- Styles P is the perfect savage for the Savage Lands theme

 

- RIP to the Greatest of all times.

 

- Like the angle that Dennis has been playing with the TV title. How he’s had it for however long now and the stability he has had with it over the Turmoil title. I hope a future Turmoil champ can restore that to where it should be.

 

- Hi Elijah Dean. Kinda looks like Jook’s older brother. Don’t think I’ve seen Drake in action yet either. Pretty fast paced to start. If it stays this fast, Drake will maintain control. Dean is not mounting much on offense. Drake coasted to victory.

 

- MY SON XANDER!! I see you still have the puppy me and mom got for you 2 X-Mas’s ago. That’s great that you have matured into a responsible young adult. Let’s see what him and Cobra have in store later.

 

- Zhivago and Big Ed are up. Should be a hard hitting contest. Like The Punisher shirt Joe. Gentlemen’s Club is a cool name for a faction. And I was digging the theme until it made my ears bleed. Here we go. Fellas, especially monsters like you two, you guys are supposed to be savages. Chill with opening match taunt. Well with this moveset, maybe Joe isn’t as much of a big guy as I thought he was. Maybe more RVD like. No reason Ed should be on that second rope. RIP Joe Z. I wonder if Ed falling slow is a super heavy thing or a 7 footer thing. Either way I like it. Good ring awareness by Joe after that finisher. A lot of triple suplex moves in this one. Both guys seem to be still trying to learn their own reach, a lot of missed strikes. Not a smart springboard for Joe there. Got caught. Good match.

 

- Savage U and The Codester…… I mean Monster. Monster has been struggling as of late. Let’s see if he can turn things around.

- Sorry Jack. RD was not in attendance at Savage Lands. So no the OCW fans in Chicago were not in the presence of greatness. Also, this isn’t reality TV. Producers wouldn’t be calling the shots. “Jack: If you want proof of how scared the powers that be are of Big Ed, just look at the next Turmoil Weeks Turmoil. They don't even have the balls to put him on it!” I haven’t seen someone butcher the english language since the last time Jay sent me an AIM message. Jack seems like a good mouthpiece for Ed. And I would of even let Ed get the mic here. Jack pretty much covered everything.

 

- A-Team make money any way they can. I’m sure this animation is an Adult Swim or BET Uncut exclusive.

 

- I’ve heard many things about Malu. Interested to see him in action.

 

- Now it’s Alfred Clifford Cobra up against MY SON XANDER! AC is taking it to Xander early on. Whoops. Spoke too soon. RIP Cobra after that failed outside dive. Cobra seems to want to get this match over quickly. He’s working fast. And of course when I change one of my sigs upon my return, MY SON XANDER pays homage to me with the strike combo as a regular move. #ProudDad. Damn Cobra ate that corner powerbomb thru the table. I do like the pin meter for getting up in this last man standing match. Just wish they sold a lil more. MY SON XANDER hits the NESQUEHONING DROP on cobra. But he continues the attack. Let him show you that he's gonna get up first. Sorry Cobra, that wake up taunt finisher won’t work on a good stick player. I wish the ladder spot went the other direction. But it was enough to put away MY SON XANDER!

 

- This Flynn guy can beat up bikers, but let’s see how he deals with OCW Superstars.

- Don’t really understand this promo. MY SON XANDER has to tell Cobra to go enjoy his victory. Then he’s too out of it and then Kass comes down and dumps him again. Eh, whatever.

 

- Jackson, put some clothes on. Oh, I see now. Get you some boy. Drinking and driving is never good.

 

- Malu and Bray for the #1 contender for the Turmoil championship. This is a good test for Bray. Pretty even so far. Malu is the winner. Pretty standard match.

 

- I trust that OCW Ruler Mugen will get the job done later.

I like how Dennis is our Finn Balor at PPV's with the different DC couple characters, it's interesting to see which way he will go after he's done Superman/Supergirl and maybe Green Arrow/Canary , as I can't really think of many other decent DC 'couples'.

 

Kind of bums me out that he and Suda have the same entrance, really de-values both character imo [plus it's a shitty entrance anyway]

 

Seeing the superkick on Majin looks maaaaad strange, as to me I associate him like a '1 finisher guy'..Like Raven with the DDT, or Macho Man with the elbow drop..seeing another finisher on him just looks weird.

To be fair, the entrances are sort of different. Slightly. I use the plain version on Turmoil / Riot. I also started using it after I got the Tv belt. Suda was away at that time, and I honestly didn't know he used it. No one mentioned it to me until He started the feud with Majin. Otherwise I certainly would have stayed away from it.

 

By then it was too late to change. I don't think the characters are devalued. Baker and arnerd were using it as well. Pugh and Jackson have the same champion entrance. We have a few people that use parts of the same entrance.

 

I downloaded the PC version in hopes of getting the cm punk entrance....but modding is more difficult than I assumed it would be. Couldn't figure it out. If I could manage figuring it out, I'd gladly change. It's the only entrance that fits DB I think.

 

When I think of devalued, I think of moves...I think of the super kick. like how 10 people on the site use a super kick as a regular move.

That move is devalued.

You won't see the super kick any more on me. I only used that cause I was tryin to pick a move that I could see Majin doing. Was using the bull hammer but didn't like how it looked after actually seeing it in a match. (Minio) So was gonna try the superkick cause I thought it would look kinda similar to the thrust kick that I've used since I've been in OCW. But, once again, after seeing it actually hit in a match, I'm not gonna use it any more. It's DDTs for everyone here on out!

Maybe not 'devalued'...for me it just kind of takes away from the character a little.

 

and NEVER base anything off what Arnerd does, that caw is just a rip off of every decent caw KD has ever watched thrown into a pot, the same way Matsumoto is a rip off from Suda, Spider and Mugen.

 

The superkick is WAY over used, along with the hoots doing each others finishers as normal moves, it was funny at first in DM's, but it looks retarded as shit on shows, especially big ones [suda Pughdigree-ing Majin reminded me of that ]
