As long as they open a window first there's no issue.

Haha. It sort of is yes, it sort of is.

A scene is established where Stacy Clark stands outside a large modern house on a dark night. http://www.busyboo.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/modern-house-hopkins-01.jpg As Stacy approaches the house she gives several concerned looks at the camera before stopped just outside the house and addressing the camera directly. Stacy: We don't know exactly what kind of man we're going to find here tonight. Nobody has directly spoken to this man since his suspension order began and nobody has heard anything from him since the suspension order was lifted. Stacy: We're not even sure anyone's going to be here. We've been ordered, on behalf of OCWFED.NET, to conduct interviews with both him and Mr Valmont ahead of their match this Sunday. And, at this moment, we stand here at the last known address of one Trevor McManus. Stacy: The main goals of this interview are to determined several things. One of the pressing questions is whether or not he will actually be accepting the invitation to participate at Sunday's event. Stacy: Also to determine his mind set. Rumours are rife that the former OCW Champion was unable to cope with the hardship of losing the title. Stacy: And finally....[The camera pans to the side as Stacy is cut off by the loud noise of a motorcycle engine.] Along the side of the large house, a broad beam of light cuts through the darkness. The noise of the engine grows more intense until it is almost deafening, then it suddenly dies and the light disappears. Stacy looks into the camera with a fearful expression upon her face. She signals for the camera crew to follow her and heads towards the direction the light and noise emanated. Stacy: At least we know someone's home. Stacy reaches the corner of the house we can see a large garage around the side of it. Stacy and the crew head towards it, the door is fully opened and we can see the motorcycle responsible for the noise parked up in the garage with a rider, engulfed in darkness, still sitting prone upon it, facing away from Stacy and the crew. Stacy: Trevor? Trevor McManus? It's Stacy Clark, from OCWFED.NET. No reply comes and the rider does not move. Stacy tries again, with the same result. Stacy looks at the camera and gives a shrug. she starts to advance towards the garage but stops suddenly as the rider stands up and dismounts the cycle. Stacy: I don't have a good feeling about this. Let's just get out of here and tell head office that they can get someone a little more physical to come here and try to interview him if they want. The rider removes the leather gloves and jacket that they are wearing. The rider turns around and Stacy gets a glance of his t-shirt. http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r46/Motorbiker_photos/NewsPics2/T-Shirt-Bikes-better-2.jpg The rider removes his helmet quickly as he spots Stacy and the crew. Trevor McManus' neatly trimmed hair sits perfectly, untouched by the 'helmet effect.' Trevor quickly removes a set of earphones from his ears. Trevor: What the hell are you guys doing here? Are you trying to give me a heart attack sneaking up on me? Stacy: You have to be joking! How creepy are you, who sits on their motorcycle for five minutes after they're pulled into the drive? Trevor: Well I wanted to hear the rest of I Think We're Alone Now. Stacy glares accusingly at him. Trevor: Did I say I Think We're Alone Now? I meant Bat Out Of Hell, can't beat a bit of Meatloaf. Trevor: Let me just shut this garage up and I'll take you guys inside, it's freezing out here. Closes the garage door and locks it up. He beacons for the team to follow him round the back of the house. Trevor: You know this house was built for John McCain to be used as his holiday home during his presidential vacations, but he sold it off after the rather decisive loss Barrack Obama. Stacy: Wow, really? Trevor: Eh, how the hell should I know, I'm just trying to make the walk to the door a little more interesting. As they reach the back of the house Stacy stops confronted by a wall of windows. Trevor stops and smiles at her. Trevor: You're not the only person confused by how it works. For the first week I owned this house I was sleeping in that garage. Trevor leans his hands flat on the central window and slides it to the left, opening up an entrance to the house. He invites the crew inside and slides it shut again. Trevor: Sit down guys. I'll come back with drinks in a second. Stacy: We'd better not, we're working. Trevor: Fine you guys be boring all you want. I'm going to get myself a whiskey. Trevor leaves the shot as the crew take a seat on Trevor's couch. http://www.emmanuelgeorges.org/media/8/a20791f1250fcba06dd379_m.jpg Stacy: Whiskey? Perhaps the