Not to be a prick rotti. But ive noticed that you seem to fade away once you start getting booked. I know IRL problems happen ,as they do to me. I also have faded in the past. Im saying this cause i dig your character and would like to see more of ya. Just some friendly words. Dont bolt again.

I noticed it too and trust me it is purely by accident. Between work and school things have been abit crazy. The stupid trip to the hospital didn't help matters.

 

I really want to start getting moving with Rotti again, doing some RP's and getting matches in on time and done. Work should be calming down soon and I should be able to do more in terms of Roleplaying. I came back to it when things were still a little chaotic, and thought I would have no problem easing in. That doesn't seem to be the case but I think the worst is behind me.

 

I won't bolt again. I am here and soon enough I will begin to prove it.

Smythe is right, his rookie campaign was tough, he was taking on all the big guys.

 

Back then, OCW did not have as many Rookie Showcase Matches as we do now. So a lot of the times Rooks got passed around like the new meat they were.

I started my career with AJ Phoenix (and he "mortal kombat" stole my glasses) Guy Fausto (who refused to chinlock me, guess he knew I was a little too awesome), Poison, Versus, then The Steve's return match in 07. 0-5 to start.

 

It was fun, but I was glad when I finally got to take on the Green Rookie, Big Joe D...what ever happened to that guy?

 

I hear 08 is a different story than 07, So I can't wait until I see where I stand against all this new blood and the old timers.

Was an ok show all in all. AJAX finisher set up I think was against FPR but as a rook I guess it's ok to slide. Can't believe Mace kicked out of a finisher, but outta all those matches Otomo vs Vin was the Match of the night.

He broke an "Ethics" Rule and the whole match was well played until that point so it wasnt worth re-doing. He knows of his mistake.

An 'ethics ' rule? not only did he pick valmont up on double orange,he also hit his finisher on double orange, that match should have been re-done.

Dont wanna sound like an ass but thats a pretty hefty mistake.

I wish Ambition were here when I was a rook... this idea is awesome... and the fact we have enough rooks and low card guys to do it makes it even better...

 

in the Ambition Wonder report I`m going to give constructive criticism instead of bashing... it`s only fitting...

 

anyway we start with a Death Row rp... and I must say these guys are working their asses off in OCW... I like the fact that I know alot about them and I see them alot... suggestion tho: they need to be more badass... their ex-cons... former gangsters... I need to see that...

 

first match is Baxter vs Mace... I hate when recorders come to the ring and they stand on the apron.... your apart of the show once you record... stand outside and taunt do something... Cross does make a few moves... but the standing on the apron thing is unrealistic... Mace does a ground strike then a ground grapple at 945... easy mistake and most likely a slip up... now the finisher at 1138 is completely legal... as it`s off a reversal... however pickups before double red (with a flash finisher) is not... alot of people break that rule tho... Mace kicks out of Baxter`s finisher... 1640 we get a ground grapple followed by a pickup (not allowed as the ground grapple constitutes as your move and the pickup being a second grapple)... eh match was decent...

 

Valmont is mad he`s on ambition... but he`s yet to pick up a win in like forever... at least he`s got uber noob in A-Jax right... WRONG...

 

I like A-Jax.. his FPR is better than Mace`s... he does alot of running moves tho... I frown upon that... and then we get to the ending... and pick up on double orange is illegal... then an attack after a pickup on double orange is illegal... and a finisher on double orange is definitly illegal... this match actually shouldn`t have gone up and should have been redone...

 

whoever tested A-Jax and Mace should be kicked in the balls as they don`t grasp any of the new 08 rules at all...

 

anyway the Main event was like a regular match... Vindy has FPR down... this maatch was actually entertaining... dragged out longer than it should have tho.... but a good match nonetheless...

 

a good show.... hopefully we can get some feuds tossed in here to make this show overly interesting like Riot and Turmoil...

Vindicator does indeed have FPR down. the death row guys need some work. but i think they will get it.
