I've got a special edition of the Cross Examination that I think everyone will enjoy a lot. Should be all finished up by tomorrow! So keep a look out for my next post on this PPV!

Way to rip on the rookies Smythe for their first match and first PPV match...I'm sure you had nerves going into your first, so did they. Eddie Mace and A-Jax are both true rookies theyve just started playing/getting used to FPR rules. My plan for creating Death Row was not be the best, and a dominant faction, but to provided some entertainment along with bringing in two new guys to OCW and helping them to grow. They shouldnt be given any top competitors because of w/e reasons, they are rookies and I want them treated like them also. Obviously they fought Bold for storyline purposes, and are no where near being in his league...yet. Anyways just thought Id point that out after you gave them a hard time. You crapped on the Cross Examination for not being critical enough. Hell, I like looking at the good in things and giving it the well deserved credit (Something I saw lacked in OCW). You can keep doing your Wonder Report and try being controversial, Ill give credit where credit is due rather than putting people down. Yeah its constructive critisism I agree on that, but you stick me in there doing that also, then thats just being harsh. Ill stick to my style you do yours. Not everything needs to be negative.

Cross Examination I guessed Bauer or Kage, but credit to Bold to bringing Kage to my attention. Bold called it early. Nice editing on the reveal ripping the mask off good stuff. Seems everyone has a reason for joining the Alliance, what's in it for Smythe? or is he just going to be the bitch of the faction and receive nothing but Jay's loving? We shall see.

Yeah...I won the PPV theme contest! Damn good PPV! Its worth a second mentioning. DAMN GOOD! Well done everybody. Im going to try and get a Cross Examination but Im extremly busy this week. Look for a late one from me if I end up posting one.

Oh and I forgot to mention, I dont know if this was purposely done or just random, but in the Bold Nate match right as Bold starts bleeding the song says BLOOD. Thought it was pretty crazy. Glad people like Cross Examination, im going to try and keep it going. Still watch the shows cuz they are damn good, but hopefully for those who are unable too my review/report/examination will help out some. Still think someone from CCW needs to step up and do one.

Honostly I wish I had the time too watch both and report on both. But im super busy with school as is. I was going to add at the end of it that someone from CCW should step up and write a Report it would help me out a lot!