stories of him being reduced to a drunk are true after all. Stacy turns directly to the camera. Stacy: This is a major story unfolding before you ladies and gentlemen. Let's play this by ear and see what we can uncover. Trevor comes back into the room with a glass of whiskey in hand. He sits opposite the crew on a chair. http://www.uncrate.com/men/images/bubble-chair.jpg Trevor: A lot of people don't like the bubble chair, some even say it's a tad gay but I like it damnit. Trevor takes a sip of his whiskey. Stacy: Trevor, let me first thank you for giving OCWFED.NET the first exclusive interview since your suspension from OCW was lifted. Trevor: My pleasure Stacy. I actually wanted the platform to let the OCW fans know what's going on. Stacy: We certainly look forward to hearing all the details about that. I'm sure you've heard that rumours are flying around about your personal life and we want to get to the bottom of some of them today. Stacy: Let's start at the beginning here. Your title shot against leonheart, close to a year ago now, this was when you first got a taste of the World Championship picture. Did this experience shape the past year's events for you? Trevor: That's a hard question to answer. I don't think it did to be honest with you. Everyone that steps in to an OCW ring has the goal of holding that title at some time in their career. From D-Jack to Nate Ortiz, we all dream of it. Getting that first shot might boost your belief that it's possible but it doesn't create the desire for the title. So either way I think my year would have been largely about the belt. Stacy: Now your opponent this Sunday, one Vincent Valmont, suggests that you only tasted main event status because of him and how he was screwed out of that shot by Leonheart's attack that very same night. How do you respond to those comments? Trevor: He's saying that I only got the shock because he was a weak target for Leon? That's an amazing argument right there. That's like McCain claiming Obama only won because McCain sucked too much. Stacy: What is it with you and the 2009 Presidential election? Trevor: It's a topic everyone can relate to. Metaphorical examples help everyone. Stacy: Fair play to you on that one. Progressing through your year here, we come to Wreslution. Once again you missed out on the big one, the second time this has happened in your career. And as if by fate, Vincent Valmont wins the match you were supposed to compete in and gains a shot at the OCW Title. First of all let me ask you how you felt about missing out. Trevor: For everyone it's a hard thing. For someone who qualified for the show to miss out due to someone else's incompetence is even worse. Given that I could have earned another title shot that makes it insanely difficult to swallow. Stacy: Now let me ask how the fact Vincent Valmont won the match affected you. Trevor: At that stage I had no issues with him so it didn't really bother me all that much. Looking back it makes my blood boil though. If Leon hadn't been so weak as champion then Valmont would be on the midcard where he belongs. Stacy: Strong comments there regarding Vincent's position in the company but we'll come back to that when we conclude this timeline of events. A little further down the line during a period of inactivity for yourself, Vincent cashes in and defeats Leon for the title. This apparently didn't sit well with you and you decided to return to the company and target Vincent in a very personal way until you finally gained a shot yourself. Could you shed some light on why exactly you reacted in this way to Vincent's title win? Trevor: Certainly. I'm a great believer in many things. One of those things is that a good match deserves a rematch and another is that a man must earn his title by taking the champion on in a fair and balanced match. Now, my January match with Leonheart was one of those good competitive matches which deserved a rematch. It didn't happen and fair enough, that's staff's decision. Trevor: My main beef was that Valmont's title win was totally classless. You could argue that the future investment win gave him the right to be this way but when one choses this route they must expect the same thing in return. Why would I give him respect and conduct myself as a classy challenger when he hadn't given Leonheart that comfort? Trevor: Putting my mixed feelings about Leonheart aside I will say that at least he faced me fairly in January, we put on a great match and that was that. Trevor: So to answer the question in summary, I reacted this way because it shows, to me, a lack of class on Valmont's part and a champion should conduct himself with class. Stacy: That leads nicely on to my next question. After you won the title there was a series of controversial events and sparing everyone the lengthy