Brooklyn, New York - Fans of Valkyrie have been concerned about all of the abuse the Social Superstar has taken recently. What her mindset is like after her dirty family secrets were revealed. Last week Valkyrie finally snapped and turned the tables on the Perl. The rookie was savagely beaten in the middle of the ring and had to be helped backstage eventually being transported to a local area hospital. Doctors have determined that Perl suffered a broken nose during the exchange. There is not timetable for her return and our sources have confirmed Perl will not be at Riot 628 this week. We reached out Perl, Valkyrie and the DarkNET Society for comment but no response from any of the involved parties.

Figured I would try to get a show review in early this week for last weeks show. I enjoyed most of the show and as always thank you to the OCW community because without you there is no show. I like the addition of Junko to TOG as something EMP has teased for a bit in the chat. I think that really changes the trajectory of her character and kind of drops the world tour stuff. Nothing wrong with that at all. EMP cuts a fiery promo on Deborah, if she wanted someone to end her career she came to the right person. Because that is just what EMP does. Enjoyed the segment to kick us off, great way to start in a totally non PG way. I really like the look of the Rory Miller character and he has a nice move set. Great feud setup for both he and Claudio Stardom who is getting his swag back. The reference to the attack on Ambition was nice, it feels rare we get Ambition references on Turmoil/Riot. I am looking forward to seeing how these two seasoned handlers progress this feud. Keep working on your craft AC Cobra Jr., I have been there myself. I promise it gets better if you keep working at it. C-Note dominated in this performance which usually happens after a pissed off champ loses his title. As I said in the prediction article I know a thing or two about that. Some nice spots in the match and served the purpose of reestablishing C-Note's dominance. Glad to see Iceman in the fray for the tag team titles. Nice back and forth between the champs and him for the most part. Anytime we get a "Dig it" from Iceman I pop like a 9 year old who just discovered N'sync in 1999. Champs are their normal arrogant selves. Good segment overall. The Nova Rosello angle to thing has confused me as a viewer. I don't understand his place in this feud or his association with El Parca if he has one. I either missed something or the pieces are just not connecting for me. I read and watch every show so you tell me. More TOG talk backstage. Pump you brakes on your dominance rookie, you have been in TOG for 5 minutes. Also TOG outside of EMP been pretty dormant. Stop blaming Greg because you suck. Poor man already has CTE he does need anymore verbal abuse. #KickAJunkieInTheFace Fun stuff... I don't normally comment on my own segments but I have one thing for you. Someone will pay for Drago's slander. Blaine pretty much tells stack to fuck off and she is not worried about Zoe. Short and sweet, but want to see a lot more. I am trying to figure out where things are going with Sakdi. Is she going to be a babyface or a heel. This promo did not give me anymore indication of that. It was very well structured and written. I just need more about the character moving forward to get more investment into her. I knew C-Note was POS... laying my man Jynx out. Quick and to the point. Guess these two aren't done. Good segment from Marisa. Carboard Davis was a hit and super funny. Ry is so damn talented with all the stuff he does. I am ready to see how Dawg and Marisa move forward as a unit. Ashely Moore is teasing a heel turn and I have really liked the way she has done it so far. Not that we need more heels in OCW right now. Belle is a really nice babyface and their interactions feel very professional wrestling. The eternal question of what is next for Flojo after she lost to Ashely Moore. I think there is something out there for her in the not to distant future. The cry for help is heartbreaking at the end as a fan. El Primero continues to tell Sheldon he is not getting what he wants in a very nice segment. Parca and his OCW world title segments during this run have really felt like good pro wrestling should. Sheldon gets a bit more than he bargained for when he came out. Really a nice job by both of them. I want Sheldon's voice to be a bit louder in the future. We have a tag cluster fuck on our hands. Everyone beating the shit out of everyone else. Good stuff by Mass Effect to open this up to a couple of teams. Nice camera work on the breakdown and fight. Have to wonder who earns the right to face them next. ClickBAE is gross, that is all. Valk and Belle was a super fun contest. It was very back and forth in the early going with both women taking some superb shots. Valk has really come back and given back to the future of OCW in a lot of ways. So kudos to them for doing that and in a lot of ways this felt like the passing of the torch that she mentioned in her additional segment that was posted on the site later. Great work by Valk and Belle like always. The CCW title build has been interesting with B17 essentially upping the ante for a triple threat match against the tag team partners from KassCum. Nice voices, Kasses voice was super weird. Looking forward to this and the rest of the build. Iceman and Samsin together should be a great promo. But why do the enemies of DNS keep becoming friends? Crazy to think six months ago these guys would end up being a tag team. Nice little segment. Pugh and Rust are funny. Freebird? This promo shows why these two are some of the best at what we do. They are two people coming at the same problem from different perspectives. Great work by these guys, arguably my favorite written promo of the night. Wrex gets to the pay window early whether it is in victory or defeat. This was a huge win for Sheldon to keep rolling in his momentum for this eventual showdown with El Parca. These two went back and forth in what many feel was the best match of the night. Wrex looks like even more of a scumbag with no hair, Sheldon shared some blood and wine with us. Everyone goes home happy. Good show overall, thanks for reading this if you took the time.

