Deano Horse Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Lack of discussion is heartbreaking. This was a good Riot, very good infact. The whole bloodline/nate ortiz saga is interesting. Is Nate turning heel or is he that pissed off he's turning to the biggest heel faction around to sort out his troubles? It's like he's hired The Captain and the rest of the ass pirates to be his mercenaries. I have a feeling this could turn into a hugely complicated situation for both men. I have to say I love MMM he has to be one of the best writers in OCW. I really wanted him to take it to Kip and whoop that ass all over the ring unfortunately Kip is one tough bitch to beat. I do prefer the 08 caw to the 09 mike caw but from what I understand it's been made difficult to recreate this year. Would like to see the hair changed though. Will Leon stop going on about his fucking hair!?! Seriously tell me where you got it cut and I'll hunt the bastard down for you. It seems Jay is blaming Leonhair for Smythes unwillingness to die. It should be said that Leon is trying very hard with his rp's and trying to make his championship run work. Speaking of hair cuts I'm gonna go get mine done now. On with the discussion... Michael Morrison Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Forgot to mention this before, but I was really impressed with the I-Gen "win-a-wife" RP. There were some odd parts to it, but it lead up to -- what I think -- one of the most creative comebacks I've seen in OCW. I never saw it comming, although I may have been the only one who didn't. I figured Cruz would be back eventualy, but I was hoping they wouldn't just have him pop up in an RP and do a quick fix like, "Oh, naw, I got the greencard thing taken care of."
Ewanchuk Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Was pulling for Mad Mike in that one, but as soon as Konrad came out I couldn't help but laugh, dig the get up. Finish had me asking some questions but a good match. Leon is World Champ, damn I have been gone for a long time. Congrats Leon, that's great. Kelly looks 16. And clearly a nasty. Matches seem quicker in 09. Trips lost the face paint. Nice match boys, I enjoyed that one. Some good RP's from Gaines and Deano. Damn Jay, throwing hot liquids in employees faces? Guy eating wood. Sounds right. Loving the theme Deano. And the Money Shot for the finish, how suiting. Great show. Still got it guys!