I'll just say you ended up losing your title to Valmont in a three way match also involving K.Dangleo. Everyone knows how this must have felt for you but I'd like to get a word on what actually lead to your suspension from the company, could you shed some light on that please? Trevor: I felt that was the former champion I was entitled to a rematch, especially considering the fact that K.Dangelo and Valmont had both been given repeated shots at the title during my short-lived reign. To cut a long story short, there was certain negotiation 'issues' between myself and staff. Words were said and people were given details which were beyond their required knowledge. Stacy: Earlier you almost touched on this question but I was wondering if I could extract a full answer from you on the matter just now. Given the events of the past few months, where do you considering yourself and Valmont to be in relation to card position and role in the company? Trevor: Well personally I have a clause imposed on my contract as part of my suspension order that I am no longer allowed to be involved in OCW World Title matches until notified otherwise. So I certainly won't be in the title hunt for a long while. And as for Valmont, if he can walk after Sunday then he'll be a lucky man. Stacy: Moving to the future slightly I'd like to ask you a few things about Sunday. Trevor: Sunday ill be what it will be. I won't be answering any questions on that matter. You'll see my position when I enter that ring. I plan to make a statement that I am a force in OCW and that you would be wise not to find yourself on my bad side. Stacy: Well Trevor just before we go, we'd like to ask you a few questions about your time during the suspension period. Trevor: There's not much to tell. I've just been chilling, buying furniture and riding my motorcycle. Stacy: There's been rumours of a possible drink problem? Trevor: The problem is that I can't find a drink I like. This whiskey is rotten, hence why I haven't taken a sip since we began this interview. Stacy: There's other rumours suggesting you're having mental health issues as a result of your loss and subsequent suspension from the company. Trevor: Yeah, having a month off of work would drive everyone insane. Listen Stacy there's no story here in regards to my personal life. I'm the same as always. Stacy: But even that is an enigma in itself. Who are you? Are you nice or are you mean? You can never tell what you're getting with you. I was terrified coming here tonight because the last time we seen you, you were aligned with Leonheart and treating everyone like dirt. Yet a couple of months before that you were all laughs and jokes. Where's your head at? Trevor: My head is neutral. If you give me cause to be the evil motorcycle riding son of a bitch I was last time in the ring, then that's who I'll be. But if you don't cross me then I'll give you a lift on my cool motorcycle. It's entirely up to other people if the noise of the motorcycle engine strikes fear into their hearts or if it is a noise of a friend. Stacy: What does the motorcycle signal on Sunday? Trevor: Do you think it's going to be a happy motorcycle on Sunday? I think I've given you people enough of an interview now, you're running low on questions and you're starting to ramble quite honestly. Stacy: You have been most generous with your time this evening and we thank you. Stacy turns to the camera. Stacy: For OCWFED.NET this is Stacy Clark, at the beginning of the night we weren't sure what we'd... Trevor: That's smashing darling, take it outside. Stacy and the crew raise from the couch and are quickly ushered to the door by Trevor. He slides the window open for them once more and as they walk outside it quickly closes behind them. Stacy turns to the camera for a final thought and all the windows in the house quickly become covered by fast falling blinds.

Certainly. I make no attempt to deny I have a love affair with the TV Title.

Tv Title & NA Title > International Title
-
(Hopefully) that's true of my spinebuster. And also number twelve on your video of moves is something I've used often used to set up my spear/dragon sleeper.
-
I have a realistic moveset where most of my moves are basic brawling moves or suplexes. If you wanted things I'm known for then you could probably have about 4: Pedigree Spear Spinebuster Dragon Sleeper

Stupid Implant Driver :( EDIT - Stupid Underhook Toss :( EDIT EDIT - Stupid Guyonsault :(
-
This is why we can't make it an exclusive right for back finishers. I hate number 11 but it can't be helped.
-
There's still a kick in there that does the EXACT same thing the toe kick did, this isn't a valid arguement. However in terms of the back finisher the grapple is the only way to do it but if anyone defeats me by one I'll be disappointed IMO.