Cross Examination *** out of **** Page #1 Riot kicks off with Strider asking Vimes for the night off. Vimes wants to see the EX and Tag champ in action so Strider gets booked against the rookie Aries. So I thought this would a major squash, but DAMN! First match of the night has potential to be THE match of the night. Starts off slow but the ending is great. Aries reverse a ground finisher attempted by Strider. Aries then gets the upper hand and has Strider set up for his Frog Splash but that’s reversed! Both go at it again back and forth again but Strider, as expected, pulls out the victory. I was VERY impressed by Aries performance. Damn good match and Aries already has proved he can be a top competitor in the EX division. A backstage promo between Smythe and Leon takes place. Leon is determined to win the Hardcore Title against the unstoppable Stevens. After the ruthless attack from Stevens last week, Leon is determined to get some revenge. Smythe says he will be at ringside to make sure things don’t get out of hand. It also appears that Leon and Smythe have put their issues aside and are ready to coincide. Page #2 Fearo aka “Lard of Love” is locked inside his pitch dark room backstage, with a delivery boy, sound proof walls, and Forkhead is going to kill them. Both realize they are going to die. And it’s BACK TO RINGSIDE! Someone stole Parkers shoes, most likely it was Leon. Stevens’s demands the matched to be cancelled but Vimes doesn’t agree. Looks like Parker will be wrestling shoeless. LEON….GET THE…Tacks? Yeah not included in the game. “Smythe DaWonder is back”…from last week’s Riot and he takes on Captain Chris Baxter. New attire for Baxter, liking this one a lot also. The match is fairly even all the way through. I liked the running shining wizard by Baxter on the turnbuckle…then Smythe no sold it. Smythe hits his “ “ yeah I forgot the name for the win. Solid match, but nothing amazing. Anthony Martin comes into Vimes’ office demanding to be placed into the hardcore title match tonight. Since he was also attacked by Parker, Martins wants revenge as well. However Vic Vimes tells him he must wait until after Road to Glory to get a match with Parker. If Vimes doesn’t handle the situation, Martin says he will take it into his own hands. I dug this promo a lot, I don’t know why exactly. I’m definitely looking forward to the post Road to Glory match with Martin. Nice RP added in there. The Drunk is returning! Classic video, only Double A could get away with nudity ha. Oh man that got me laughing hard when I saw that naked chick. Nice promo, nice choice of music as well. Page #3 Smythe takes a trip to see Stevens. He tells him not to go overboard on Leon and that he wants Stevens 100% for the PPV. However, what Smythe said went in one ear and out the other and Steven warns Smythe if he gets in his way he may just have to make him bleed as well. I’m liking the new entrance Parker. Good stuff. Match was damn close took awhile for the weapons to be used. But with Smythe on the outside you knew something was going to go down. Leon hits his finisher but Smythe is right there to deliver a sledgehammer to his gut. Smythe then helps Parker retrain his hardcore title. Interesting turn of events, nice work guys the storyline is really developing nicely. Lard of Love is trying to escape out a vent but ends up getting stuck. The delivery boy Johnny…I mean Donny helps him out then rushes to try himself. The vent breaks sending both guy falling into…a paddle pool? In a room with no doors and a camera? What the hell is going on?! HA! Fearo begins banging on the walls and of course finds a trap door. AND ITS BACK TO RINGSIDE! Page #4 Tension between Bold and Cross continues to build. Bold is waiting for Cross before he goes to his match. Bold begs for Cross to hit him, knowing that if Cross does it will break the restraining order and Cross will go back to prison. However, Cross says that things will be done the right way and stooping down to Bold’s level won’t get him anywhere. After Cross heads out to the ring Bold leaves along with his sledgehammer he had been hiding behind them So my match with Guy I thought was pretty good. Guy pretty much reversed all my big grapples. And his little run before grappling through me off every