MMM "TYLERS" CRUZ into a finisher... super iffy...

First off, don't ever accuse me of Tylering. I looked at the video and it does indeed look like Cruz was going for a grapple right before I kicked him, but I didn't notice it during the match as it happened rather quickly. I saw he was in the corner so I figured I'd go in for the kill. If you watch the video, there's barely a split second between his arms going up and the toe kick, so unless I'm quicker than a hiccup, it's just bad timing.

 

Secondly, if Cruz noticed it, or felt like it was "Tylering", I'm sure he would have mentioned it and I would have gladly redone the match. Unlike some of you rooks, I mainly care about putting on a good match where no one feels cheated. You can check my track record and word of mouth, I'm one of the fairest guys you'll face here in OCW/CCW.

 

I don't use constant whips or Rock punch combos, I don't constantly do quick grapples or running moves just because my opponent is good at countering and I don't only use moves that target the body and head. I pride myself on being a fair guy and you can kiss my ass if you think otherwise.

 

Having said that, Carlos, if you care for a rematch, it's all good with me as it does appear you were going in for a grapple when I hit the toe kick. Also, if anyone ever feels that I've done something shady, you better say so in the match. If you say something then, I'll be just fine with it because I'm a laid back sumbitch on most occasions.

Yeah wish someone told me after the match they were upset about my "tylering" incident, I would have gladly re done the match as well. Not to bring up old times but to bring up a good point you make. If someone feels cheated to speak up about it right after the match cuz im sure majority of people here in OCW look to the fight the fair fight these days. Constructive critisism also is a good way to improve, so I welcome both, always room to improve.

dude... just say you were wrong... BOLD did it and got a 2 week suspension... you can`t defend that... it`s a simple FPR mistake... it`s a TYLER... and it was followed by a finisher... which is wrong... I didn`t say you weren`t a fair player... or anything else... I merely said what I saw in that match... Carlos was in a grapple animoation clearly... and you toe kicked him... interrupting his grapple... then you hit your finisher... and I`ve seen a suspension handed down in the past for the exact same thing... I saw it the first time I watched the match... problably because I`m still learning to use FPR and put on good matches... nonetheless... it is what it is...

Before I read this thread, I noticed the "Tyler" as well. As an un-biased party here, I would have to agree with the S Jobber. You tylered him into a finisher. I would have said something, but I'm not Carlos Cruz.

 

Further, Barbylox, we have FPR in place for a reason.

Nobody ever tylers on a consistant base anymore,so that term is really only applyable for a new guy. S Bomber you really dont need to tell MMM how to play fair.Mind that you dont know in what circumstance the match was played. Time difference,after work,etc.

 

If Cruz didnt want to do a Rematch,or for whatever the reasons decided not to,then just accept the match that got send in,despite the mistake.
