  1. he and bold got suspended 2 weeks for tylering into a finisher, if i remember correctly. so he's saying that should be the punishment for a first fpr offense.
  2. There hasn't been any two week slap on the wrist stuff in a long time.
  3. I don't think the powerful raise show be banned if it is used in the way it was used in that match. He picked him up kicked him and did the finisher. To me atleast that's the same was using the unblockable pick up then toekicking into a finisher. only difference is the raise can be reversed.
  4. Eh Rampage gets you two moves off without reversals. Isn't much to run from although i don't really like the ramage being used for the purpose of saving yourself from a loss. *You can't auto reverse strikes in rampage but you no sell them.*
  5. 3/4 of my quick grapples are also stuns. Mostly because the strategy of most people is to back away constantly so i miss before they attack. So i use one to setup my long grapples instead of strikes. We've gone over it before in 07 just like the use of weapons, highflyer rolling, ground grapples,... ect if you don't string them together they are alright. But If you do like 3 in a row or 1 strike in between two stuns constantly its a little unethical.
  6. Anytime Steve, anytime :)
  7. Actually Steve he did get shit on pretty hard for his first match against Dane.
  8. From my understanding it was ethics initially not to hit a finisher when a person wasn't double red yet. Because I have seen plenty of matches where people have done finishers when someone was just red orange to make them dr. I can remember doing it myself like once or twice. The 2 red rule stated your opponent must be 2 red in order to win the not, not that they had to be 2 red to hit a finisher. Heck majin was known for his WTF DDT's in 06. But the rule now states your opponent must be red orange to attempt a finisher. So it's not ethics anymore it is a rule.
  9. The scene opens inside the home of Nate Ortiz. The room is lit by a grey light of the overcast California sky. Nate is sitting at a desk looking through a photo album. As he flips through the pages of the album but stops at a picture with a caption that reads, “The Legacy Begins”. The picture shows Nate Ortiz receiving the OCWX Unified Championship from Jaysin Sensation at Damnation 05’. Nate looks at the picture and smirks as he thinks to himself… Nate: It’s funny how things begin. I come from a company that was going no where and within my first month the owner of the company calls me down to reside after I had failed to win the World War Tour and hands me the most prestigious title of the time, thrusting me into the for front of the United States division. As much as I want to kill him now I would not have gotten to wear I am were it not for this night. Nate flips more pages, passing images of his Apocalypse matches with Geomon and Recon, the formation of Revolution Inc. with Blade, Versus, and Nick Kage, his one hour Ironman Match with Tyler Ewanchuk and the 2005 Hall of Fame ceremony . He stops turning the pages at the site of a burning Revolution Inc. bar as he walked away. Nate: There were the ups and the downs in the early days. And this was probably my lowest point. Almost 5 months as champion had made me paranoid and I turned my back on my friends and my family to make sure nothing would get in my way of holding on to that belt. I tried to burn Blade, Versus, and Nick alive, ran over Ed’s leg, and even tried to incapacitate Versus by running him off the road. All for naught because I lost the belt the very next month. That is when I took that time to gather myself. Ahh where is it… Nate flips through the album until he comes across a picture of he and Jaysin Sensation shaking hands after Nate’s victory over Geomon to give control of OCW back to Jaysin. Nate: I remember it clearly Jaysin had been attacked earlier in the show and was in no condition to compete, and he had to call on me to save OCW for everyone. I could have never thought that over a year later I would come to regret my decision to come to his aid. He turns through the pages passing his Buried Alive match with Mayhem, and his reunion with Revolution Inc. He stops turning the pages when he comes across a picture of himself and AJ Phoenix before the unification of the OCW and European Championships. Nate: Again I made history the first OCW Champion, now the last European Champion and first World Heavyweight Champion. I took it for granted. Had I known what was to come just two months later… Nate ignores the images of Jaysin kicking him in the face, costing him the World Heavyweight Championship and stops at the image of the wreckage from Majin’s attack at Summercide 07’. Nate: There moments have changed everything for me. I almost had the two things I love most taken from me. My wife and my career. It is these images that have fueled me on my path to vindication. Nate continues to flip through the images stopping at the first blank page he sees. He reaches on his desk and grabs a picture of his stare down of Kage from Riot and places it into the album. Nate: I have done everything there is to do in this business. The only man to challenge what I have done is Kage. My Unified title to his North American title, S Cup Championship to the Hardcore Championship, I won the tag championships against him, he won them against me, OCW Championships to OCW Championships, Wrestler of the Year 06’ to Wrestler of the Year 07’, Hall of Fame to Hall of Fame. This match is the last piece of the puzzle. One match on the biggest stage to put the crown jewel on one man’s legacy. Nate grabs a pen and writes “Legacy’s End” under the picture of himself and Kage. Nate closes the album and places it on his desk. He stands and walks towards a window in the room. He looks to the overcast sky. As the scene fades the sun begins to shine through the clouds.
  10. Don't choke up Bold. St. Ortiz doesn't bless Necromancers...
  11. You can't see me! *Brushes shoulder off* On the show really liked the story progression heading into the big show, Boldust has me laughing well. Enjoyed working with SDW was good stuff.
  12. That should be his next one.
  13. And you can cry if you want to?
  14. good job cross
  15. The match type they chose is what we use for TSW this year sir, Smythe wins.
  16. This is one why I am a fan of this man, even though he is a let down when the title is on the line.
  17. Woo a lot of nice match ups.
  18. On the cross brand stuff, while Rev Inc./SA has people on both shows outside of Versus and Guy the feud has focused on people from the same shows. Gaines and BDTTP is the tag division which is cross brand. I get what your saying but with Wrestlution coming up its the one time of year where IMO where the cross-brand stuff is alright.
  19. I liked the story developments that took place on today's show. Barb and Bold's angle is progressing nicely. Liked the RP from Valmont but we need to see ya win buddy. I thought the attack on Leon could have done without the Fiyaaa!!! Props to DaWonder as well. Class show folks.
  20. Pretty much what if you get a super low score you either got your assed kick or you walked on the line of good eithics.
  21. Its because I'm black, just admit that you are the real racist...
  22. They are supposed to be.
  23. They are legal at 2 Red only, you can also hit a finisher to win at Red Orange.
  24. I thought it was a decent show, wish a few more guys had sent in somthing to progress their stories or start something but what we got was good. I'm a little disappointed that we didn't get to see Mayhem Vs. Smythe was actually looking forward to it. I also have to agree with JT, way to much running, rolling and weapon use. I know HC matches they are supposed to be used but this year the damage is way over the top, hitting a weapon attack has to do atleast 16+ a shot. So it might be a good idea to pick your spots when using them and not just use them to use them. And the ending was meh striking while he's going for that dropkick he's most likely gonna get right back up, didn't need to pick him up for the toe kick then finisher. Ethics people ethics.
  25. That would be me junior...
