New set of FPR Rules are here. The idea is to give the player a bit more freedom, make matches flow a bit better, and to also DECREASE match length. These have been tested and debated by the FPR team and myself. Any questions refer to FPR.

Also if you have any suggestions feel free to add them in this thread. Any stupidity on the communities part in regard these rules will result, in my shoving my foot so far up your ass, when you brush your teeth, you will see a Doc Martins logo on your tongue.

Thank you and have a lovely evening.

  • No Spamming moves consecutively in a row

  • No Tylering:

  • Tylering is a cheesy tactic using a toe kick to break/stop a offensive grapple.
  • If you have tylered your opponent, both players must back away and re engage the fight.

No Hovering

Hovering means when a opponent is down and you stand to close to him where when he were to stand you would be in grappling range

No Rushing or ring rushing or reverse rushing

Rushing normally pertains to when a player gets to his feet and you run at him as soon as he stands.

Ring rushing pertains to when a player is trying o enter the ring, you must back up to allow them entry

This also can be applied to when someone achieves a signature, rushing him wit a running attack is a cheesy way to knock down his momentum, this is not banned but this portion should be minimized as a assault tactic.

The exception to rushing is when said opponent stands on the apron. Then you are have a offensive or defensive opportunity depending of your place in the ring.

Ground attacks

Ground attacks are still limited to one of the following situations. 3 ground strikes, allowed 1 TB diving move, 1 springboard move, or 1 ground grapple, 3 Ultimate Control punches.

Submission Signature Moves & Finishers

  1. Submission finishers may only be used if your submission stat is 70 or over.
  2. No cranking until the escape meter comes up to allows just like a pin fall, A chance to escape.

Finishers & Kick Outs!

  • When you have a Finisher ready be sure to give the player at the least 1 FULL second when stunning them to hit it. To allow the other player a chance to reverse.
  • Once a finisher is hit, a pin was attempted, & the other player has kicked out.
  • You the player after hitting your finisher has the right to try to finish the match in the best way YOU see fit.

i do like the tech cap .. i found it really cheap when i was helping make hatachi that if he was a cruiser and had 99 tech .. it made him near IMPOSSABLE to pin in the hands of a skilled buttonmasher .. hopefully SvR2011 has the same game mechanics when it comes to this or it will be a pain when we switch over .. though side note it will only give Lhvys and under the kipup feature though it may end up being fair trade since heavys can use the Duability feature

the no cranking thing is a decent idea.. it does give the person a chance to escape and will help people who have the lockpick .. it gives them a chance to break the finisher if they have the proper momentum

Just for the way some of it was worded and my Keyboard is garbage

  • Submission Sig's & Finishers

Contestant must have a Submission Stat of 70 or higher in order have a submission finisher or to end the match via Submission.

Due to the nature of the Submission system if here is no Cranking the guy would simply release his move, so there is a method to useing the crank without going full throttle until the escape meter appears.

below we have a video o show you what we need you to do.

you posted no reverse rushing but didn't specify that, can you please do that for these kids, because it happens to me basically anytime i play a match with someone...cept recently in this one match, but yeah, please specify, cause maybe i'm wrong on what i thought that meant, but I doubt that, and it's the most annoying thing a person can do in my book.
