I think he was making a joke about how you're becoming the next Leon in the sense you're trying to paper clip yourself onto any interesting angles or people. A character piggy back, if you will.

I could probably take Drago, if I played the game as much as I used to... Beat Cody in the same amount of time as he did. Only time I played Drago was back in the Underground tourney were anything went, and he beat me in the first match using a finisher as I stood up. Not using that as excuse, but it was something he was blasted for in RIOT threads. Could I take him now? Probably, would it be a certainty, no.
