Alright I was wondering about when this was going to come up and it happened in a match so I am going to bring it up.

 

KD vs Iceberg

 

Not sure if you're all aware but if you counter a Ground or Ariel finisher, the person who countered doesn't get it but worse than that the person who attempted the finisher keeps it. In this case Berg counters the spear and then gets Black Racked.

 

I know nothing is in the rules yet KD but really this is why people call you cheesy and why we now have to sort something out. I thought you had to land an impact finisher before you could use a sub finisher anyway?

 

THQ strike again for not sorting these bugs out but myself and others will try to come up with something. This doesn't mean we're going to ban Ground and Ariel finishers so you don't need to worry.

 

I just felt I needed to say something about that but so far Riot for a second week is looking good and will post a review in a bit.

 

Edit: Just went over the desk and Jay did mention the impact finisher rule in his Riot review and the desk last week.

Yeah I didnt know this happened but I felt pretty fucking hard done by for a couple of reasons.

 

Pressed Y to hit my finisher...even though I didnt see the option. Sat there going "c'mon to fuck hit the move"....but nope. Good 3 second delay in that match so I felt very hard done by to get black racked right away. Sucks balls. First loss in 5 matches to a sub finisher. Figures.

 

 

Anyway, i'll make a few comments later.

This man comes out to Gucci Mane, with a fisherman and true religions on? Damn im diggin ya outfit. PUGH your attire is illlllll bruh. So far the match is back and forth, no ones getting the upper hand. GIBBS hit the powerbomb through the table perfectly. Now PUGH is getting his ass smacked around like a stripper ass. Now I see why I gotta change my wake u taunt. PUGH you dont give up lol. PUGH some advice for you my brutha, dont run. Everytime you run it backfires. I liked the match alot. Congrats to the winner.

 

BARKER imma have to take that line you said about your uncle.

Just watched the ME again. Was a really good match to watch, right up until the end I couldn't really call it - was pulling for Hazard after he gained the upper hand. When the ring was loaded with weapons, I wanted a big finish, but it was kinda anti-climatic in the sense that nobody got crippled! Favourite match of the show though

I see Pugh as sitting somewhere between a high flyer and a traditional mat wrestler - almost in the AJ Styles role of being able to do both. The high flying is a throwback to a former Pugh (Who weighed less than 200lbs and was a cruiserweight), and I'm interested to see if people think i should change it up. High flyers (also losing streaks) don't get higher up the card, so maybe it's something to look at

 

idk boss, I was the main event tonight ;D maybe just less flippy flips and more of a traditional based high flying moveset. IE: Punk springboard clothesline or RVD Salvate. Less "Flipping" moves I suppose.

I was waiting for Haz to dump Hostile on his face, he had a Fin for like 3-4 minutes before he loss.

 

Don't know what his gameplan was, but when you get the upperhand like u did, u can't hesitate to end it.

 

Hostile showed his true talent.

 

Didn't like the end to any of the matches except the ME. (not counting my match)

 

I don't think Omar was supposed to win off a regular move, but he did put Pugh thru that table with the spot of the night.

 

Suda and Mugen run way too much.
