As I've said privately a simple heads up to Johnny, Jay, and or myself would have curved this whole issue. Yes Jonny is inactive at the moment, but he's got his own shit going on. You send that pm or discord message because there are going to be people who don't read or remember the rp setting this up. I even forgot about it. I don't think the intent was malicious but the perfect storm of not informing people. I'd argue it is a requirement if you're using a character's likeness in this sense. Since this is the second time this has happened it should probably be in the handbook if it's not already. Spider sent me a video a month in advance when he came out dressed as Nate for a match with Dupree. Just out of courtesy. It just worse when a person is in a mask so it's so much harder not to tell. But us all knowing that and confirming that it was infact not Hare under the mask, for me at least makes the whole well Johhny is the champion thing kind of moot. Dennis and Pam yall need to map out the angle with Jay so he knows and we all go on from here. If you are using someone's likeness just give them a heads up. Don't have to tell them the story just a hey I'd like to use your character's look for this. It doesn't affect a, b, and c. My rule of thumb for over a decade has been let Jay know what's up. It's sad when there is so much good stuff to talk about and we are keyed in on this. Cheer's to H20 for finally getting it done. In my book the mark of a great person is someone who does the right thing even when no one is watching. Kass you've shown that even when you go off the rails from time to time.

To everyone on the PS4 side that sees this. As GM I’d like to know what issues you have with people or the old man whatever. Jay has an open door policy you can speak directly with him if you wanna. But as I said I’d like to know your perspectives on things.

I always think of it like a pin. Any other move you do you either have the advantage or reset. Never thought it was right that you get punished for using a sub because 9 of 10 your not trying to win with it. If we are taking out dirty refs I’m in.

This is some notes of things that jumped out at me in the matches. Rp wise like the stuff from B2O as well as Mic Drop and Kid Ego. Queen Mab vs Alexa Hayes About 3:40 into the match Mab is on the offensive and hits a stun move and is hit with a duck under instead of trying to reverse. Kinda meh in my book. I’m of the school of you get the first move you’re on offense until you get reversed then you’re on defense. Around 11:00 or so after the sub rope break didn’t like that ground strike. Kinda like attacking after a pin move kinda eh. Mad runs a bit to much for my taste. Seemed like it was was a run in everytime they reset. Besides that was a solid match I enjoyed it. B17 vs Tay Around the 5:55 mark that dive to knock out everyone was cool. 12:50 the suplex spot was cool, wish it was on ppv but sick nonetheless. Props to B for not going for the win after the lift finisher. Match felt like it took longer than was needed but not on purpose. Tay found a way to stay alive. Shep vs H2O Spot around 4:40 where both guys were missing everything was pretty funny. Around 11:00 or so off the reversal Shep picks up H2O cause he’s in the kneeling position and does an eye rake and finisher. Very sketchy if not for the fact that he let H2O up right away. It was an odd situation handled the right way. H2O with a lot of clutch sig reversals in the end. Felt like H2O had a bit of Mike Jackson in him in this one seemed like Shep kept grabbing for air, saw a couple tylers as well. But over all H2O came in clutch when he needed it to survive in this one. Survival was the story of this show after seeing all the matches. Mugen vs Betterness Around 7:00 or so that reversal into the carry was sick. About 15:40 Mugen reversed a springboard and Dupree grabbed him before he had a chance to take advantage of his reversal. This was a fight it just felt like Dupree would never get him red. He held on though and that was a nice finish. Sets up well for the Light Heavy Championship for CG. For the most part this was Old Country just getting up and going right at it. To the point it felt like reverse rushing a couple times but it was just a fight. Expected nothing less from these two.

Not enough chatting about what was a solid show coming off of The Clash. The old man already touched on the MJ moves. Still seeing a bit of the making people use two reversals as well. This next week will be the first since we’ve brought a little attention to the issue so let’s see how it plays out. Old Country Way folks. As much as I hate him Dupree always brings it in the rp front even when he’s waiting on who his next opponent will be

This right here is the point. You get reversed you get punished. We as players have to be better than abusing shitting game mechanics. You shouldn’t need to burn 2 reversals in a row at any point. Striking, grabbing, or springboarding are all shitty ways IMO. It’s my job to out reverse or mess up their timing to get moves off. But it sucks when you do that and a guy gets the advantage not because they reversed you but the move is faster than your animation.

Just took a look at that one was driving during that match. Yea that was run away spring board instead of being punished for getting reversed was meh to me. But in this case Pugh missed and ate the kick anyway. That spring board could have easily have been a brother jab, quick kick, or a drop kick for the same affect. I'm always of the mindset that if I get reversed then I gotta reverse again. It's the Pendulum swing. As for the rest of the show enjoyed the Kung Fu Panda in the tag match. Was a nice way to even the odds and got me invested. Props to the rooks for that lumberjill match, room for improvement yes, horrible I don't think so. OCW title match has some great spots but as was said it felt dragged out at a certain point. I'm for the house rules at times, I use them as well from time to time. Interested to see how Kass's story progresses from here. Danny brought it, I know Denny is known for dialing back to make guys look better when fighting him. Even I thought that would be the case here, but I can see that he got it brought to him. Same way he had it brought to him the last few weeks of last season. He was just looking to escape and like he's done for over a year he did again. Danny take the ball and run with it Turmoil needs more big names. Cheers to Spooder and Kent if that is the opening was great. Spider played the best match I've seen him play it just wasn't to be. Props to KD the video had me laughing. Old Country Way! Now, Then, Forever.

There were some gems in this one. You die a hero or live long enough to become the villain. That’s how I felt today and I didn’t even fight lol.

Only thing I put out of order was the Hendrix thing which wasn’t on the card. But my bad so much stuff going on this show did the best I could.
