What Culture Report: DNS acquires land in upstate New York

Keygan Melly for What Culture here with a breaking news update on OCWFED's DarkNET Society. A long time piece of real estate is off the market in upstate New York. The property is in the city of Clay in Onondaga county. The sprawling 180 acres is off of Verplank road. 

 

DarkNET Society Inc. the company founded by BASH the leader of DNS has purchased the property for 18.5 million dollars. Recent SEC filings show that DarkNET Soceity Inc. has converted approximately 300 of their Bitcoin assets into cash to suffice the transaction. 

 

After their first facility that was hidden in a quiet Brooklyn suburb was burnt to the ground they opted to make this purchase. Investigations regarding the arson are still ongoing but DNS has been confined to a Brooklyn Hilton as of late. 

 

My understanding is there was an incident with another member of the company at the hotel this weekend but we are still gathering details on that. We will come back to you with a separate report on that matter. 

 

We reached out DNS for comment and this is what they provided us.

 

"The DarkNET Society has entered into an agreement to buy 180 acres of land in upstate New York. A full arena capable of housing wrestling, a sports science facility, tech research facility, a couple of steakhouses and some general housing will occupy the property. The era of DNS is undeniable and this will stand as a monument to the disruption plus the impact DNS had on OCW and the world at large."

 

DNS has entered contract with the Turner Corporation to build the space out. We reached out to Project Manager Mike Mojica who we were told was assigned to the new project. He gave us some insight on what the project might look like and his overall thoughts on working with the group.

 

"These fuckin DNS guys are weird, but they pay well. Occasionally the clown will show up in weird places and scare the shit out of me. The big guy looks like he wants to eat me, the dawg humped my leg a few times, that is just the start. Some tiny woman yells at me every chance she gets and I have no idea who this broad is. We have been hard at work for a couple of weeks so the transformation is already starting to happen. I don't know how I am going to survive the next couple months of these jamokes. Don't print that I don't want the guy who looks like 265 pounds of grease crushing me under his fat ass."
