The half-arsed booking & reluctance to post a card thread, hurt this show more than anything else. The wild card bracket - nobody understands what that is, don't think it was explained. It doesn't matter now apparently.

 

There have been a number of rookies sign up in the past month or so, and to constantly not book them is BS. I know they have a chance to use their initiative and submit their own matches, but when your new it's nice to be noticed and guided, and steered in the right direction. The card was also still telling people that Unleashed or Asylum would have them.

 

I miss Randy Rice & the layout. I'm sorry but I do. Gutted that the Gentleman's Club were on a tropical vacation, they were sadly missed.

 

 

 

Anyway, fuck all this moaning, let's end this on a positive note:

 

Jackson's opening RP and video RP were quality. Madison & her Turmoil 5 delusion was good, don't think I've ever had an effigy of me burned before, so that was nice. Bill Ding's appraisal made me chuckle. Convoy & DJQ with a joined up RP is encouraging. The B-17 & Loki Durden's videos were pretty dumb but they were funny. Comfortable win for Bray, and an impressive win for Dennis "Druple Duty" Black.

 

 

 

EDIT: Turmoil 132 card looks awesome, and I'm confident the show will get better. Right, I'm away to watch the DB vs Sid match in full with my pen and notepad, taking notes on how D managed to beat the Sidberg.

 

ANOTHER EDIT: Seb & Malu, I didn't forgot you guys, just sort of take you for granted because you have been so consistent with the RPs over the last few weeks. Wish you all the best in the PPV, I wouldn't mind seeing a belt change hands. Preferably from the puny, manicured grasp of that trailer park slut.

Review time children. I'm writing this as I read so I may say some things that don't jive. Also, I haven't read anyone else's posts so I apologize if I say something that's already been said.

 

Having my RP open the show feels awesome. That's all I'll say about that.

 

Madison coming out with the cutouts was very creative. I thoroughly enjoyed that one...except the part where I was SET ON FIRE. As much as facing Dennis is a pain in my ass, I really do hope he wins both brackets. If he does, does he get to choose which main title he'd like to go after? Is that even on the table for the winner? Does he hold onto the TV and World titles? I'm interested to see how all this pans out.

 

Seb, I'm rooting for you buddy. Get out there and put a bearing on Bray and get that win! Facing DB twice in the same night is like some shit from Halloween Havoc '95 (Thanks to the WWE Network, I've start watching WCW Monday Nitro from the beginning, including all the PPVs in order).

 

Not sure what the point was of Ashley/Ding. Just so she could tell him he faces Nightmare again? Glad to see her back though and Bill Ding...well...he's Bill Ding baby!

 

God damnit B! While I love the perfectly placed "CSI: Miami" moment, my ears are bleeding so thanks for that and scaring the life out of my children!

 

Short and to the point Seb. I dig it.

 

Diamond Jack and the Rogue Convoy. Diamond, I really dig your character. "Pay me whenever." made me literally laugh out loud. I'm not too familiar with the Convoy other than recognizing their names. Looks like they have created a great storyline for themselves though. I like it.

 

The Orphanage! Damnit! Seb fight through it and get it the win!

 

Seb, I like the Golden Abbot thing but damnit man, I need to see some facial hair. This mustache-less Seb is freaking me out. I do like Bray's attire with the spider. Good job on that. Now, Seb, you missed a lot of moves bro so I wasn't surprised to see you take the loss, but I'm happy you got as far as you did. Now Sunday, win that TV Title! Good win for Bray. Let's see how the finals go!

 

The GTA videos are cracking my shit up. Plus the credits were spot on...lol!

 

I thought the video I did attacking Malu turned out decent. It took me some time to get it right, but I'll brag on myself. I really hope 2K brings back story creator in 2K17.

 

BAH GAWD HE DID IT! Poor Sid ran smooth into that knee giving DB the win. Just once though, I'd like to see Dennis perform a flippy-flippy move and him NOT land on his feet... Good job guys and while I'd like to have seen Sid win, I think Dennis being in both brackets is still pretty interesting.

 

Pretty decent show overall. I was disappointed that there were only two matches (WTF) but it is what it is I guess. This is why we need stored matches for when cards are light. B17's videos were pretty good with the integrated GTA and RDR portions. I'm ready for Sunday to see what happens and how everything comes to an end!

Facial hair takes time to grow... I miss the mo too, it'll be back one day though :)

 

I'm still watching and reading the show so hopefully I'll be able to put a review together later.