time. I’m obviously lacking in setup moves after watching our match and the Nate Bold match. I got elbow dropped for the loss two weeks in a row…I’m a little heated. Look for me to put on a good match with Mayhem this Riot, looking forward to it! Speaking of Mayhem…he wants to make sure everyone forgets his loss last week to Smythe. Yeah I said it, take that anger out on me in ring. It will make for a good showing. Page #5 Guy is sure he will ended Versus career at Road to Glory. Guy thinks it’s only fitting to have a tribute video for Versus before he leaves so he made one himself. Of course the video is of Versus getting owned by him. Once it is finished Versus runs out with a chair but just misses the fleeing Fausto. Versus has a few words to say. He is convinced that he will beat Guy come Sunday and then will go on to win the CCW Title. Should be a good match at Road to Glory. Like the stipulation on this one. MATCH OF THE NIGHT….possibly MATCH OF THE YEAR thus far (match that had no edited ending to make it look good, just a straight up fight). Bold proved he is capable of headlining and taking out the top talent on OCW. Nate gets worked and only if Bold would have done some head damaging moves it would have been over much earlier. However, kudos to Nate for sticking in there and fighting back. Once he saw the opportunity to end it he did, making Bold tap out. DAMN GOOD MATCH! If Bold would just shut up and fight, he could do some great things. But hopefully backstage politics don’t hold him down. Fearo and Donny are now in a dark boiler room. They flick a switch and tons of forks begin filling up the room. Somehow the duck Fearo is caring is a switch which triggers a door to open and the two guys fall down and land on some pillows in front of a crowd of cheering people and a stupid game show host. They both have been randomly chosen for the game show “The Human RPG” and have one $1 million dollars and a trip to Vegas. Can’t argue with that. Reading this whole RP I was like what the hell is going on ha. Damn funny and interesting though. Nice RP Fearo, well done! …oh AND ITS BACK TO A CONFUSED RING SIDE! HA! Page #6 First I would like to say this next RP was written by our very own rookie Eddie Mace. He sorta just told me he would write an RP, I said go for it…but I was actually very impressed. I wasn’t expecting much but after reading I thought it was damn good (had it colored all right also) so I had him submit it for Riot. So well done Mace, keep that up dude. A-Jax and Eddie Mace come out while Bold is still recovering in the ring. They are without Cross because this business is between Mace and Bold only who will meet each other in ring at Road to Glory with the Restraining Order on the line! The rooks don’t allow Bold to get a word in, pointing out that Bold proved he couldn’t walk the walk after losing to Ortiz. I’m looking for a HUUUUGEEEE upset from Mace at the PPV….”YOU CAN DO IT!” Alright Main Event time. Wow Blake actually looked a like a Champion in this match. He won one with no interference or anything. Ma’jin pretty much controlled the fight, but Kaang was able to get some shots in. Decent match. Oh and Casey is starting to annoy me standing on the damn ring all the time. One I don’t care for her much in the first place, I wish Brad would have taken her out for good in that match. 2nd she does nothing but stand there and run around. I don’t know it’s not that big of a deal, I know it’s for storyline purposes, just had to point out she annoyed me. Final Thoughts: The show is over and I’m still thinking back to Double A’s promo found it really funny. Fearo’s promo had me laughing as well. Nice humor there guys. Riot was awesome it actually had tons of SOLID matches with some well written RPs as well. Like Smythe said we lacked a Sensational Alliance RP this week but I’m looking for big things come this PPV. Match of the Night: Bold vs Nate hands down, possibly the best one on one match so far this year. I hoped this proved where Bold is able to stand. Still needs that win though. But damn good match to both. Well that’s it for this week’s Cross Examination. I will try and get one for the PPV possibly but most likely it would only cover the OCW matches can’t write about them all. CROSS HAS SPOKEN

