The booking team is playing with the cards they have in the deck. I'm taking a step back, Tibby is light heavyweight champ, Ding is INT, so gotta lift up new guys. There's always a time where we gotta put new spokes on the wheel when there comes a time for one of the PS4 guys to get that title off of Denny he'll be right in line to get a true rematch. Getting belts off multi champs is just the way of the world here. I've been put into 4 ways and Handicaps and the like just because I was lined up for a title match before I even got a chance to win. It all depends on how everyone moves forward like it always does. If things fall to shit there are those few here that can step up and put the ship back on course.

Was a good PPV guys. I give match of the night to Bertha/Sophia, with Mugen/Kassidy/Black a close 2nd, but they were all good matches.

 

I enjoyed my first OCW experience. I'll keep practicing and developing the Stigmata character, in and out of ring.

Im exhausted but might bust out a quick podcast bout what I thought about the show. I will refrain from Gabe Seltzer reviews, cuz ppl get feels. But I dug the show.

And I ed would have to disagree with you. In wrestling when a main eventer, former world champion is inactive for a while and then come back where do they go? Straight to the main event. Mugen had a killer last 2 years so after a lul it was only natural for his return the following season to be in the ME scene. The only surprise was myself being in that match but all I heard was gotta build new stars and after the reactions of defly say, even after taking the fall, that the match elevated me so Dennis as champion and Mugen as a top talent just put someone else over.

 

That's fucking wrestling.

 

Now it's on me to stay where I am and not waste it And I was only inactive cuz I didn't have a plan b on the multiple occasions plan a fell through. Dennis and other knew I was trying to do things, I wasn't just not here. This takes nothing away from Dennis, he didn't eat the fall, still looks strong, can claim he's still the rightful champion as I did on turmoil forever and still do since I wasn't pinned in the bingo Jackson 3 way and then Jackson had lvl 2 resil in our 1v1 which wasn't allowed actually. It's all about how you play it and Dennis will spin it with ease I'm sure.

 

Dennis is great, but having 1 champion can make things stagnate and hold up things or unrealistic double triple duty. Drago and any other champion goes through the gauntlet to release a belt if they have multiple. This isn't a thing against Dennis

 

 

We get that it's wrestling. But that doesn't mean we should try to copy what the E does. How often do we as fans complain about people vanishing coming back to get title shots at folks holding things down? This ain't new. The goal here should be be an alternative. To try something different. If I wanted to see the same old same; I'd just watch wwe. My issue is that dennis and pam held this place down for months when people fucked off and burned out from doing the bare minimum. Meanwhile those two continued to do their part, their share, while building on the slack of other people. Dennis and pam weren't even given a chance to build off what should and could have been a big moment of beating nate. It's just now that we have Xbox guys who feel like doing stuff again we rushed to get things off dennis. Just didn't seem right and makes all the work dennis and pam did useless and quickly forgotten about. I don't see what is so wrong about wanting folks to earn their spots. Dennis had to. Sophia had to. It wasn't just "ah shit we go no one else; here you go." New ocw champ was great last season when he was active. Cool. Doesn't change the fact that the two contenders weren't doing much or around from the summer up the anniversary show. The reason for why don't matter.

 

That is why I say the main event set a bad example for new people. "If y'all just hang around, a title match will come your way."

 

'That' is why I said they should just stick to ps4. Im not the only ps4 person to notice this and have that opinion of the way things went down getting the belt off Doug and Madison. In my opinion. And it's just an opinion. It is a slap in the face, and pulled the rug out from our most consistent person for the last two seasons.

TV title I get. Should have been off him awhile ago. but that's on others for not stepping up and improving to get the belt off of him. not his fault. a lot of us are on that list of failing flat to get a new TV champion. But the two world belts shouldn't be rushed to get off people randomly unless they are shitty champions. We will never know if he could have been a good ocw champion or not because the opportunity was never there for him to succeed or fail. not many people here have had to defend in a multi man n their first defense, for any belt. at least in the last two seasons. so please do not say it is the way of the world. because it aint been for two years.

 

are we a place of competition anymore if takes the owner to get the belt off someone and not a handler stepping up? throwing multi man matches at someone until they lose a belt ain't comp. its law of averages. was bound to happen at some point, regardless of the other two people in the match.

 

I know they won't say it outright and want to do what is best for ocw and all that ra ra go team stuff. but I know they are meh on the whole thing. they had been working toward that s2r match with nate for two years. and the outcome was taken away from them right away. anyway, done talking about it. it is what it is. back to our regularly scheduled program.

Joking aside, I know that Big Ed’s complaint is sincere because he was complaining before the match result had even aired. But Denny isn’t the first to lose the belt in a match like this and he certainly isn’t the last. Thats just what’s expected of THE OCW Champion, hell look at Sean Mcgoo, he took the most stacked Perfect Circle in the History of OCW a few weeks before Lution and lost his title and spot, and he ASKED for that match, thats just how it is here.

 

And honestly, I wouldn’t be worried about Denny’s work not being acknowledged because, AS YOU ALL KNOW, my opinion here is the only correct one; and in my own, non-kayfabe opinion, Denny’s work has elevated him above any title in the fed as a whole. No matter what match or feud he’s in moving forward all eyes will be on Denny believe me.

 

Now, can we please stop being in our fifis and enjoy the show.

Don't have numbers but it's nothing new, been happening since the dawn if time. Drago podcast he had at least 3 or 4 that I can remember. Also fun fact most of the mulitimans that dougie was in WAS HIS IDEA. I can recall one such instance I asked him more then once, are you sure.

 

But please continue to paint Dennis as a martyr and the decisions we make counter productive, as if to say we are trying to cut Doug's legs at every interval.
