You can't build new stars if you keep booking Cena vs. Orton, sure Cena vs. Orton is a great match everytime, but how many times have we seen it?

 

Yet we're seeing it AGAIN in another 2 weeks.

 

Jimmy vs. Austin should have been the ME, let dem boys sink or swim. I had no clue what was going on in the vid after the match, but i felt like he was trying to get everyone rubbed in the ME, which is pretty cool.

Jimmy vs Austin was the main event originally but sometimes I have to change matches around, not often but when I do it's for a good reason.

 

Making Dennis vs Malu the main event made the most sense to me for a number of reasons.

 

Malu already fought at the start of the show (I changed that match around too as it was 2nd on the card originally) so I wanted the next match to be far ahead. Not a fan of double booking but I know why it happened. Dennis vs Malu wasn't booked but happened because Jett is an idiot. The match between Den and Malu was real good too.

 

Then they did a post match promo, so rather than make ton of pages to get to Austin and Jimmy. I just decided to make Dennis vs Malu the main event but believe me, I was going backwards and forwards on it.

 

I agree 100% about the same sorta matches but same time if I did have kept Jimmy vs Austin as the main event. I picture Jay messaging me saying "Are you fucking stupid mate?" Haha.

 

Then Jimmy vs Austin ends with Sid power bombing B-17, so another part of me thinks people be complaining that I only made that the main event for that reason and to put myself over etc.

 

So I had to make a judgement call and I did.

The show was good, regardless. I think a fuss is being made over nothing, to be honest. This isn't the first time a match that wasn't the main event was switched to the main event last minute. It happened to Monster and I during the KoOCW tournament last season on Riot.

Part of me has sympy. But then I remember slaving over a hot stove on an 11 minute montage attack video that involved nearly 77% of OCWFED for over a week, at which point it was met with.

And lets not forget spending 18+ hours straight for the Awards show just to beat the timer to say It was done before 2017. Only to be met with salt about folks being excluded or Why is XYZ a winner and not me. And a few

At the end of the day rather then recoil and go well im not just going to try. I just go

At the end of the day I do OCW for me because it gives me something to do and I enjoy the little world I helped craft (With the help of you guys of course).

Seems like an odd comment to make when we had drago and mugen 4..5 times over 2k16/17? Also, as far as making new stars go...you're aware that your light weight Champion and ocw champion are old men and hall of famers? Dennis Black 'is' a new star. Literally, has only put in a drop in the bucket.

 

No sympathy here from me in regarding him main eventing ppv and both shows, when literally a year ago around this time most of you said he was garbage and wouldn't amount to much. Now he's murdering people and putting them away when i snap my fingers.

 

Before koocw I did warn you people The Black Summer was coming. It wasn't about summercide. It was about a changing of the guard. Not only on Turmoil, but Riot as well.

Get better, or continue to be punished for the sins of those who prematurely judged him.

 

Alternatively, beg Sensation for a multiman title match since improving takes effort. Though Samoan and urban, Malu has more grit than 90 percent of Turmoil. He didn't complain about his loss. He's even putting up his career for one more shot. That's not something many would do for a rematch.

 

RD said it best, Dennis's bitterness and venom outweighs most of your efforts. That isn't going to change any time soon. This place has been around for 12 seasons. He is not the first guy to have a long reign, and he won't be the last.

I jobbed in 10 mins to fucking Austin Lee. Dennis and Malu had a classic, which is setting up an actual Turmoil title defense in March. I know which of those would be my main event.

 

Next week, Dennis is billed to defend the TV title against Parker, who doesn't seem that fussed, but is top of the pile due to a lack of genuine contenders.

 

He might be a psychopath, who has revised last year to suit his own storyline, but he is putting on matches on Turmoil that will make people watch. I won't be getting my panties in a twist if matches get moved about to give a better product.
