The Vega Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 OCW's biggest problem is the lack of tiers in terms of skill... We can' t have those deep tourney systems with epic showdown conclusions because matches are won and lost due to lag and timing more than game skill... And there's no fix for it... Pretty much the only fair way to do it is to have everyone have a sub move and everyone races to the second finisher... Lol It's tricky. It's true that your ability to kick out in the mini game,seems to be able to be more important than actually being the better player in terms of reversing and all. However it adds a "chance" factor to matches. It is not cemented in stone as much on who's going to win...where as i remember OCW 2007 and 2008, suprises and upsets rarely happend. Person X would almost always lose to person Y and so on. If im in a match with someone i always kinda hold myself to these "lines" as it will. - If between the last finisher i got hit by and the "current finisher i havent reversed enough or done enough to fight back,ill give up. Kinda like the UFC regarding TKO's.
