AA Review Show starts out the way it should. with the hottest faction, and anything, going right now. The Darkness Triplets.... They throw their weight around, display good roleplays, and play the heel faction perfectly... A decent roleplay by Brandon Hostile. Not too sure who Trey hostile is, never seen him around, so dont even know if he competes, so i apologize. but decent roleplay, leaving me wondering what they have up their sleeve.... First Match of the night kicks off with Dylan and hostile. No name plates, and since i cant follow each week im guessing the guy in yellow was hostile due to his H. Well i can say both these guys seem to be pretty even as far as the match went. Not sure if Dylan is going for the "Showtime, hollywood arrogant" look, but his music and purple pants, and purple towel makes it like a believable gimmick. No music or sound so i skipped to the end, to see that Hostile kicks Dylan in the head, and ends the match. good way to start off riot... I liked the angle that Trance and Dane had. Dane this is small, but when i read, i wanna visualize things. You walking in there wit hthe belt around your waste kinda seems retarded. I figured with your gimmick you would maybe come in all cocky with it over your shoulder as you shine it or something. Digging the "Real Talk with Dane" though. Iceburg Vs Judas - I always judge characters by RP's, entrances, and appearances. Even thoguh the pimp angle has been done, im digging iceburgs gimmick. Love the music and love the entrance. Judas? WTF? Are you some sort of S & M gimp w/ Nsync hair? You look like your missing that orange ball in your mouth with whips and leather. Hate the arm shields. You look like a broke ass GI Joe. Fix it... Unique name though... The match itself was actually entertaining.. Iceburg the suspenders gotta go homey. You that 50 year old dad about to scratch his nuts, or you a pimp trying to fuck someone up? Loved the sig move to finisher though. Both finishers suit you, and you didnt cheese dick a win. Props to you both... The video where you dont know whose either coming back, or coming for the first time, was cool. I dug it, and gives me another reason to look forward to Certified Greatness... Dane vs Smythe - Two guys i think have a good gimmick, and both have good match skills. Was a very entertaining back and forth match. Netiehr guy seemed to cheese and both won over me as a fan. Now, the ending... Was that your finisher? Cause thats the weakest finisher ive ever seen.. If it is, props to you.. If not, that was a gay way to win, and ending it any other way than a finisher, sig, or interruption DQ or something is fuckin retarded... Really dug Fearos "super hero" gimmick, including his RP. When i can visualize a character in the ring, and it seems like a good RP, i dig it. So basically its just Fearo taking on Darkside.. I understand alot of this is competition but to be honest, i do not buy the fact that Jookie, or whoever was on the side of the ring is going to stand on there like a delbert and not interrupt the match. To me a good way to sell Fearos win would be A) an interruption by a darkside enemy or 2) maybe the person outside accidentally screws up and hits his partner. I didnt buy it at all, but props to Fearo for winning... Really dug the entrance and "Real Talk" at the beginning of the video for Dane. See Dane thats how you shoudl have came in Jacobs lockerroom. White suit, holding the belt, cocky... Okay so Jacob/Dane are plotting a feud, and i like it. What last riot lacked, these two made up for it, by RPing well, and building a foundation on why i shoudl watch their grudge match at CG. Well done fellas, love the storyline... (One side note on Mayhems "Mysterious opponent. I think more should be made of this. Why didnt the show start with Mayhem getting in Hennigs face, or getting clues about this opponent. Maybe he does on other shows, but i wanna see the champ control the show) So the Mayhem / Fausto / Aries match - I will say that this was a pretty back and forth match that aries didnt look like he was all that involved with.. lol... Not sure if the punch that ended fausto while on the ground was a sig/finisher, but i wasnt all impressed with how this one ended either. Maybe im not one to talk cause i havent played the game, and maybe triple threat matches are hard to end. This match? Meh/ Very nice ending video to the show. I remember when someone did this to undertaker. Video and even written RP was very entertaining. I have to say, this show belonged to The Darkness Triplets and Dane.. Good show..
