Nice to see Ace back for true, and Nathan looks like he sleeps in a coffin full of baby oil before he’s unleashed onto the OCW fans. Good back and forth, Nathan doing what Nathan does and picking up the W. Poor Ace’s winning streak . Only criticism, and it’s a minor one, everyone in the Ex division has the same moveset. If I see another reverse frankensteiner, I’m gonna have to abandon watching all ex matches.

 

Marvelous Austin Lee coming back might be a good thing, if he actually hangs around. We’ll see. We’ll see.

Digging Jackson’s digital camo – less so his music. What a horrific moustache I’m looking at, but its unique, so whatever, please dump those kneepads, they’ve been on 3 matches this show, and we’ve only had 3 matches. Solid match, kinda one sided but I can live with it – Jackson winning does what it needs to, hopefully Abbott doesn’t slip away now.

 

Nice to see Seth Rollins putting in an appearan…. Oh its Matt Sheldon (lol lololololololol). Seriously bring back Evan Knox. I like Loki, he’s kinda cool, but we’re 2-0 on the hairline scale.

This rags to slightly shittier rags story of Ron Portman is a little bit grating. Surely he can scrape together $500 a get himself some wrestling gear? I’m glad this segment exists, but I’m not glad that somebody unconcreted the skybox door – Mr Arnard is not welcome in OCW. OK match, but its Arnard vs Portman so it immediately loses any credit – Portman’s face was in the ropes and the ref ignored it, which is proof that if you’re an unclean white man in OCW, you will be ignored.

 

Sebastian with RP number 87, good to see he’s confident enough to get stuck in. Maybe his loss isn’t a death stroke.

 

I like Hayes, he has a really cool look and really seems to fit in well in OCW. I feel like his opportunity is more on the PS4 side of things if we’re being honest right now. If he steps into Riot, then I feel like he’s potentially lost in the shuffle, but on the PS4 side he has room to breathe. Drago is Drago – does the job, good solid win, CAN HE BEAT MUGEN? WILL HE EVEN FACE MUGEN?

Another impersonator, this time of Jacob Trance. B17 might be the Turmoil Randy Orton. Very good at his job, I’d like to see him get a full scale feud going with someone established on the PS4 side (one of these dual-console folks perhaps?). He’s definitely a contender should the Turmoil title ever materialise, but… 25 minutes? Goodness me. Smythe might be right. Back and forth, plenty of whatever the fuck, but way too long – so I fast forwarded to the last 3 and… SOMEONE JUST FINISH THE MATCH!

 

Ahh Crowe is here to… well we saw it coming. The last days of the empire etc… and then there were 2.

 

Fucking hell, why does Parker have Jay’s big round head on his tukus? Battle kilt has already been worn by Jimmy this evening – is Our Hero that poor that he has to share attire? The framerate is genuinely dreadful so I can’t really watch this match without having a headache, but I skimmed. The result you’re expecting, but fun enough.

 

Hell of a match to main event. Its most definitely not KD’s year, but it might be Mugen’s. Dude is an animal, and I love it maggle. Good match, up there with KD’s best work probably. NIGGLES THOUGH – KD needs a new look. HE NEARLY STEALS THE WIN ZOMG but Lord of the Lariat pulls it out so whatever. C4 over everything again.

 

Overall, I feel like the PS4 guys did what they needed to do, could have been more Xbox content, but it was the holidays, so whatever. Alright show, 10/10.

The match was long but it didn't feel quite that bad in game.

Time sort of moves slower in game. I thought my match with parker was like 30+ minutes but it was really 15.

Jimmy Henry is a bit eh, the kilt with the blue knee pads an eye sore, wish he would have won his match but the alts should get victories here and there. Sid looks vicious, and I like the move set.

 

Nice win, Carter. Loving the character, he creeps me out.

 

C4 Sports Agency first signing B17....intriguing.

 

Austin Lee, I didn't know what was happening but I liked the promo vid.

 

I like how Jackson flips everyone off. I'm not a fan of Abbott's move set, especially the springboard stuff. Actually just take them out or tone down and everything would look better. The match had a lot of running around and they both look like brawlers.The look of Abbott is solid.

 

Drago is just my favorite just because of his music. But damn I love the character I would buy his merchandise especially the "Draaaaaggggooooo" shirt. Kas as always looks good, I'm happy to see that his gimmick from last night (the man of 1001 ways to get in the ring) was left at home today.

 

Ron is not a cult favorite. A cult would not even accept him. He is adrift in your determination to ignore that he needs a completely new direction. I was a fan briefly, but I gave up on him like wwe gave up on Scotty 2 Hotty after Too Cool broke up. Buy hm black trunks for gods sake.

 

The match with Trance was the best match I've had online with anyone. It was a lot of fun, but I can agree it was too long. The flogsplash is not long for this world because everyone keeps freaking countering it.....or catching it. Still that ending was awesome.

 

Trance and Crowe.....I've heard that speech before. Revenge of the Sith anyone? That promo was just gold, I loved it.

 

ME was good fun. I like both characters.

 

Our hero and Warrior was hampered due the known reasons, but it still managed a solid watch.

If you aren't drago try to ease up on the "Previously Recorded" rps. They are "tricky" to place. I don't like thinking longer than an a minute on where to place things. Additionally keep all of your RP's in one single thread when you submit easiest way to lose an rp is to have 2-3 diff threads with stuff in them. also annoate where you would like things to go

Additionally you should RP according to your place on the card. If you are the first or 2nd match on the card having PRE-MATCH RP.s is going to front load the content. What is frontload? It's when everyone's content is listed as for the near or start of the show, causing a show to have a metric fuck ton of content at the top or on page 1 which leads to the rest of the show being lighter. An example would be a show that has 4-6 rps on page one and 1-2 rps on each subsequent page.

 

Last and certainly not least, please work on your compression settings. Everyone is using a different program so use google, watch some youtube videos and figure it out. you want something like 300-500mb. Anything higher is more for when we do Wrestlution (file cap is raised significantly).

Over all for a holiday show it was fairly entertaining, the Main Event was top notch, I lost it when Mugen baited KD into his MUGAN DEATH ATTACK SUICIDE DIVE, followed by his moshing.

 

PRO TIP-If you leave the ring mugen will dive at you, and will reach you, EVERY TIME!
