Smythe D. Wonder Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 The Crossbones/Crowe Rp killed everything else that happened in the show... And my Rp should have went after my tag match... The PPV is loaded with crazy good matches... Outside of KD\Jook most of it builds well... Can't wait to see the results of the PPV... We need new champions I think... C4 has reigned long enough!!! Signature 1 - The Alpha Heel Signature 2 - Spear 5 (F) - Stargazer Finisher 1 - Flapjack 2 (F) - The SDW Finisher 2 - Reality check (G) - Dawonderful Dream Finisher 3 (i'm cool enoigh to claim 3 moves) - The Darkside - THe Million Dollar Dream
Drago Cesar Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 A couple of quick notes: Holy shit, Trance is kill. Is it weird that I felt bad for him being killed like 3 times over? I understand Crowe needs his revenge, but damn. Is this a sign of a double turn? I'm intrigued as to how this'll go down at the PPV. I liked the banter between Xander and Austin, with Xander stealing his #Hashtags. However, it did feel a bit strange considering that Rane was essentially speaking on Nathan's behalf at one point. Match itself was decent, though a bit one-sided. Fenton's too pissed to give a shit. I like it. FEEEEEENNNTTOOOOOOOOOONNNNNN! Tre Golden picks up a HELL of a victory against Jookie in a match filled with back and forth action, weapons, and craziness. If Tre can add some dimensions to his character to enhance his RPs, then I think he has the potential to make it big. Jookie's gotta change his game plan for The Clash, otherwise he's gonna be devoured by KD. Smythe and Arnaud looking to get dat controversy, which we all know creates $$$$$. Crossbones vs. Harrison was another great match that could've been anyone's game. Unfortunately it came to a draw, which was probably not intended. I can't wait for YSL vs. Buddy Burns in a rap battle at The Clash. I know that I praise these guys a lot, but damn, their RPs are very consistent and it keeps me excited for whatever crazy stuff they'll do in the next one. The magically appearing large cardboard box killed me. Noticed a bit of a gap in content in terms of RPs not coming in from certain people. It's a bit of a disappointment, and I really hope they step it up for The Clash. I don't mind the bolded font not being colored yellow, but I do think the yellow font makes things look better. I don't mind the change to the smaller font. I apologize to Drago because I don't feel like I accurately portrayed him in the show ending RP, I wasn't aware he and Mugen were going to have such an intense interaction earlier in the show and I don't think the way I wrote it made a ton of sense continuity wise. I thought it was fine. No need to apologize! 5 "Roll 20 for initiative, you cuck" - Mr. Sensation "I don't have a brain" - Tiberius Dupree "4 os a gppd cp,[ro,ose" - Mr. Sensation
Xander Rane Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 The out of place thing in my promo with Austin was cause I originally had him saying something else and when he edited his lines I forgot to match it back up, but kayfabe wise, Xander's crazy man, he be talking nonsense sometimes. I want everyone to know that Jookie Marley might just be the dumbest person I have ever met.
The Monster Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Tre Golden picks up a HELL of a victory against Jookie in a match filled with back and forth action, weapons, and craziness. If Tre can add some dimensions to his character to enhance his RPs, then I think he has the potential to make it big. Jookie's gotta change his game plan for The Clash, otherwise he's gonna be devoured by KD. Now, now. Give credit where credit is due, the table once again screwed Jook (specially cause I'm pretty sure he was reaching for the bat at the end there). In fact, I think it'd be most beneficial to Jook to lose this weekend, put a good match on the show, but stay as far away as POSSIBLE from these evil weapons that are only trying to tank your career. 4
Tre Golden Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Jook and I can both say fuck the table, we tried that spot so many times 1
Jookie Marley Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Jook and I can both say fuck the table, we tried that spot so many times Next ppv i want a hanicap match..ME VS EVERY DAMN WEAPON THAT EVER SCREWED ME 3 3x EX Division Champion 1x Hardcore Champion 1x Light Heavyweight Champion
The Monster Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 So I don't know about anyone else, but I'm very happy Mugen crushed Johnny Law. Not because I have any negative feelings towards Law, but because I feel like by planting his foot down on Law's skull, Mugen planted his foot down on the heel side of our wrestling spectrum. I definitely like the decisiveness. That being said, fuck you Mugen. That's such a shitty thing to do! Also, I'd like to bring something up for general discussion and I'm going to highlight a portion of Austin's RP to do it (though Austin please don't feel like I'm being critical of you specifically, because that's not my intention at all): " I want you to think about what we could do together as a team. The carnage, the anarchy, the absolute destruction, the chaos. " This is what he said to Morrison about joining forces. And I read it and it just really, really annoyed me. I feel like you could put that exact sentence in Ragnarok's mouths, in The Monster's, and in several other rookie's. I think several of us have built characters, but haven't necessarily nuanced them very successfully. This is bugging me a whole lot because like I said, I think I'm DEFINITELY a culprit. Just wondering what others may think about it? 1
Xander Rane Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Well I can see what youre saying monster, but that's just a common base really, the nuances are what you build on top of that. In my head at least, it goes 'okay what are you trying to do here? Bring chaos? Okay cool, now what makes you different from there? What's YOUR reason? Monsters a sadistic Fuck that listens to the dying voices of the innocent to go to sleep, Ragnarok genuinely believe OCW needs a new beginning, hence they're going to kill it, and I'm sure Austin is going to showcase his purpose soon enough. That first line may sound similar when everyone's trying to do it, but I've always thought it's the reasoning that matters more than any purpose. I want everyone to know that Jookie Marley might just be the dumbest person I have ever met.
Pugh Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Yawn. Every team tries to kill OCW. You know what happens? They run out of steam and get their shit pushed in by vets in the BATTLE FOR OCW It's played to death, happens once a year on average 3 No.
Buddy Burns Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Am I the only one who didn't like the Crowe/Trance rp? Maybe because I vaguely remember him doing the same thing with Kindred. Could be wrong... Ste's been pushing that idea for ages and I guess that kind of ruined it for me, that and I didn't like the original with Jimmy Jacobs either. 2
