I'll try my best to give this show the review it needs, and not get distracted myself. Let's see some discussion, if we can do 9 pages I'm sure we can give some discussion.

 

As for me I want to apologize for the quality of my match. When recorded it was near perfect quality it was until I edited, and saved using a last minute new video editor, and it shows as a small logo reappears only a few times in the match. Just pointing this out in case anyone wonders, and asks.

I remember after the first Riot of the new year, people were speculating as to whether or not we could keep it up. Here we are almost a month later and we have arguably our best show of the year... good work guys!

 

I guess I'll start discussion...

 

What do you guys think of Kale Lockhart? Generic white guy #7? Blue chip athlete? Hostile alt #24?

 

I for one was expecting him to be a combination of one and three upon first impressions in DMs, but after this show I have a different outlook. I see him as a young guy and new comer to wrestling who managed to get a match through association with some work out buddies.

 

I feel like the progression of his career will be his evolution from wrestler to entertainer, as of right now he doesnt have much personality or much of a gimmick outside of pure athleticism--but I forsee him going from wearing someone elses trunks to becomming his own superstar. Thoughts?

IDK. He could be good as long as Hostile doesn't go the same route he always takes. Lockhart doesn't really look like someone who's going to be quiet for long, so that's a development to look forward to.

 

The only other gripe I have with him is his moveset. The Accordion Rack makes no sense on him. I'd suggest searching for another finisher...maybe take something like The Judgement Slam or even a Diving Fist Drop.

 

What about this BEDLAM guy? It was an interesting end to his match with an interesting RP to boot. He has a decent look. Kind of reminds me of Devil D. Graves from back in the day look wise (if that was his name, can't remember). His movesets not bad either, although we have yet another person using the Future Shock lol.

Well depending on what he is. If he's a heel he could definitely pull off a Mr. Perfect style. Judging from his promos, he seems like a face. I could see his character developing into Billy Gunn (not the gay version..oh who am I kidding, what's the difference?!) once he breaks out of his quiet shell.
