Spoon vs Dimsmore was fucking awesome...without spoiling the result [as its only page 1].

 

After Spoon hit 2 finishers in a row, could Dimsmore pull a W back from the brink of death? The last 5-6 minutes were real edge of the seat stuff and I really enjoyed it.

 

Sean vs Mez was also another one, probably my favourite spot of the match was about 10 minutes in, Sean hits Mez with a drop kick to the knee, and Mez EATS the bottom turnbuckle...looked awesome.

 

 

Loving Tobin's theme music..mainly because its from the Defiance game I play :)

 

Onto the other matches.......

 

I think the new 3 fin rule and lower durability adds extra drama to matches. I know when i fought mcgee it was so back and forth we both got hurt within the same minute, both hit 2 fins, so it became sudden death for the third. Ended at 14 mins solid with entrances.

 

Definitely one of my fav matches I've played recently, kudos to Strongarm Steady for bringing his A-Game.

Just for Pugh review ,since I never watch shows or never know what's going and only comment about myself

Mania and Dims was a war .Mania kicked booty but Dimsmore fought back like a OG .That was a definite nail biter .No losers in this one .Dims is still not at his extra viscious ways was a nice ending to great match .

 

Parker thinks he's Mr.Bad Arse till it can't be just me but Marbury wiped his arm creme in his mouth now he can't get the taste out ? That's some Baxter /D-Jack stuff if I ever heard it .Really think Jay gonna get you in the end (I know bad choice of words)

Now Tobin vs McGee I'm torn ,One both are black ,both are monsters in the ring.Can't wait for their next encounter in the ring .

Scofield vs Jook really wasn't a match more like a massacre .Those dms against kdangelo69 have been paying off ,nothing like a whooping to get you Riot or Ambition ready .

McGee and was a freaking battle . I can say this ......... those two niccas went at it like crips and bloods .

Dimsmore starts the match crying like a bitch! How fitting after his night at R2G. I'm pretty sure the table just broke of its own volition. I actually feel bad for Spoon that he lost that match. He had control at least 75% of the time and Dims' saving grace was his finisher reversing. It was a good match, but I don't think it was as competitive as people made it out to be before I watched it myself.

 

As an OCW employee, I would say that Double S has every right to argue about the morality of Parker's attack on OCW employees simply because he "couldn't get to Jay". Why does Marbury have a rice field in China? I guess that's just a fact that I'm not privy to. Parker is completely right though, spitting on the OCW Championship was low, very low.

 

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought the KOCW got the world title shot at Lution. Look on the bright side Tobin, you've already held the Tv Title longer than I have!

 

You have waitresses in your locker room Suda? That's a whole new kind of style. I'd be sad too if Jookie beat me. Jookie has beaten the BAF within the course of a month, they need to exact revenge on him! Speaking of Jook... Was the point of this just that Spider is a good guy? The McGee and Tobin segment reminded me a bit of the Parker/Dupree one from when Tiberius was still a face and he accidentally decked the make a wish kid. It was a good segment though. Tobin probably feels like a dick now...

 

I like Scofields' focus. I think he may have scared Hollywood off...

 

I just got the chorus of Dupree's song stuck in my head and it's really bugging me, so I have to listen to it now.... (by the way, I'm writing this review as I read/watch Riot if you all couldn't tell. I know, I'm WAY late, it was finals week, sue me!).

 

Not sure I've ever heard the phrase pickaninny, not bad though. Suda must have some extremely nice clothing if it's reflecting his mood. Mood clothes.... an extension of the profitable mood ring business I guess. Suda should get some type of rematch. I think it would have been better for the belt to be involved in Suda vs Spider. But at the same time, that feud is good enough, it doesn't necessarily need the title.