-
That's too shady IMO. What if my definition of dramatic is different from my opponent? How does that one work? Who decides what's dramatic and what isn't?
-
Just a point to throw out here. Nobody actually goes through with any storyline plans enough to make us buy into them anymore. In the interest of avoiding beating on the little guy I'll point at the main event here. Nate and Leon. What's the story? Is Leon a mastermind that will find the power no matter what Nate tries or is Nate just one step ahead of Leon? I honestly don't know. Leon had power for like a week then Nate shot him down and it's been kinda 'meh' since then. Point is. If that was going to be done then Leon should have been seen to be powerful for about a month rather than a shitty week.

You know first hand from how we were talking before you decided to 'retire' that this is not how I, personally, operate. I believe the first thing I wanted to happen in our planned feud was for you to hit me with my own finisher. I personally haven't had much experience with this since I haven't really worked with anyone in quite a long time but I could imagine that it might be true. This is an interesting problem you've presented here. I don't really see how to fix this issue. I find it insanely difficult to find anyone to work with and I haven't worked with anyone properly since like Lution 3. People jump around too much between gimmicks and jumping in and out of retirement. Parker is a good example of this. He could be a KICKASS participant in a storyline but he's been 'retired' about 3 times now and he turned into some sex child of Deano Horse and Blake Ma'Jin, people need to seriously get their characters down. This also goes for people who have like 3 ALT characters. Sure you'll all notice my reply to this is less 'set in stone' than my usual replies. I, for once, didn't know where I was going with this when I started typing my reply and I dunno how much I've done to shed light on this issue. But I would say cooperation and activity are directly linked and both have fallen greatly.

Examples Damian. You said that you don't see it happening much which means you have something in mind. Without examples all you're doing is blowing smoke out your ass.
-
What kinda problems do you see which could have compromises? The issues I see are all black/white, yay/nay. Things I have problems with are like: Telling us if Riot isn't going to be posted. There's no compromise there. You do it or you don't. Just interested to see what you're refering to.
-
Yes. Such was my suggestion of "Smythe: Don't tell people to STFU when they're trying to participate in discussion (see ryder case)" or my suggestion of "Leon TELL us that Riot wasn't going to be posted."
-
That's all I ever see. In my eyes the people who complain about things are no problem at all. It's the people that complain about complaining that are the issue. Complaining expresses a disliking for something happening in OCW. (One way or another that suggests you care). Complaining about complaining suggests nothing and shows that you are about controlling people's opinions.
-
This thread makes me laugh now. You all say I do nothing by complaining. How is complaining about my complaining helping anything? I make a point and you make a personal attack on me? You're much more helpful than me Brad, much more helpful.

Quickly want to touch on this right here. I don't think anyone understands what they mean when they tell me to 'be positive.' There's a difference between being positive and ignoring the negative. People want me to do the latter and ignore negative things. How does ignoring negative help in ANY way? Now to quickly touch on Leon's point: If you knew there wasn't going to be a Riot then simply tell us. Some of us did submit some stuff and I for one would rather know it wasn't going to go up rather than sitting in limbo for 13 days. I'm not blaming you for the show not going up, by any means, but at least tell the people who did work that it's a no-go. For what Sammy said about the time it takes for a GM to put shows together. I do appreciate that but they know it comes with the 'job' before they accept it. And honestly the fact that it's hard work is not an acceptable excuse for not doing stuff. Nor is it an acceptable excuse for the wrestler's not submitting work. And as much as I generally end up picking battles with staff, the wrestler's hold all of the fault with that. My only issue with the show was that we weren't actually TOLD what was happening with it. The show not going up is entirely the fault of the roster and not staff. One last thing I feel I need to do quickly. Karim, you said something about me perhaps thinking my views matter more than Kage's? That's not true at all. Most people here hold the same level of viewpoint. However I do feel my criticism is more helpful than Kage's, my criticism is pointing out things which I don't like and then giving other people the opportunity to answer those points. Kage's criticism basically consists of "STFU!" EDIT - I just read Jaysin's post from yestarday and I think I need to clarify where I'm coming from here. There is NEVER anything personal between me and someone that I'm arguing against on the forums. You can call me whatever the hell you want while we're talking on the forums and I hold absolutely 0 personal beef with you. These little back and forths that I have ever so often are purely points of OCW related matter. I picked out Smythe as an example because two things he did recently came to the top of my head. I don't personally have any issue with Smythe and I think he's a valuable member of OCW. I raised the points because I felt what he was doing wasn't helpful to OCW. And maybe in doing that I started what some would regard as a 'flame war' of sorts and I guess that comes to what Jaysin said about how you execute your opinion. The way I do things is just based upon my personal way of how I like things discussed. I like things banged out in the public to fire through them and so everyone can give their 2 cents. If I had any sort of personal beef it wouldn't go anywhere but AIM or perhaps the shoutbox. P.S. On the advice of one Guy Fausto I'm using this opportunity to use my never-ending stream of complaining to ask for JCS to change my username.
