Some thoughts

 

- Danny Watts has the best match of his career so far IMO. The match with JackMo a close second, but the competitive intensity in this match felt a lot more natural and easy to invest things. Great things soon come for Danny Watts!

- Justin Jehst, along with Cort, continues to be one of the premier narrative vehicles in OCW. He’s a guy whose never had to fight for titles to stay relevant, and his character has been so well moulded to this point to help others build their character so when he does eventually start fighting for titles, he’s going to be perfectly suited to have a damn good run. Leo Grimm has benefitted no end from his feud with Jehst, going from somewhat of an after thought (sorry Nate lol) to a well built monster heel, shown more through his actions out the ring than inside it, because of his limitations in a comp setting for now. It’s the classic wrestling promoter saying, highlight the strengths and hide the weaknesses, or something like that.

- Oh dear, Tre. You guys definitely did the right thing by having the screwy finish but if it were me I’d have had H2O appear on the stage doing a dance or something and then have Spider roll up Tre so it’s glaringly obvious there’s trickery afoot rather than just having his music play and Spider hit the GO for the win. Either way, given Tre’s track record in big matches Tre vs H2O will still bang, I’m sure of it.

- It’s Lution season, baby! It’s been great to see everyone pulling out all the stops despite everything that’s been going on with the world. Sending love and support to everyone who might need it at the moment, thank you again Melon and other frontline workers you guys truly are the best of us.

love seeing people show out especially guys like Asher, and Danny really go to show that Turmoil is starting to gain some traction with new stars so here's hoping after Lution everyone stays so we can see where these guys go from there
