Pugh Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 It stamps Leon's authority on Riot which gets rid of the idea that Versus and Guy are running things. That's a clear advancer of Leon's position. But surely when Trance get's stomped into the ring, he'll return next week with no sign of injury, because that would affect his own agenda. I'm all for Leon's authority, but continuity dictates that, unless Trance walks outta the ring and loses by count out, he would take a beating, and be forced to sell his injury by missing shows. IN the olden days, when we had 5 shows, sure, no problem, but because there is only one show, it means that bookings are more important for feuds, and it feels like the handicap match is squashing other people's chances at continuing their's. Like I said, just an opinion. Free speech and what not. No.

It is an interesting point that Geo had 2 other shows to bounce his bookings off of while Leon doesn't have this comfort. http://positivesharing.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/08/complaining.jpg [23:39] locoNY911: You get solace in the fact you arent a fuck up. 2k9's better than 2k8. It is an interesting point that Geo had 2 other shows to bounce his bookings off of while Leon doesn't have this comfort. That's all i was saying. Geo being a hardass was cool, because he ran his show with an iron fist, but we still had two other shows where people could wrestle. That meant 12 or so matches a week, instead of 4/5, so in my mind, bookings should follow a more rigid "Who is working with who" system, as opposed to the current system. Either that, or make Riot a bigger show. No.
Trevor McManus Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Don't make Riot bigger. If anything get another show. http://positivesharing.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/08/complaining.jpg [23:39] locoNY911: You get solace in the fact you arent a fuck up. 2k9's better than 2k8. Useless Dane Xavier Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 They're obviously going to do something creative and different with this handicap match, and hell let's face it, it breaks the monotony. Plus, I don't think anyone's going to change Leon's mind. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g289/jlethridge1/DaneCard.jpg http://wrestlinglol.com/photos/14n34sp.gif