I blame you

A dark and silent room is where the scene opens. Curtains hide the light from the daytime hustle and bustle going on below. A large figure can barely be seen as a glimpse of light hits his pale face. The light reflects off his sunglasses before quickly escaping the room. The room is quickly illuminated when the man presses the button on the remote. Summercide 2024 can be seen playing on the screen. You can hear the voices of Jay and Jake bringing us into the CCW championship match. The man stares at screen just watching B17 pummel BASH and the mysterious figure just shakes his head in disgust. When the mercy killing is finally over, he quickly goes back to the beginning and watches it over. The match runs in a loop for what seems like an eternity. A knock on the door is ignored. A second knock comes, and a woman’s voice can be heard on the other side of the door. The man opens the door. Perl: BASH, I know you are upset about the loss to B17. You’ve isolated yourself completely since it happened. Perl makes her way past BASH and grabs the remote to the TV. She turns it off and the room goes dead silent. The room is dimly lit, and BASH takes a seat on his bed. BASH: Failure is not an option. I will not stop until I have taken everything from B17 including that CCW Championship. BASH: However, now is not the right time. The walls are closing in and there are threats within our home. Perl looks over at BASH and smiles deviously. She flips her hair back behind walks up to the leader of DNS. She grabs both of BASH’s hands and holds them while looking him directly in the face. Perl: There are only two people you can really trust in this world. Yourself… and well, me. BASH nods at Perl and slumps his head a bit. Perl uses her right hand to push his chin back up before returning to BASH’s hand. Perl: This week on Riot 626 you are going to go to the ring and tell the world you are going to be the one to end B17. I am coming with you, and you are going to treat me like the woman you love. No more games. BASH: I had planned to go into the bunker. Work this out until the time to strike again arises. Perl takes her index finger and places it on BASH’s lips right as he finishes his sentence. Perl hops onto BASH’s lap taking the leader of DNS by surprise. Perl: BASH, you know you need me at this point. I know you are scared to show any emotion, but I know you love me. Otherwise, I wouldn’t still be around. Perl: You wouldn’t have taken the time to work with me on this hack or spent any real time focusing on me. Perl: Yet here we are. So, let’s just stop pretending, and have you embrace the digital goddess in front you. Perl runs her hands down BASH’s face slowly. Perl slowly places a kiss on the lips of BASH before feed cuts to black.

