Brandon Hostiles Review: Page 1---- Riot Intro. I don't know if its been said yet or not, but it sorta needs to be updated a little. Its not that big of a deal. But it would be cool for the creator to save side project file that way when theres a new champion he just has to replace the old champions spot in like 2 seconds. Suggestion thats all. Its really not that important I just know a lot of people like up-to-date stuff. So we kick off Riot with Parker. Parker's addresses Mr. Sensation as Jay and complains they haven't had much 1 on 1 bonding time recently and that 'Jay' isn't paying attention to Parker. This is a great RP so far and Parker has great mic work. The mid way video consists of the lights dimming and Mayhem appearing behind Parker. Like any smart man he got out the ring before his feet could catch up to him. But only to end up trading blows with Smythe who throws him back in the ring so Mayhem could eat dinner. Just as Mayhem about to drop Parker on the steel steps from the 3rd rope Mr. Sensation interrupts with his fancy shmancy limo. Mr. Sensation announces that Lution's World Championship contenders are: Smythe D. Wonder, Trevor McManus and Aries. As Smythe turns to just walk out of the arena as he received what he wanted Mr. Sensation then booked a Lution contenders match between Smythe and Parker because of Smythes arrogance. He proceeds to get counted out after Parker boots him off the apron at the 9 count. Smythe SDW's, Parker and ref(should help Ryder). Page one overall had great content. I was surprised to see that there wasn't a legit Parker vs Smythe match. But surprises are good. I'm actually very pleased to see Parker in the WHC boat. I hope it stays this way. Page 2---- We start off with Mr.Yamaguchi. Love the entrance music. Sounds like the band Loyal To The Grave. Couple Japanese friends I have in a hardcore band in Japan. Build up Lotus as an indestructible force that brings balance. Evil and balance to change OCW and never make it the same. Yamaguchi brings up Nate…. :( so much for Lotus… ha. Leon and Pato will be such a good match a Lution. Hopefully they hit some amazing spots and don't have too much trouble with servers and lag. +1 point for Leon attacking Yamaguchi successfully and avoiding Pato. Tho no points given for outrunning Pato. Border war seems cool. I mark for it. I also mark for Arnaud using Captain Clowny. TI remember when that kid said that to him during a 3 way DM. Sooo funny. With this Rp it looks like Arnaud is building more personal hype than tag team hype.. I hope the Canadians don't disappear in time and just fade to singles competitors. ARNAUD VS WALKER 2: Gravity Blasting Great match. I really enjoyed the back and forth and the outside work. The match waste really at all boring. Arnaud always has great taunting after the right moves even tho the no-sells get him sometimes haha Was a great match and a good win for Dorian Arnaud. ***** 4/5 Immediately after the match we are sent backstage with Chris Ryder lounging on his sofa. Ryder is talking to his belt.. more like confiding in it. Which i guess is actually a good thing. Sickening plot of revenge against the referees. He is interrupted by none other than the OCW officials. The referee's attempt to bail out of the match for 'safety.' Cant blame em referee's are scrawny little spit-fucks. Cept for Earl Hebner. The referee's are sadly denied and left in the room. Page 3---- Justin Rockstar and Dane Xavier.. good combo. What doesn't a rockstar want other than money to spend on drugs and boose? Dane has a problem wit the Rockstar on his couch but Danes lost his edge, his on-topness, his muchness and lets it slide. Rockstar asks what he's gotta do and Dane goes over his match with David Jackson. Rockstar is pleased with this match and continues on fearlessly with Dane. Dane still, does not care. DJACK VS ROCKSTAR: Captain Clowny I personally love watching DJACK in the ring. One of the best established wrestling styles in OCW and one hell of a reverse trigger. I'm only a third in the match and its great back and forth I haven't seen anything that doesn't really fit the match not even with the moveset. I mark for the music for the beginning of the match. I mark for the ddt, to mayoral to the running knee drop by Rockstar. Great move sequence and it looked smooth. DJack and the Rolling Salvate = WIN. Lots of failed top rope moves for sure in this match Good win for Rockstar. ***** 3/5 After the match we