 

D.U.F got a jobber entrance, those poor bastards! I don't know if it's just a pet peeve of mine or what, but it burns me up when people let the entrance theme run into the match as part of the sound track. Totally takes me out of the facade that it was an entrance theme. Sad for the Sons that they are facing the two bigger guys of D.U.F (notice I said "bigger") because neither of them are all that large; tall yes, big, no. Komodo is absolutely tossing Mugen around. Matsumoto is taking it K.D. (not a sentence I ever thought I'd be uttering...writing... thinking!). I think the most intruiging aspect of this match is "which character is K.D. actually playing as?" xD. This senton that every member of D.U.F has, makes me want to put on LOD style vests when they aren't looking and hope to pop a lung or kidney! Mugen is taking out both members of the opposite team, fuck 'em. K.D. is cheating, you leave Mugen alone, he's illegal! Oh shit, he dumped him through the table, pretty sure he caused him to finally turn red. Which is BS if you ask me, to be turned red off of illegal attacks. I don't know why you'd tag in the hurt guy, not a smart tactic with the way we have our rules set up. K.D. just beat Matsumoto, I wonder if he's even angry...?

 

 

Ok, I'm starting to think that Suda just didn't want to come to Riot, too busy in Texas is what I heard, and sent a great quality hollywood manaquin to fill in for him hoping no one would notice (he really does think that little of us). He just relinquished his right to a rematch...? WTF mate? I'd be all over trying to get that title back if I was Suda, you'd think someone that called himself the eternal Ex Division Champion (or however he phrased it) would want to win the belt back before most people realized he was missing it.

I OCW needs to hold a seminar on how to treat the Championships. Dragging them on the ground, spitting on the front plates, this is bullshit. You will never see my International Championship mistreated like this while I have it damn it! I was so looking forward to just a darker face Tibby. But no, he had to go full retard! WHAT?! The new Ex Division title kind of makes me think of a red velvet cupcake, the strap is that vibrant. Scofield delivers a pretty clean punch, Jookie carried right through out to the floor. Maybe Jook should stop going to the jumping clothesline, Scofield seems to have it on lockdown. The judo hip toss I keep telling him he shouldn't have as a sig if he has a normal one as a regular move, but the sig version looks great. Into the elbow drop, nice that it landed, sucks when those spots don't go through. Scofield is kind of rollling through Jookie. Or was at least, until this finisher reversal, but he still very much has the upper hand. You were lucky to get that elbow drop to fall once, you certainly went to the well one too many times sir. I don't like the taunt on those ground punches very much, but the punches themselves are awesome. Wow, nice RKO reversal, into the Scofield Slam. Poling needs to not lie, while Jookie almost could have pulled out the win he was pretty far away from deserving it. He was getting his ass kicked.

 

Leon's headed out here to remind us all that I wasn't the only one that had a good night at R2G. His win over Dimsmore was huge for him. I'd love to see Leon take the FI, of course, though I will say it's not necessarily a won and done deal after getting that.... xD. Is that a gorilla in the crow..... is that a gorilla in the ring?! The Fuck is this? Someone call the Baltimore Zoo, we're having issues!

 

Sean McGee with his awesome new entrance! I feel like it's been forever since I've watched a Mez match, this should be fun. OH MY LORD, THE TAG TITLES DO STILL EXIST! They just stale mated a tap-A game, man I don't see that too often. Sean.... how are you going to pose in Mez's face like that xD? Oh, well with clotheslines like that I guess you're allowed to. I feel like McGee got that sig wicked fast, but he has been kind of taking it to Mez... and of course Mez is now making me eat those words. Well this match froze and now will not reload.... so that's lame. I'm just going to assume that the big black guy won!

Pugh was making fun of Tobin's new entrance music, but I think it's good. I think it adds to the quiet intensity that he envibes. I like the Brock Lesnar entrance better with it though. I hate that R-Truth spinny lariat with all of my heart! pretty solid main event, Tobin looked like the clear winner the entire time.

 

WOW this asshole is the one that jumped me a few weeks back (Parker ran over the limo we were using, to hell with him)?! Asside from the World Championship, I'm not quite sure what motive Dimsmore might have to go after Parker so from that aspect it should be interesting. Also, this is me assuming that this culminates with a WL World title match, so on that I want to say I'm a little disappointed Dims is just getting his shot now. He was on a white hot streak there for a little while and he seemed like a much more legitimate contender then, not that he doesn't definitely pose a threat now, but he's been a little off of his game, so in that sense I'm a little disappointed. I hope he brings his A game.
