    You are correct. Justice was a working title, threw it around in Spanish, Japanese, Italian and German, but I liked "Justicia", which is the proper name of the water willow plant. The LA is a nod to LA Parka, who himself used the LA as La Auténtica when he was forced to change his name I believe - which technically makes Justicia "The Authentic Water Willow".
