Today, OCW Headquarters received official lawsuit papers from the lawyers of Dane Xavier, better known by his wrestling name, Xcalibur.

 

Xavier was offered an opportunity to compete for his contract at WrestLution by Mr. Sensation, the same man that eventually screwed him out of his contract after Xcalibur came away with the victory.

 

Xavier had this to say upon OCW receiving word of this lawsuit: "I was given the opportunity per the instructions of OCW to compete at Wrestlution 5 on the premise that a victory would yield a contract. I held up my end of the deal. I may not be the most liked person in the locker room but a deal is a deal!"