go to Stacey Clark with K.Dangelo. Despite his recent low, I expect Dane to be Black Racked. K.D goes down the reckless path not caring about the injuries of his opponents and silikes that management tries to protect its employees. tsk tsk we should sick Mayhem on K.D ;) RYDER VS MCMANUS: Crazy vs Crazier This match is a good all out wrestling match. Ryder does a good job of getting his sig/fin hit early in the match and is clearly dominating as he gets another sig shortly after. It seems that Ryder and McManus have conflicting fighting styles. Lots of telexing and striking at the same time. Every encounter kinda leaves the viewer open to who will win the draw. I mark for Trevors reversal on the top rope and then hitting the diving spear. Dislike the movement of the cam ninja. Who recorded??? I usually like the outside irish whip over the steps but this has been used in all 3 matches tonight so far. Theres no way for anyone to know that the other matches used it but it sucks seeing it 3 times a night. Mark for the ADTR song. Chris Ryder wins via submission for the end of a great match. Dunno why trips quit out at the very end but we'll say thats svr servers. ***** 3/5 Page 4---- Nate Ortiz returns! OH MY GAWD!!! He's gone facial reconstruction surgery as well! He looks exactly like Dane. This is exciting people. He is a legend if only Recon was here too! So Dane tries to pull a Nate. This could hurt him in the future. As the fans chant bullshit too bad Sting isn't here to agree. Dane tells people that its time for people to move on. To show respect to the new cows on the farm and that Nate wont actually come to Riot. He claims he will take the torch at Wrestlution. From there we move only to the perfect smile of OCW DJones. Ohhh no smiles…. nvm.. Looks like we have some marital problems here with DJones… thats bad. He's completely unsuspecting Pato's attack. But the big man cant find the buffet so I'd be on my toes from now on if I were DJones. SYTHE D. WONDER VS CODY STORM: The Perfect Storm I completely expect Cody Storm to win this match from the git go. Smythe has a few pounds on the grappler but thats okay. Smythe probably hasn't scouted this match too much. I feel that Storm will catch Smythe slipping and will do it rather quickly. There are some really good timed reversals in this match that stop the opponent from getting sig moves. Smythe's the first to break through and hit the SDW. Storm kicks out and continues on to take control. Random thought I could see Storm pulling the man of a thousand and 4 holds. xD Nearly all of his ground moves are holds of some type. Oh look I signed on. ^.^After the SDW Storm has really taken control for a turn in tides of the match. Noticing his bar isn't moving at all tho… that sucks. Smythe hits 2 moves and gets a sig hits that and a finisher and we have ourselves a winner. Good job Smythe. ***** 3/5 Page 5---- DANE XAVIER VS K.DANGELO: II Good match to start off page 5. I like KD's entrance music. I can almost taste it.. (Nate) I would mark so much for a Nate interference in this match but I kinda wanna see a battle of the Brute's/ Half way through the match and this is going rather quickly. KD has noticeable control and has had control since the corner reversal. He hits the powerbomb sig and the spear following. Dane kicks out a split second before three. Gets a nice ground reversal and gains control for a split second then is consumed by KD again. Despite Dane's momentary control gains he's met with a reversal. We're now close to the end and KD smells blood. Up goes the Black Rack and Dane taps out. Good match. Not Main Event quality competition on Danes part. K.D delivered a straight up ass whooping and the beast lives on. ***** 2/5 After the match Smythe appears from behind the curtain dragging Birdie, Mr. Sensations assistant. This is just uncalled for. Dragging a girl like this. Don't we have sexual harassment laws in this place? Smythe blames everything on Birdie. Smythe rage. Sensation appears at the top of the ramp. Sensational Saviour! Sorta Not… Birdie gets speared and Smythe gets his number 1 contendership back. Smythe leaves the building a winner at all expenses. Great Riot. I give Rp's a combined 4 stars. and the matches I have to give 3 stars. Undercard put on great matches. I was pleased with all but the Main Event. Maybe it shoulda been redone to at least made it go back and for a bit more. But oh well. I'm sure some people disagree with me.

