I know it can be tough if you don't know anything about the wrestler but you can tell us what you think of their style and whatnot. Being a commentator isn't just calling matches, it's keeping the audience captivated with your storytelling as well. A lot of times I'd notice you'd have a hard time keeping up, so those points would be a good moment to give us a little insight about the wrestlers.
