match done, get other feud shit done, make a video, REMAKE the video, write SOMEONE ELSES RP, and I have the slowest computer on God's green earth! Fuck the extension Stacey, people know when to get shit in by. C'mon people, UFC hasn't even hit yet, even if it had you can still be getting your stuff done. It's not like you HAVE to be here, you're here because you want to be here. If you don't want to be here, man the fuck up and tell the GM and he wont book you. 50 members visit this site daily and there's no activity or show stuff being submitted? How much sense does that make? This place is supposed to be fun, not work you lazy bums! Maybe I'm speaking out of turn here because of reasons that don't need be mentioned, but it has to be said. We are OCW, Love It Or Leave It.
  21. WARNING! If you haven't watched Riot, do not read this review, because it covers every single nook and crany that has come out of brilliant minds of my fellow OCDubbers. What the fuck are you doing on page 4 anyways? Dickwad. ---------- The Review: As Rox Sees It Last weeks show featured the fallout of OCW's premier PPV, WrestLution. This week, the chaos has come to an abrupt hault as The Regulators have taken back OCW. What will happen now that the chaos is organized? -PAGE 1- The show kicks off with Smythe DaWonder, who seems to be challenging Mr. Adams' Regulators. I'd love to see these faction members face off, my curiosity is definitely with OCW's game-changing stables. K. D'Angelo's mystery man is trying to bring out the best in him every week. I like how the masked vet keeps KD's attention focused on the task at hand while at the same time planning for the future. Seems he's got his priorities in order, take out tonight's opponent Blade, finally get his hands on Ryder, and then find a way to make a statement at the expense of this X guy. Could KD finally be coming into his element? VFM has hired a hitman to take out... someone... perhaps Blade? Family Guy references are always markable, especially when you know them when you see them... or maybe I watch too much TV. K. D'Angelo vs. Blade: Honestly, I expected a squash match with Blade coming out on top, but I was pleasantly surprised to see an evenly paced, top quality match. I think Blade got robbed when he hit KD with his finisher and KD got right up because of that bleed ability, just a case of tough luck for Bladey Boy. I did, however, like that KD didn't hold the pin after hitting a finisher of his own, thus giving Blade a fair chance. Great match gentlemen, congrats KD. Flem does just what a common thug should do, go through someone's stuff to buy a body guard. I hope you know whose stuff you rummaged through though, we all know how the guys get when someone peaks at their personal shit. You should've just left the bottle of 40 in the bag as a thank you of sorts. Hopefully that bodyguard will come through when the person that the bag belongs to comes after you to make you eat teeth. -PAGE 2- Another video plays teasing the debut or return of this X guy. At the end of the video, it says "One day, a king will come, and the sword will rise again." A king? What does this mean?? I always like I-Gen's RPs, they have so much chemistry together. So are you guys still together or what? You throw some funny stuff out there yet the mention of your facion is nowhere to be found. I would like to see I-Gen come back but with the new group of the Regulators, it may be too late for that. Oh well, win those tag belts tonight and hopefully we'll see more RP's with win from you. Omega Dragon vs. Evan "MiniVinnie" Knox (I'm sorry man, you just look too much like Valmont!): Ex action, Evan Bourne move, blurs across my screen, 14567543 finisher reversals. The ex guys show us just why their division is unique in OCW. It seems that the Ex title has been brought back to prestige, there are so many good Ex guys in OCW now, I am truly pleased. Oh, good match fellas. JOZZY! -PAGE 3- Mayhem's getting married!!! I mean... Mayhem's getting married??? Interesting to see what will come of this. Team 3D are at it again... again. That wasn't a typo by the way, 3D stands for Dynamic Dysfunkshunal Duo. Anywho, glad to see Coop finally retire that eye-sore of a title belt... for now. I think deep down inside, he was sick of seeing it himself. At the end of the RP, Air's only line is... well, what Coops nickname and Air's trademark quote is becoming. Big stupid... nevermind. Air-Coop© vs. Deano-Cruz - TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP: This match was rather entertaining. A couple of funny spots in the match to take note of, Air doing a springboard move and hitting the ref, then Coop pressing Deano out of the ring and Deano landing right on top of Air. Good disfunctional tag team moment. Later on, Air is covering Carlos for the pin and Deano pulls the ref out of the ring. Thought is was over when he missed the first time but he timed it right and got it the second time. I like seeing guys breaking up pins in unique ways without always just