The old stat system is definitely in preference for me. Obv for the technical you would have to make a lower cap than the others but it doesnt matter right now. The old system was good. I enjoyed it.

Brandon Hostiles Review: Starting off the show with Jacob Trance's RP was definitely a good choice. I like Trance's comparison of Fearo to Homer Simpson. It got a laugh and it actually felt real. Like someone would actually say that to Fearo. Trance continues on about how everyone loves them for the idiotic selves they are. In my eyes. Trance its better to be loved than hated. But its also even better to be feared and respected as well. I DO NOT mark for the Kane and spinarooni line believe it or not.. I sorta dislike bringing WWE into OCW. To me it seems kinda dull but it can be okay in certain situations I suppose. Just not this one. Good RP I liked the imagery in it. Smythe comes out and starts talkin a bit of trash. Even to his 'countrymen'. but most importantly JCS. Smythe, you may have gotten the GM spot for a week. but after JCS comes back you may be lucky to get a janitor spot on the show. Or maybe post show takedown. And unlike the last few riots if I recall correctly we actually have our first match on the first page of riot for once in like 3 weeks i believe xD I may be wrong. The Canadians debut against Precious Metal I was glad to see this match actually done. When the card was posted I had my doubts. This match wont load past a certain point and it annoys the crap out of me. But what I've seen has definitely been good. Not hands down amazing. Everything I'd except from the Rookie Dupree. He did a good job. Good win for PM. Overall I give the match a 3/5. Jim Black then next steals the scream for a second to talk about Trevor supposedly coming back tonight and whether he'd even be able to. Chances are, he'll fuck shit up.. Scaggs and Poling get the spot and talk about The Order and Dane. It seems like Mayhem could appear tonight.. But I actually call a bluff on this one. They get cut off by an unknown voice. Adam Mikely(good name) is revealed as Dane's personal interviewer. You'd think and interviewer would know when a camera was on. Lawl xD He promises to wiggle his way into Dane's locker room to find out whats going on in Danes mind. Judging by all the security. I would say Mayhem… or Nate… Who wouldn't be tho? Page 2 brings up Smythe again on the X-Tron. Talking crap to his fellow countrymen again. Wheres the support? No where to be found. Left in Canada after Smythes parents went through a divorce and a vigorous legal battle over custody. Then he walked in on his dad screwing the house keeper… So he takes all his childhood frustrations out on Jacob Trance and bashes Flame Retardant a little. Nice choice of words in the threat to APEX interfering in the Handicap Match as well. I mark for this RP. Trevor shows up in an ambulance. Great ^.^ hopefully he wont be leaving in one again. Scars the bajeebies out of Jim Black who awkwardly reminds me of the bitch that Michael Cole is. Next John Cen… Chris Ryder comes out to the ring pulling the fans' chains again. Oh and coincidentally has a little rap for us. how awesome xD Despite that, I have a respect for lyrical talent, and its not hard to come up with something like that. Props to Ryder. He starts to attack the ref's again which subsequently brings back The Administrators. Interesting. Another COW tag team would be delightful. But moving on Ryder gets approved to fight 3 referee's in a gauntlet match. Definitely different for sure. I'm interested to see how it plays out. Back to Trevor. Poor dude, you get 1/2 of a great night but with an old ass lady to lower your heart rate. Shoulda just hired one on your own pal. Mikely stings two security guards into a match. This is actually cool. Could be a good debut of two new superstars in the making soon. Hopefully they are two new people not alts and actually stay. I like this a lot and it could turn out to be a very tough situation for Mikely. Page 3 starts off with Parker Stevens and Casey Paine. Caseys on the phone with Smythe who is apparently 'the boss' xD Parker has an inferiority complex it seems. Smythe seems WAAAYYY to energetic for the match. I call the bluff again. He's got something up his sleeve and Parkers gonna get wrecked if he doesn't see it coming. After that nice RP we move on to a short segment with lettuce. He claims he is now on a road to the top of OCW. Good for you buddy best of luck. Back to Adam Mikely who gets his interview with Dane. Dane spot on actually sounds nice right now. Adam is a free man now and Dane seems to support it. Jim Black heads up. Seems like the man with everything wants even more. But this time money cant buy it. So he'd cut it out of Mayhem. Either way, Dane might have cut off more than he could chew… gross. Jerk Face…. Dane loses again… rough man. Good match despite that. Was actually excited most of the way through. 