I got the perfect explanation... let's go with... Seth vs Smythe was to see if Seth was worthy of creeping back into the title picture... and since he passed with flying colours he is able to contend for the NA title... Let's also go with since Smythe was once at the pinnicle of OCW (Main Eventing Wrestlution)... and in his last performance he blanked Aries so hard that he got fired.. lol... he can contend for any title at anytime (Much like Triple H or HBK) and it will always fit... I also don't like how Valmont has dropped from World Champion to contender for the NA title... but I guess with the prestige of the NA title being sky high... it can work... The EX title match is interesting... Strider has yet to wrestle this year... Baxter I think has only put in one RP in the two shows... Trance I think hasn't been booked since we restarted... and then there's Judas... could be a clusterfuck in teh making.... but it will most likely be a work of art!!! Why isn't Chris Ryder in this match???

This Riot came off as half assed to me... Trance and Ryder have taken over commentary... +2... but then they go on to do commentary without actually watching any of the matches -2... The Main event storyline has taken over OCW pretty much which is ok... with Zero other feuds taking place at all.. but then we get a half assed effort on that... Why was Mr. Bentley Brutalized by Leon??? why did we have to watch a staged match to get to that... what the hell is the Sensation RP about??? Leon is building a team we get it... where's the resistance??? This show was one story being developed from one side... useless RP's and commentary that had little or nothing to do with what was happening... HOW IS THIS A GOOD SHOW??? I'm all for a build up of a heel... but in this show Leon possibly Recruits the Air, then Mayhem, Destroys Bentley in a match, fires Stacey Starks and then Kills Sensation?? I mean REALLY!!! and then on top of that the commentary mentions NOTHING about Leons psycho spree... and then we have 3 pages of comments where everyone's like "great show"... WTF!!! The meatches this week were basicly meaningless... all pretty much one sided... or were supposed to be... I will say I personally did not enjoy this week show at all... and now were on Sunday with no match card!!! Shape it up OCW!!!

Damn right Trips... But I must say... First the worst commentators in the business gone... then the little man that gives me the most fits. I'm starting to like the new power around here. What's the big deal???

I'm FPR... But I only have to poilce matches in which one of the participants have a problem with the outcome!!! Which didn't happen prior to the show... Match should have never made it to the submissions thread... But it did and everyone had to watch it... People need to take responsibility for what they're submitting... Wins and losses mean very little in OCW... No matter what we think... Which is why Carlos Cruz is more over than 80% of OCW's mid-card wrestlers... Also KD that match where you beat me is one of the worst matches you've ever played... Which is why we never speak of it... Winning in a crappy way is much worse than losing!!! Unwritten rules!!!

actually whenever a match is shitty... it's just shitty... if you want a rematch... who's to stop idiots from doing a short angle on the next show and doing a rematch... you know what I used to do when I wanted to have a match but it wasn't booked... I just did a match anyway... I put an RP together to put me in a situation to have a match later in the night... and I just did a match and submitted it... and of course it went on the show... point is... OOC crap about something you can just do is stupid... SURPRISE PEOPLE... KD you should have talked to Hazard and worked on an angle to redo your match... then we'd be watching the show and we'd be like "oh look, KD and Hazard are having a rematch from last week... that's different"... instead I'm saying "Why is KD being a whiney faggot on the boards"... make things work for your character... so I want to watch... also with the booking Trips... we've had what... two shows!!! can we really call this a push... like really... i'm sure there's better things to talk about here!!!

Trips... best review I've read in OCW in a long time... I marked you... watch the whole show... the way I like to watch whole shows... I was happy you said what you liked and what you didn't... please do it again... main event storyline was almost absent this week... very anti-climactic from CG!!! and two shows is an awful idea!!!

You guys see a bitchfest!!! I see people caring about OCW again!!! Hopefully tonight we'll be able to make FPR 2010 finalized and ready to go... One discussion away... And let's say... We're opening up the ring this year!!! Let's get Fausto to clear everyones stats... And get ready to go!!!

Actually the actual reason why the old schoolers are held is a higher regard is because they are more creative writers then the current flock of OCW'ers... Also do you notice that when those said old schoolers post they don't make opinions on how OCW should be ran in reference to stats, FPR or anything of the sort... It's because they aren't wrestling so they don't tell us how we should be wrestling... What I told Ryder back then would have applied to any of them had they posted their nooks and crannies about what we should do... If you aren't going to wrestle STFU!!! Since then Ryder has returned active so he basicly retired for like a month anyway... Point is if you aren't going to be a part of something... How do you expect to govern it's rules??? Don't get me wrong... I hate the, "back in the day OCW was" as much as anyone else... But from a standpoint of writing and executing valid watchable storylines... They're right!!!

in my defence... remember this year FPR and staff are in a sense rewriting OCW.... this is the first year that the rules will be different... and essentially everything from stats to the way we wrestle will be brand new... I infact am keeping my DM's down until we figure out the new rules and mechanics so i can focus on wrestling the new OCW style in matches... now because we have a new system and have to work it in now isn't the time to be blasting people about stats that aren't being cleared as of yet... what you can do is build your points up and when a thread goes up to clear stats get your wrestler cleared and then apply the points to your Caw... we're in no rush here... as the shows will return when everything is good and ready... if I say something like... people are messing up their stats... instead of asking the who's and what's when something is said... just look at your stats and make sure they're right... you have to learn a new system and you will LEARN IT... not have someone daddy and guide you to basic math... being above whomever else is not an issue anymore... were working on returning to the OCW that everyone liked... where FPR and CAW police were active and we had more shows then we knew what to do with... and where OCW community carried over to other games in a fun filled way... Anyway FPR is going to return to strict and rulely execution... which is what is needed and what we loved about it in the first place... Caw stat thread is up... let's get cleared and ready to wrestle