It is a steamy and overcast Monday morning. The sun can't be seen for miles. BASH stares out the window of his hotel room contemplating his next move for the CCW Champion B17. The blaring of computer fans drowns out all other noise. The city is in full Monday morning swing with cars zooming down the streets, and people frantically going from destination to destination. BASH is lost in thought before he snaps out of it. BASH decides to grab his shoes and throws them on. BASH exits his hotel room and gets into the elevator. The elevator hits the ground floor and as BASH moves out of it people in the lobby scatter. BASH walks out of the lobby and into the parking attendant area. Right then he greeted by hundreds of swarming OCW fans. They all have signs in support of Valkyrie after DNS heinously attacked her on Turmoil last week. BASH shakes his head in disgust. He looks the parking attendant and gives him the signal. The parking attendant goes to retrieve his vehicle. BASH waits quietly ignoring the protest aimed at him going what seems like the entire hotel property. A fan rushes him and jumps on his back in an attempt to choke him. The fan latches on tight and begins yelling at BASH. Fan: What did you do to my girl Valkyrie? I am going to marry her one day! I am going to choke your ass out for this! The fan continues to struggle, and BASH sees the nearby table the valet uses. He walks over with the struggling man hanging off of his back. He dumps the fan through the table as a loud crash can be heard. The rest of the protesters gasp after seeing what just transpired. Men, Women, and children of all ages by the hundreds begin to stampede towards the leader of DNS. The valet attendant has come back with a worried look on his face at this point. He sees the broken table and immediately begins tending to the fan. He looks over at BASH. Valet: Your car has been totally tipped over and destroyed, hope you had some good insurance on it. Whatever you did to upset these people they are mad. The leader of DNS is seeing pure red at this point. He finds a nearby megaphone and picks it up. He then begins yelling at the protestors. BASH: If you think what DNS did to Valkyrie is bad, take another step and find out yourself what it is truly like to be employed by OCW. BASH: I can promise it leaves you engulfed in the digital nightmare that is DNS. The protestors slowly begin to stop their advance. Perl pull up her in her Mercedes to once again save BASH from a bad situation. She makes the tires squeal before yelling at the protestors. Perl: I have no problem running each and every single one of you over. Less Valkyrie lovers would make this world a lot less of a nightmare. BASH wastes no time and enters the vehicle. Perl steps on the gas and they peel out of there. She looks over at him. Perl: You okay there? Where were you headed off to without me? BASH breathes a sigh of relief before refocusing towards Perl. BASH: A meeting of sorts down at the Server Farm 2.0 facility we are developing. Do you remember the strange figure from last week? Perl sits there appearing as if she thinking hard. Her Mercedes is flying down the road. Perl: Oh yeah I remember that guy. Why are you meeting with him? BASH: He is an associate from the past. He seems to have some interest in being stateside with DNS. Right now my focus is solely on B17 and the CCW championship. I need someone who can handle coordinating our vast resources. Perl: You didn't ask me??? BASH: You have made enemies here as fast as I have. Your buffer is full and so is mine. Omen has an affection for this man so I am willing to see how this goes. Perl: Weird I have never heard the name Omen and affection in the same sentence. I thought he was a dumb mute who had no soul. Guess you learn new things every day. The Mercedes makes a sudden stop at a construction site. On the site various facilities can be seen as works of progress. The biggest of all is an arena on the grounds. A man in a mask and trench coat is walking around the property. As the rain begins to pour down. The dirt in the area turns to mud as BASH and Perl exit the vehicle. The Pilgrim sees BASH from across the site and makes his way over to him. He shakes BASH's hand before BASH brings the parties under an overhang to protect them from the elements. Pilgrim: Charles it is so wonderful to see you again. BASH: That name is long dead, Michael. Just like it appears yours is as well. Pilgrim: My apologies to the great leader of DNS, BASH. I wanted to talk to you because I can see the toll all of this is taking on you. Pilgrim: Your focus needs to be on B17 and that CCW title. We have had a working relationship before. Let me manage Sammuel and help you with DNS business. Pilgrim: I have long looked for a reason to come to America. Now it looks like you have given it to me. I know you haven't always trusted me. BASH: Show up to Ambition Wednesday and do our bidding. We can talk more after that. BASH and Perl head back to Perl's Mercedes. Perl looks over at BASH and questions him. Perl: Do you really trust that guy??? BASH: For now. Perl pulls the car out of the construction site as the rain continues to poor. The car keeps driving until it disappears into the distance.