Is it the game...or is it your guys connection? Bold was having problems connecting with people a few weeks ago but he updated his router settings and now its fine.

That is Bold at his prime, nothing but low blows and cheap shots. Those RPs are no different then the beatdowns we get after every match now a days. Plus its the 3rd week of the fued its building up, you want Bold to just cut a promo where he rambles on. He set me up, I dont see that happening much in grade school recess.

Ok, mind changed, that is some classic stuff. Heaton almost dieing im sorry but thats got me laughing Ha! I must have missed the whole storyline while I was away/returning.

Opening notes. Damn good show people. When I saw all the RPs I was like damn tons of reading but everyone one was great and very well written. So kudos to all who submitted RPs this week job well done. Last week’s show was lacking a little, but Riot had a big bounce back. A lot of new and exciting developments leading into Road 2 Glory were introduced. You’ve got DaWonder Report, used to have a Madness Report, Double A’s Beer Ratings w/e he calls it…well enough with the reports this is where it’s at. The newly named Cross Examination! Cross Examination (***1/2 out of ****) Show opens with a Smythe Bauer promo. Set up for a later encounter but added some nice humor. BradBauer! for Women’s Champion! Enough said. On to a weekly and infamous Jay C and the Sensational Alliance promo. The entrance is very well done. The alliance just continues to grow. Isn’t the max amount of people for a faction 4? To prevent such nWo like factions?! Just kidding. Rule #1 never question the boss’s authority. What Jay says goes, no ifs and or buts. This Alliance proves it. THE PROMO! Last week’s was great; this one follows it up with more great writing. Bauer is screwed his match is now a handicap match. Blake is going to have a gauntlet match with the title on the line against some of OCW rookies? I believe Eddie Mace and A-Jax didn’t get a phone call about this match. WHY GUY WHY?!? …I guess side with Jay is worth a title shot. The reference back to the sandwich was great. But Versus agrees to put his career on the line against Guy to hopefully receive a shot at the CCW Title if he succeeds. Great promo guys. Leonheart vs. Martin wasn’t anything special. Leon pretty much dominated the match. There were a lot of strikes by both and several grapples broken up by them. A little bit choppy. Leon leaves victorious as expected…but not without a surprise attack from Macho Man Parker Stevens. The attack was sped up some which was nice. Fire may have been much. Sucked for Martin, wrong place wrong time for sure. Smythe comes out. Promo and match were out of order. Smythe mentions things are cool with “The A-Team” (obviously not after that beat down). Also Mayhem vs. Smythe for later on the show is added. Brad Bauer for Women’s Champion?! Alright he was serious ha. Hell I’d like to see it. Rack up another achievement to put in the sig. Bauer also mentioning interest to jump over to OCW hmmmm. It’s already crowded as is. A draft is going to be necessary or something done. Check my final comments at the bottom for more on this. Funny promo though…Crowd Pops! Damn good match between Smythe and Mayhem. Match of the Night candidate for sure. Mayhem nails a finisher…its over! Wait Rope break! Are you kidding very unlucky. Smythe has his back turned to the approaching Mayhem with a finisher here comes the finish. Nice effort Smythe…WAIT! Reversed! Reverses go back and forth and Smythe his running face crusher for the win? Yeah I put that as a question because I couldn’t believe it. Hey, beating Mayhem is a big accomplishment I know because I beat the All American Mayhem in the middle of his rise for glory. But that win won’t shoot you to Main Event, at least it didn’t for me. Wish I could say don’t let this get to your ego, but it will. Big with for Smythe. Team Extreme has the night off and are headed for the strip clubs. Should be funny. Parker gets a lashing from Smythe about attacking Leon. Parker could careless because sometimes he attacks with no reason. He’s hardcore and dangerous…and I’m fighting him next. Death Row is in their locker room. Cross is more worried about the whereabouts of Bold rather than the match. He turns down any help from A-Jax and Mace. Yeah Death Row aren’t the inmates that come out of the cells looking for trouble. We are out to change. I wouldn’t exactly call us faces, but we aren’t bad guys. After all we are doing Kage and the rest of OCW a favor in keeping Bold busy and bringing out the best in him. So give us some respect and credit for that. And if you think the work we are putting forth is boring and that no one cares well to hell with you. I’m not going to put forth the effort I did for the Mania feud and receive absolutely no credit or recognition for the hard work. Just isn’t going to happen again. Flat out calling what I’ve been putting hours of work into boring and no one cares frustrates me a little bit. Smythe you keep asking WHY??!!? WHY??!! Obviously you didn’t follow the Mania feud much like most of OCW. It started there. It’s been building up for awhile. I should post a recap of the ending of the Mania feud maybe it will help make more sense for Bold and I’s current one. Anyways Cross heads out to the ring it’s Hardcore Title time. So I fell victim to the hardcore style and Ultimate grapples. I tried to keep the weapons out of the match for as long as possible because I knew I’d have a better chance at beating Parker without them. Well that didn’t work out as planned. They don’t call it hardcore for nothing so I can’t complain. I get worked by the hardcore moves for a good 2min. I then battle back and get some good attacks in. Once I got damaged there was no way I was reversing those damn ultimate grapples. Frustrated me a little but what can you do. Highlight of the match for me was reversing the chair shot from Parker, then chasing him down a nailing him across the head. Match was fun, the streak lives on. If you aren’t hardcore it’s