running in, that grows boring and predictable. Seems it's the same thing every week for the tag champs, Air gets his ass kicked and Coop comes in to save the day. The superheavy and the lightheavy retain as usual. Seth punks out RDizzle. You don't disrespect a vet son! There's going to be hell to pay! Trance vs. Chino vs. Wesley: A lot of nice spots in this match. It's Ex action, so there isn't really a whole lot to say about it It seems like I say the same things every time I watch an Ex match, I.E., it's good to see the ex division heating up, wow these guys are fast, Evan Bourne is everyone's idol, etc. etc. etc. Congrats number one contender Trance, don't win the title again. Kinda confused by the Knox/Ryder RP, first they talk shit about each other then shake hands, agreeing on taking control of the Ex division or something. Guess it's a case of keeping your friends close and your enemies closer. Smart... I think. -PAGE 4- Nice victory speech by Trance. Just a bit of advise on something I've noticed from you. Be careful with your sentence structure, sometimes you include words or prases that aren't appropriate. For instance, "Chris Ryder, in your first defence I beat you last time..." You're pretty much repeating yourself when you include the phrase 'last time.' I understand wanting to put a good amount of information in your RP's, but try to keep your sentences simple. "Chris Ryder, in your first defence I beat you..." would have worked perfectly. Perhaps including those extra words was an accident, but I just thought I'd let you know. Sorry for the Matt Striker moment. Guy Fausto© vs. Vindicator - PRIDE CHAMPIONSHIP: Vin, why'd you go back to the old music? I thought your gimmick was complete with the new music at Lution. Use that one please! This match was dominated by the most ironic superstar in OCW, and let me explain what I mean by ironic. You'd think a guy that was undefeated in the year 2009 would have glamour and presence to back it up, but he doesn't. He's a hobo. Who'da thunk it, that in 2009, OCW would be dominated by a homeless guy? That's all that needs to be said about this match. VFM/Nate RP = GOLDEN. That's what happens when you mix two of OCW's greatest minds. Need I say more? VFM vs. Vincent Valmont: Your attire is growing on me Vinnie, I like your new attitude and your new music. Let's see you keep winning to back it up Mr. Future Investment. I like VFM's wrestling style a lot, I also like how he uses near fall pins to add realism to the match. I honestly thought this match would be more evenly paced, but VFM had something to prove to Vincent and he definitely proved it, and with authoritah! Not a bad match even though it was one sided for the most part. Amart gives us a little history lesson of his journey through OCW with Vinnie V as his friend turned foe. Using history is always a great way to beef up a feud. Only question is, what are you going to do to get VV's attention? How are you going to convince him to accept your challenge? -PAGE 5- Poe and Miss Chambers as a new Business Couple in OCW. I like Poe as a face, he seems to be the type of guy to give comfort to the fans for their own flaws. Adding Miss Chambers to the mix just makes him that much more markable, just have to give her a look that will honor your own. Very interested in seeing where this goes with Mayhem, looks to be something similar to the Kane/Lita marriage. I'm afraid for Miss Chambers. RD Money vs. Seth Irving: I've been looking forward to this main event, this could be a PPV main event on paper. It's OCW's highest paid superstar vs. Mr. Cash Money himself, the original gangster, self-pronounced Greatness, the... match... is over before I can finish hyping it? Did Rodney just job? NO! Leon is here to save the day! Hmm... I don't think I've ever said those words before... he distracts $eth long enough for RD to hit the German Suplex Pin for the win. I think Irv saw the shiny strap and was salivating over it too much to be able to kick out. Leon's RP portion was phenominal, the whole "match" was phenominal. To quote the greatest piece of cinematography art I have ever seen, The Wrestler, "Two words, RE-MATCH." RECAP: Life is good with the new GM in town. No offense to Jay, but the layout of the shows have a lot better ebb and flow to them now with a few minor exceptions (i.e., Amart's RP after VV's match). I think Jay was just getting burnt out on putting shows together. Everyone is doing a great job of storytelling in their RPs and matches and everything ties together quite nicely. Oh, and RD held true to his word, just look at his sig.
  22. C'mon people, discuss! I'm not posting The Review on page 1 or 2, you gotta earn my reviews fuckers!
  23. Thanks nerd.
  24. I've looked around this whole post and haven't seen anything about 12 noon today. I do remember you posting something, possibly in last week's show, about midnight Tuesday, so I submitted all my stuff Tuesday.
  25. Not to worry, it's for the best. Trust me. coughBookme Allergies not getting any better.