The brisk chill of the morning air can be felt through the slightly cracked windows of a hotel room that towers high over the city of Brooklyn. The buzzing of electronics can be heard audibly, and we are brought to a makeshift office. Computer screens adorn the room creating a light show rivaling anything the city has to offer. BASH sits in a chair in the dead center of all of this. Armed with a keyboard and mouse the leader of DNS is staring intently at the different screens as information moves across each one rapidly. BASH’s gaze is consistent until a notification makes itself front and center on the screen directly in front of him. The notification reads “The Pilgrim requests an audience with the great leader of DNS, BASH. To continue our conversations regarding the solution to your problems.” BASH takes a deep breath before opening up his web browser. A notification or a new article on OCWFED.com immediately draws the expert hackers attention. BASH clicks on the link and reads the article. The article talks about the accident where Samsin Simsin was hit by a car, and rushed to an Atlanta area hospital. BASH slams both his hands down on the desk and shakes his head before drawing a deep breath. BASH clearly agitated by the situation at this point gets up from his chair and walks across the room to the door. BASH grabs his Jordan’s from next to the door and quickly places them on his feet. A loud banging can be heard coming from the otherside of the hotel room door. BASH gets up and looks out the eye hole. He finds Perl on the other side of the door waiting impatiently, he opens up the door and she enters like prime Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Perl: Why do you look so upset? Shouldn’t you be happy that you beat up that fat piece of shit Wrex and his weirdo partner at Wreslution? BASH has a seat on the nearby bed and Perl sits down next to him. BASH looks preoccupied as he stares at the floor. Perl continues to talk to him. Perl: BASH you know I can’t take being ignored, it makes me insane. Lift your head up and talk to me. I swear for someone so smart, sometimes you can be really stupid. BASH lifts his head up and looks her in the eyes. His stare cold and blank as it always is. Perl, sensing that something is off, takes her right hand which is closest to BASH and begins to play with his long dark red hair. Perl: Talk to me about what you are so preoccupied with. BASH: The Worm is dead. I have no communication with it or Samsin any longer. Perl looks at BASH in a puzzled fashion. Perl: What do you mean? BASH once again shakes his head. His head tilts back as he stares at the ceiling for a moment before addressing Perl. BASH: The car that hit Samsin essentially reset him and he is no longer under the control of DNS in any way, shape or form. BASH: How could I fail like this? I am the greatest technical genius humanity has ever seen, I have controlled the human mind with code. A little bit of physical damage has undone a lifetime's worth of work. BASH continues to get more and more animated as the conversation continues. Perl searching around the room for a way to change the subject finally just blurts something out. Perl: Why don’t we get out of here? Maybe we can go get something to eat. BASH’s phone begins to ring, the leader of DNS pulls the phone out of his pocket. The Caller’s contact comes up as “The Pilgrim”. BASH ignores the phone call for the time being. However the phone rings again with the same caller ID. BASH and Perl exit the room and head to the elevator. They enter the Elevator and see a poster for Ambition featuring many of the Ambition talents. Perl smiles with evil intent and looks at BASH. Perl: Looks like they got Sasquatch off those posters real fast after all the terrible things she said about the OCW staff on IG. BASH nods as he is lost in a thought process of his own. The elevator reaches the ground floor and they are met at the exit of it by a man in a strange black cloak. The man stands there ominously for a few seconds before introducing himself. ????: We have never met in person BASH but I am a great admirer of your work. I am the Pilgrim and I have been urgently trying to reach you. The Pilgrim: The debt has been paid and the man is free to do as he pleases. The Pilgrim turns around quickly exits the hotel lobby before BASH can process what just happened. Perl looks at BASH with a shocked face as she begins to fly off the handle. Perl: Who was that weirdo and why did he just randomly walk up to you and start talking to you? Do you even know him? BASH: I know him, but The Pilgrim isn’t the name I know him to use. The two are unsure how to process the interaction and look at each other for a moment. The pair shrugs it off and exits the hotel. Perl snaps her fingers at the valet and a few moments later a blacked out Mercedes Benz sedan appears. BASH gets into the driver's seat and Perl into the passenger seat. The car drives out of sight as we fade to black.