going to be extremely difficult to beat Parker. Bold writes a damn good RP following my match. The OCWTron turns on and there is Bold applauding Cross’ loss. Bold runs his mouth, accusing Cross of bringing in “goons” to do dirty work for him since he apparently can’t get the job done himself. Once Bold is finished, the camera pans out showing Bold holding a bloodied sledgehammer outside Death Rows’ locker room. Cross runs for the back out of concern for Mace and A-Jax. Well written, I see you English class is inspiring you. (He writes his RPs on paper while bored in class) Best Damn Tag Team is looking to challenge Nathan Gaines and a partner of his choosing. Reed is informed that something is up with his rental car in the parking lot. Tag division is a little dead hopefully this can bring back a spark of interest. See my comments below regarding this as well. Classic RP with Bauer and Smythe…and V.V. All the size chokes got me laughing. Funny stuff guys very nicely written. Bauer gets slapped around a little bit by Casey but ends up pulling out the victory. However post match he receives a beating from Blake and Guy. I don’t know the whole Casey thing doesn’t interest me all that much. Plus I missed the TiT thing so I have no idea what the deal is with that. Has to do with Heaton I know. If someone would like to inform me it would be much appreciated. This is the 2nd RP written by Bold. Despite what some people had to say about Bold , I was very impressed with what he put together this week. It was originally just going to be my first promo but Bold put his mind to work and wrote two awesome RPs that have helped development our feud immensely. Cross gets to the locker room to find A-Jax and Mace just chillen all fine. Before Cross can breathe a sigh of relief he cracked across the back of the head by yet another cheap shot from Bold. Bold quickly books it before Mace and A-Jax can get to him. I’m really enjoying how our feud is developing this is only the start of a great stuff to come. Yeah it might not be getting us any title shots. Sorry if you think it’s boring…I think it’s great material. But Bold still deserves a NA Title shot IMO from the promise he got in the Mania feud that never happened. So once this is all said it done I think NA Title opportunity should definitely come out of this feud. I don’t say much about titles or anything but I think a realistic and deserving add to this feud would be winner leaves with a shot at the NA Title. Just throwing that out there. ONWARD! Alright finally we get one of these RPs. I was waiting for it. Who the hell is the imposter Nate?! For crying out loud, I knew it wasn’t some random dude. Let the guessing begin. My early picks, either Kage or Bauer. Yeah Bauer got owned earlier by them. But mind games people, can’t forget about the mind games. Anyways this also had me laughing with Versus and Blade going back in forth with where they got their information from. Funny stuff. **BREAK** Holy Crap I’ve written a lot. It was a damn good Riot so it deserves a damn good Review! Vincent cuts another promo, which aren’t bad, but much of the same. Yells at the crowd, talks about how great he is and how he is the future of OCW. You got to win, or the talk just comes across as weak. Nonetheless, he’s got something new going with the whole downgrading of the Mexican Heritage. Is Valmont Mexican why does he care so much? Maybe we will find out sooner than later. The one thing I hate about WWE are the jobber matches. Now OCW uses the same idea. Actually this was very funny and a clever idea. The jobbers were classic. Blake retains of course. EL SCORPION had a nice little run ha. Hilarious RP at the strip club. Both teams don’t recognize each other. Fearo forgetting their names was great. Little awkward once Fearo starts explaining why they aren’t at Riot. I was waiting for a Stripper Room brawl to break out. But these 4 guys were all chill about it. Oh and the ping pong balls…DAMN! Looks like Ryder was behind the car problems. Maybe he’s the one to step up and take on BDTT…? So Blade losses to Martin back to back weeks, yet he’s in the Main Event. Makes sense with the whole feud with Versus but needless to say I expected an ass whooping. However I was wrong. Although it seemed like Guy controlled the match somehow Blade made it very close at the end, including a close finisher attempt that Guy reversed. Elbow Drop for the win. No Macho Man music? Good. Well played match. Final Thoughts: Match of the night goes to Mayhem and Smythe. The RPs were awesome guys. READ THEM PEOPLE! There was not a bad one on that show! So my final comments are on all this cross brand feuds going on. I was one of the people backing the brand split. However as of late with all these cross brand feuds (The Alliance, Guy and Vs. , BDTT and Gaines) it is just taking away from the roster split. If this is going to be the deal just drop the two shows and make one. I was down for a strict brand split but with the cross brand feuds going on it is taking away opportunities for new feuds. I’ve said it many times before I’ll say it again the Main Event feud is great but it has killed my support for the brand split. When I first heard about the draft I instantly started thinking about all the new feud possibilities we would see with the Vets split out on each show. Now it’s just the same stuff of the same people involved in one big feud. I honestly am not down for a half assed roster split. Just doesn’t work for me. With that said that concludes this loooong Cross Examination. Hope people read it. Took me over an hour to write this but enjoyed it so no complaints. Great Great show! Until next week. Watched most of the show and Ive got to say it was just terrible...NOT! (90's throwback). Ive got a lot to say and Ill be writing up a Riot Review. Damn good show people! Some great written promos.

Very nicely written. Damn good promo. Keep up your writing dude ive been impressed as of late with the stuff you have been putting together. And if you people arent reading you are missing out on some good stuff.