4/5. Back to Trevor in his death bed for the next few weeks. Good RP. I enjoyed the nurse's lines they weren't too oversold. Good job on Trevors part. Cody Storm and K.Dangelo for the TV Title is interrupted by Jookie who winds up in the match making it a Triple threat. Great match for sure. I mark for the powerbomb off of the stage to Jookie. He should be done for a while. It comes down to Cody Storm and KD. Great ending. Stoked on Cody wining his first championship in OCW. Making the father proud! KD and DK have a tiny little RP after the match. KD Checks up on Jook making sure he's gone. Whats next? The world title and Smythe. Good angle. I think KD and Smythe is a great match. but the World Title probably aint gonna be in that picture. Back to Trevor… again… Explaining to the nub of a nurse. Main event is just an epic market 5/5 liked every bit about it. Page 6 was an awesome little deal too. Sensation said sorry and got his ass beat again.

hey hey hey.. I smoke weed everyday! ;) Whatchuuu talkin bout straight edge? I play like a flyer more now.. at least in DM's i have been lately. So theres no point to keep my tech stat since I dont have the sub fin anymore, I might as well pop up the speed a little so I can get on the top rope quicker. It just fits better with the playing style. Sucks I can use my tech reversals anymore.. But i didnt even know it did that for the longest time.

I think the Parker/Smythe team up will be a good one. The two together when they bring their A game can do damage no doubt. Apex is falling and for the sake of the group they desperately need a win. Another loss and all fire is gone from Apex. While they claim that titles arent important to maintain on top, winning still is. You boys need to pick it up or Apex will be like a car without gas. Dane's been in a slump recently... We all know this, so Crowe vs Dane will be interesting. I hope Dane pulls out of his slump. I fear for his controller and surrounding objects. Its a tough one to say who I think will win because Dane can be really good when he is on. But for now I have to go with Crowe. Prove me wrong Dane. Cody Storm and KD will probably turn out to be match of the night. Its a true battle of the Tap A game. Which Cody has on lockdown against KD. Based on how Cody has competed against KD in dark matches I see Cody coming out on top. Which is very good for Hostile and Storm. We can have one title under the team. All credit to Cody of course seeing as how he'd be the one playing the match. KD, you had a good run.. But its about time you get a taste of your own medicine buddy. The next match is Jacob Trance vs Flame Retardant... This match will be good. Trance will no doubt give Fearo and Thanatos a good run for their money. But its all about how Trance starts off. If he can get the ball rolling from the beginning of the match and do damage he can come out on top. Its up to Fearo and Thanatos to shut him down from the get go. Mix up their tendencies a little and pray Trance doesn't have a counterfest of a match. But with the connection, who knows. Last but not least, "Your Favourite Canadians" versus Precious Metal. I see this match being the dud of the night. I highly doubt this match may even be done. Its Tiberius Dupree's first match on Riot. Make a statement son. Kick someone in the nuts and scream your name in their face. Pray you don't get trash canned by someone in the locker room. Make yourself known. As for the outcome... Canadians got it in my book. Havent seen em do a whole lot of teaming up but who knows. Do Arnaud and Dupree work good together under pressure? I guess we'll find out.

Sweet I'm looking forward to this. Maybe with a bit different stat system I'll find means to edit my stats around a little to better suite the new signs and fin's I have.
