The maxes for LHW and CW are diff because there maxes for certain stats are way below 85 so while they have more options for 90 they can put all those stats in 90. So one CW might have more dmg but slower, one CW might be faster but less dmg etc. Last Season we had HW moving as fast as CW and LHW, coupled with a bunch of additives it was basically why become a LHW or CHW. We alleviated that problem.
