Congrats to kage on a great year, and to the others as well. Now I'll have to agree with Bauer that he is way too low, for the year he's had. I'd personally place him between 10-12, but eh, thats just me.

 

Also, to those mad that Nate's at 5, I don't really see a problem with it. He did miss some time after all, and Versus deserves #4 because he more or less led (with help from others but he was probably the main one) CCW from second rate to a great brand, and had a nice run as champ and stayed entertaining. I think I deserved 3 for the long title reign, having a good year in the ring, huge second half of the year, etc, Guy definitely deserved his spot, he was amazing competition wise and had some great storylines, Kage at #1 should be a given, so yeah, Nate at #5 is plausible, still had a great year tho.

 

Also IMO DJ and Leon should swap spots but yeah i'm just nitpicking, great job.

Actually myself and Versus sat out about the same amount of time when you look at it. Just that the time I sat out was more recent. But I am fine with where I ended up, I mean Kage and Guy could have gone either way, Kage with the OCW/HC title runs and the grade A storylines all year and Guy with OCW/Tag title runs plus winning KOOCW and the SCup to go along with solid stories of his own. AJ had a number of great matches and had the good feud with Leon and the classic with Kage.

Personally I think Versus at 4 is just about right. Going off win loss alone you probly wouldn't put him there as the first half of the year wasn't exactly great for him. But for his efforts as far as his feud with Nick and as the CCW champ its deserving.

I agree after looking back at some stuff that Brad should probly have been put in ahead of the Guys 20-16 for his efforts. Probly would move Steve behind him putting Brad at about 15 and moving Blood to 14. But that's me.

I would have dropped myself a little bit...Bauer I guess should slide up a little*Pains me to say it* cause he did RP pretty well. Nate is fine where he is. Guy and Kage should be 1a and 1b. Versus IMO is perfect where he his. He had a hell of a year and some epic storylines tied in with the fact that he did wonders for the CCW Title.

 

Why did Double A make the list? and where is Badass Bill on the list?

I think Bauer isn't up there higher cause he didn't hold on the tv title that long or was it even officially in his hands :rolleyes: and he only had the tag titles for a month with Double A. If I look at the list all people in front of him held titles longer or had a bigger championship.

 

For instance I beat Vega on Wrestlution and Nathan Gaines one on one, made it in one of the craziest matches with Soul Glo. Hell even Smythe is up front in me while he only opened the ocw riot show all year round and jobbed most of the year and Kang James who made a name too himself by almost beating Kage. Probably if I won my three title shots this year I would have ranked higher, but I'm happy enough on number 25. It's a lucky number you could say, I'm born on the 25th, live on house number 25 and I'm 25 years old. I think every list that will be made up will have a lot of discussion about it. Even Guy could say he why am I not in front of Kage. Some people are really close and it's probably the overall achievements you got in 2007 (roleplays, titles, win-loss, abscence) which ranked you there. Overall I don't think anyone can complain and it's a good list.

I think your missing the point. If we only go by belts won, or matches won, then Justin Time should be up hihger, because he beat Aj. Which ironically is at #3, and Justin is damn good at 07.

 

Brad carried fuckin CCW for a while. Seems you idiots forget about that. He wrote RP after RP, and they were all well written. Ego or not, he got fucked, plain and simple. I have joked in this thread, but the fact is, if he was well liked, and not as cocky, he woudl have been higher. Its pissing me off, cause all i hear is fucking excuses.

anyway with the Bauer situation... pretty much everyone ahead of Bauer held a major singles title... which would make everything simple... even Pee Stee held the Hardcore title at the end of the year... KANG had the HC title handed to him... I will go as far as to say Bauer should have been higher than Pee Stee... maybe Gaines... but top 10 is well far fetched...

No cause Justin Time didn't win a championship and his roleplays are like zero altogether even if he won against AJ he jobbed too a hell of a lot people too. I'm talking about the whole package (roleplays, videoroleplays, win-loss record, amount of championships won, length of championships held, charisma)

 

Like I said everyone can probably make up there own opinion why they should have been ranked higher. I can even say that with good arguments why I should be higher, but that's the way it is. You gotta accept it and overall I can be satisfied with the placing.

 

Also I think number 21 is pretty good for someone that just started this year. Bauer is in front of Vega, me, MMM and other big names in OCW/CCW.

I see you value roleplays a lot, I will agree with you that Bauer excels at making roleplays and he did very much for CCW, though the way you put it almost makes it look like he roleplayed alone and the way you put it disrespects other roleplayers like Deano, Versus, Carlos, myself. You can be pissed but that doesn't mean I have too agree with your opinion. If you can't accept the fact that sometimes other people have a different opinion about you and/or others life will be unnecessarily hard, though you are entitled too a different opinion then myself or others ofcourse.