-
You see where it says "I SEE"? That mean 'in my opinion' as in 'you can't convince me otherwise.' Generally the running trend I've noticed in OCW is that a lot of people talk the talk behind the scenes but nobody has the balls to come out and say anything negative. Is it appropriate for me to point out negative shit? Your damn skippy it is. And to answer a few other points: You said my job is to contribute with a character. I submitted a match and an RP for Riot which is 13 days late and I've not heard anything about it being delayed. Leon stop marking for other people's posts and answer my point. And Smythe you say Ryder should STFU because he's trying to offer his experience in helping with our stat system yet Kage coming in here and telling us all "The Gospel According To Nick" is alright? Ryder is trying to help by giving us practical advice on something we can implement. All Kage is doing is running his mouth.
-
That's all very well and good and I do appreciate the fact that you guys have been working on this new stat system and I appreciate it, I really do. But I see my job here as to point out the bullshit that comes up not pat people on the back for doing what they're supposed to do. (They don't need, nor, did I think, want that.) When we submit matches and RPs we don't get "Yeah man job well done." But we sure as hell get a kick in the balls when we don't do it. I fail to see why staff should get a pat on the back when doing stuff right and no kick in the balls for fucking up? I'd also like to point out at this stage that Riot is at this point 13 days late. Is it coming? Cause I haven't heard jack about it. I happen to know that I've did a match and an RP for it so I'd find it HELPFUL to know what the score is there. Should I be posting an RP in the promo room or is the show coming? Then we also have Smythe which, to me, looks like he thinks because he's staff he's above everyone. What he said looks to me as though he's saying "You guys aren't STAFF you don't need to know what's wrong. Let someone who has a clue what they're doing worry about it." Meanwhile we're all sitting here thinking "Did I get it wrong?" Just a quick edit I had to add in here. I also don't find it to be helpful to the OCW community when people are trying to partake in discussion and a staff member, once again Smythe, tells them "you're retired nobody cares what you think." And in terms of what Nick said: I have been in no way hindering the OCW MEMBERS since I made that post. But in that post I made no promise to stop challenging staff members. So in closing: We don't get a pat on the back for doing what we're supposed to, nor do staff. We get kicked in the nuts for what's percieved as a fuck up, so should staff. If anyone finds a problem with someone else's CAW, be it stats or otherwise, they should IMMEDIATELY contact that person. If they post something about it they MUST tell people who they're talking to or they cause uneeded worry amoungst others. Where the hell is Riot?
-
I see someone from staff who isn't being helpful. Simply shocking.
-
Fair point I can dig that.
-
Just want to raise an issue here. The charisma thing isn't quite there yet IMO. In three months Hazard is going to be just as over as Caros Cruz? I disagree with that personally. I'd personally say if you've challenged for any title other than World Title then you'd be midcard. And if you've won any title/challenged for the world and jobbed, then you're upper mid? Just my thoughts.