Somethings aren't meant to happen... the Smythe and Cross thing wasn't going to work... Cross just wanted a Main Event Feud without ever being a Main Eventer... so he agreed to whatever to get what he wanted... The new gimmick is still underway... match for last week just didn't get done... person I was facing missed the match time and it didn't happen... point is people are still here... timezones matchups and whatnot are becoming a problem as there are less roster members now as well!!!

first of all I think having a show every other week would be a good idea for OCW... we have about 15 active wrestlers... so let's put good shows together every two weeks instead of sub-par ones weekly... and let's see if we get more effort if there's less time to commit... I also have a different view of what's wrong with this place... I think this place lacks the authority it used to have... and matches have 100% less meaning because nowone is watching all the kinks and whistles of what OCW is... OCW was built around FPR... playing in OCW was more of a standard set of rules and regulations making it a competitive league... people who couldn't follow the rules were fired... and it was pressure cause every match everyone watched and if something was wrong it was discussed... and suspensions were handed out and the people that moved up were the people who entertained while following the rules while being in feuds... OCW now is people RP... they get title shots... they play to win... alot of movesets are outright awful... hoss characters with Chain attacks EX guys with 8 and 9 linking moves... sigs that are embarrassing... point is with nowone to monitor things everything sucks... Also Valmonts title win was awful... should never have gone to TV... but it did... and the world title has zero relevance... Aries's character is too boring to hold the World title... Leon is too Orton to be interesting with the title... currently our only credible World Champion is Fausto... which is outright insane... having only two titles is also a point for a lack of interest.... the Hardcore and eX titles need to resurface... OCW has a lock of effort stemmed from a lack of talent... I think the true fans of the storyline element of wrestling are gone... of the Main eventers that made this place we only have Fausto and sometimes Nate that are still around... those guys loved storyline driven wrestling... we used to argue about wrestling all the time... there's never an argument about wrestling anymore in OCW... anyway I think we should do two maybe 3 shows a month... and get everyone involved in some kind of feud... make shows watchable... STOP TALKING ABOUT RESULTS... and watch shows!!!! that is all

1v1, ladder match, last man standing, 2v1, 3v1, cage, cell, so many more match types

You can't make me accept that UFC game as anything but trash mayhem!!! the game isn't fluent at all... and flicking the stick for reversals is a heap of trash... I even got pretty decent at the game... it jsut sucks... and there's no variables for match types at all... it's the same thing over and over again... not much fun to watch at all

Wrestling News caught up with resident OCW superstar Smythe Dawonder during his latest suspension to ask him exactly where the company was going as well as his future with OCW. The result was not what people expected to hear from the loudmouthed outspoken and sometimes controversial superstar. During OCW's economic downturn the ratings have dropped, wrestlers have been released and OCW programming has been cut in half. And with Smythe serving two suspensions in the past few months it would seem that Smythe is in hot water with the company. In a conversation with us he answered all questions with confidence and accountability. WN: straight to the grit Smythe, You've seen what's happened to OCW recently... Is OCW dying? SDW: truth be told, there's been an uprise in competition with the strong coming of MMA but the truth is the octagon has no substance!!! No specialty matches, no politics, no women. It's lame and it's burst will quickly die. OCW is going nowhere. WN: and with you currently serving another suspension in the light of the Cross situation how is your future looking with the company. SDW: The Cross situation was unfortunate, you try to help people get somewhere and they have their own ideas sometimes, but you learn and you move on. That's all I can do. You guys forget I'm a performing and touring artist, Don't believe everything your told. Me and OCW management have an excellent working relationship and I've never actually been suspended for detrimental conduct towards the organization. WN: yeah we figured that much because your returning from suspension to a number one contenders match lol! SDW: what this place needs is excitement. And I think I bring that to this place. I will say that with the new season of OCW programming less than a month away expect some major fireworks... Were all preparing to try some new things. WN: speaking of that I hear there's a new Smythe dawonder on the way!!! SDW: haha it's true after 2 years I get to go with the gimmick and approach that got me to OCW, it'll be a throwback to my longtime fans and a huge hit with people who saw me in my amatuer days... It will be "EPIC" if I say so myself. One thing was clear. OCW is moving along just fine, and Smythe dawonder is very optimistic about the future!!!

Yes OCW is in a state of emergency because we have crap like that happening... when KD had Resil... clearly he didn't read the rules in the OCW of old that's a suspension or straight firing... At the BEGINNING of 09... we had a list of superstars that were awarded Resil... Nate, Versus, Fausto, Smythe, Leon, Steve, and Air... once that list was made we all decided that Resil was infact not going to be used at all... it's the cheapest thing in the game... it seems everyone got the memo except for Fausto and Air... Fausto remade his character months ago... this should not be happening 10 months into the game period.... OCW's problems aren't solved with everyone loving everyones work... if I remember people being critical is what made this place work... I also do not think the answer is forcing people to use the room that nowone uses... if I'm going to be force fed crap and nothing is said or done about it... I'm going to refuse to watch like any other show that's on TV... PERIOD... so let's get FPR back in order... let's get the CAW police back in order... and let's start to care about what's being submitted again.... or else it's a waste of tiem putting shows together and a bigger waste of time watching them!!!

I'm not gonna lie.... when you kicked out of that finisher I straight closed the Riot window... and that excuse is the exact reason OCW is in the state of emergency it is right now... one of the stupidest things i've seen so far!!!
