You know me and another old OCW coluge where talking the other day about how OCW has lost the fire from within the players. Talking about how it used to be intresting when you didn't know who was going to win matches, when things wheren't so one sided and yet soo two faced to uphold storyline values.

 

I rather see a grueling brawl fist clincher or blow out than jut another long drawn out fued where they are just ping ponging wins and losses just to make the other guy look good for a change. I'm sick of seeing everything being based off the measuring stick of how long or in depth your little fucking storyline goes.

 

This is a fucking game, yeha it's supposed to fair but it's also supposed to be fun, but where does fair actually lay at?

 

You bring me to that ring I will try to detsroy you, and I rather fight the guy that has the worst RP skills in the world but has the goldest or blackest heart for the spirit of the battle that will take me to the canvas just to remind me of what blood smells like, taking me back to my roots where I bleed the best. All out real time tactics taking what he has to do to defeat thier oppenant even if that means DQing himself to remain unblemished by the actual physical loss if all is done within the FPR tactics i Would not care. I rather play this person than the coward who must be shaking in his formed to fat ass seat who wants me to take the dive and have a buddy storyline.

 

I miss the days of hatefull GP where someone wanted to beat you because they thought they where better than you or disliked you, "thnks bld for bring this fire back within me".

 

Even the coluge I was talking to said he has to admit going back and looking on it everyone was watching shows, you didn't know who was going to win or lose. Who was going to screw who, by god we all know I played devil's advocit for more than a few people here. When you shook my hand you had to count your fingers, all to stay on top and I can admit that and will admit that I would do it all over again and you know what I might do it again if the oppertunities present it's self.

 

Even all this was looked down upon strongly by other peers at it's time you know what?

 

They all tuned in to see what happened, regardless the outcome.

 

Dually noted before you judge what I am saying, what i did back then now is considered very unethical. Times have changed & OCW has oppted for more fair play rules yet again. Don't judge me for I am one who was one of the first to say apply the DR rule and others as well. I have been here sense the first brick of dreadfull typed out matches in the earliest of the first SvR series children.

 

I yawn myself to the OCW site these days to do what I do for people and to watch the very minimal of matches to know what I have to for my being here.

 

Now I am getting sick of some of these things not being written that are claimed to be ethical, and who decides for it to be so, the ones who lost in the fasion of which the tactic was done. Of course the loser always says for the majority of the time it isnt ethical.

 

If so and so wants to be counted out let them do so, the other moron should go and get his ass and bring him back to the fucking ring, if you get cought up then you played into his trap. It's on the spot entertainment, and IDC who you are there is no such thing as real wrestling or do you forget this shit is fake.

 

Although the time has come for this garbage to be done with!!! Seriously!!! Stop lieing to yourself your starting to believe your own BS.

 

You know how many people actually do not know whats going on in OCW right now with any fueds, major titles, circles, The anti conformist or groups, rebels, or yes even dark charecters due to longated storylines and lack of real grudges and competition.

 

I'm sry sometimes history repeats it's self but I actually "Give a Flying Fuck!!!"

 

When will the time come where that one guy, the one guy!!!, that is great at this game yet has no RP skills what so ever be allowed to move forward?!?!

 

You know it takes a good bit of effort to stay upper mid card, If you don't RP atleast once every week you wont stay there.

 

By god i can only imagin that one must have no life in order to achive this mythical level that is now known as ME status.

 

I have a 6-4 job, on top of that I am a musician in two bands, I travel alot on the raod 22 hrs for my dedication just to practice 5 to 6 days out of the week, and by god a woman which most of you may never know the feeling of.

 

Get a fucking life and let the real comptition be here, or can you just simply not let go?

 

Yet I can say these things because i have something most lack, fucking BALLS.

 

The spirit of OCW is for a better word right now lack luster even with the jump to 09 coming up.

 

Bring the Hammer down, The ladder needs to return!!! Until we see some sort of stepped up performance there will be the lack of intrest. OCW needs this to bring back what was the natural attraction which was a fun,fair, "competitive" place away from cheesy fucks online.

 

If your afraid of the ladder your afraid to have that loss shown. It shouldnt matter because everyone wants to win, some people do and some dont. It just show the caliber of gamer you are in OCW on SvR & the Ladder was originally intended to help staff book matches acordingly not because this person doesnt like that person and doesnt want to fight him but because this person is kicking ass and deserves his merits for doing so.

 

 

I will try my damnedest to bring back the agressive nature and I'll be beating down the doors with a iron fist

some people here are afraid of the competitve side of OCW. I personally want to see it return.

 

There should be rewards and a sence of pride if you win a lot and you should be able to brag and show off in OCW. If someone is stepping into the ring with a beast they should know it!

That was exactly what I aim to do when I only get semi-booked from time to time. I still rp of course but I try and find people for impromtu matches or those who aren't feuding who want to work angles. I ended up with a sizeable winning streak & a world title shot; now I'm doing something similar & am in a feud w/kip for the pride title. I'd attribute a lot of what I've done to getting a good amount of W's in addition to the other pieces.

meh... well said I guess... I figure I had a pretty good 08 is kicking everyones ass.. and I reaped the benifits... 6 months as tag champions... 4 OCW title matches... King of OCW finalist...

 

I'd be bored if I just logged on beat someone at the game and turned it off... and if I play ANYONE who get's counted out on purpose please believe I will never play them again... that's a massive waste of my time...

 

some people are in OCW to recreate an actual fed experience and others are in OCW to dominate... I am the earlier... I like reading RP's and watching storylines... plus the top guys are the ones that RP anyway...

 

FPR will have to make a new slew of rules to phase out the "ethics term" and make them into all out no-no's because people can't seem to get it...

 

Me and Steve were talking about why FPR has to make rules and post them instead of having a general vote on certain things... and after Mayhems post I completely agree with Steve... Guys getting counted out??? not understanding the concept of ethics??? guys moving forward with no RP skills???

 

let's face it guys... ladder or no ladder... tracking wins and losses or not... would that really change much??? here's what will happen... Kip and Mace will move into the Main event like they would have normally... Me and Nate and Leon and Versus will still be in the ME... maybe Valmont and Kang... but nothing else would change... will you guys wake up more to do matches??? will you guys be around more to see who wins matches??? will Bold stop playing professional football to do more OCW matches??? or maybe Cross will give up school and come back??? or Majin will stop working 7 days a week??? maybe AJ will!!!! whatever he's doing???

 

OCW needs more interesting characters... not more people that aren't characters... the game is the same from match to match... building rivalries... and putting together big matches is what will make OCW watchable... were just at a stage where every match has been done...

 

09 is gonna be sweet... we see the death of the stupid tech style... the death of the cheap ass powerhouse perk... and everything is reversable... including the lift up and the wrestler drag... we'll see who is who with this new game...
