Stretcher and Submissionist deserve to be totally hammered because of the previously mentioned auto-win. I'd only be in favour of restoring their stats if it was coupled with a kickout limit of some sort. But that raises all sorts of competition based questions and is generally a messy area. Thusly, stat butchering is our best bet.

Well technically Frank Mir can weigh like 260lbs and he's a submissionist fighter. So sub guys can be slow as well. But there should be a LHW sub class to balance this out.

Tech is basically just a balaced class now. Nothing is particularly special. I would rename the technical class since having that extra tech doesn't really do anything. It just doesn't have any advantages or disadvantages. Though I certainly think Showman is overpowered now when compared to tech. All tech has over showman is 5 sub (useless) and 10 tech (useless). Showman has more speed and charisma.

Tech does virtually nothing. Me and Leon just played and I took showman stats and still blocked everything.

Well I just tested it there using the Mayhem caw. Using his chokeslam groggy grapple. SHW = 10 chokeslams to get Trevor limping. HW = 11 chokeslams to get Trevor limping. So SHW does seem to have a slight power advantage over HW even with equal stats. But is it enough to say SHW doesn't get a strength boost when they take a speed hit? I dunno.

On the note that Mayhem is coming out faster than all these light-weight guys perhaps we could look at weight-class variations. Like for example power turns out like this: Power Weight Class: Super Heavyweight For behemoths of muscle who simply overpower their opponents. GRPL: 75 STR: 75 DUR: 75 TEC: 60 SUB: 70 SPD: 70 CHA: 75 Power Weight Class: Heavyweight For behemoths of muscle who simply overpower their opponents. GRPL: 75 STR: 75 DUR: 75 TEC: 60 SUB: 70 SPD: 75 CHA: 75 All we actually need is regulation on the speed. I've been lead to believe by others that durability and strength are self-regulating by weight-class. Like a SHW with 70 strength is actually stronger than a HW with 70 strength. Not entirely sure if that's true but if it is the case then maybe we just need speed variations based on weight class? This would apply to submission also. A HW submissionist would stay slow but a LHW would get a little of their speed back.

I would support that move. Mayhem being faster than LHW Baxter looks like a bit of an error we didn't see happening.

That was the idea. So I can write some "dr cox" type face moments but I have a character that you hate (the nurse) so I can get away with those more arrogant moments while still remaining in the audience's favour.

I seen the possibility of this opinion arising. I tried to balance it a bit in the next RP with the nurse saying she thought I was tipping or something.

The nurse takes some notes in her chart.* Nurse A: What are you watching? *Trevor sighs and pauses the TV again and moves his eyes back to the nurse.* Trevor: OCW Riot, from last week. Nurse A: Again? You’ve watched that all day, every day since you were admitted. Trevor: It’s important. I need to scout people and see why I ended up here. Nurse A: You’re much more committed to your job than the average person I’ll give you that much. *Trevor turns the TV off.* Trevor: This isn’t just a job. This is a way of life. You know that feeling you get when you know you’ve made a difference at the end of your shift? Nurse A: Of course, I’m a nurse. Trevor: Well I get that at the end of every show I do. Everyone that comes to see the show leaves happy and I’ve played some part in that. Then you have guys like APEX… *The nurse looks at him blankly.* Trevor: They’re not very nice men. You have guys like them trying to turn the company in to something it’s not supposed to be, something dark. The company is supposed to bring enjoyment and entertainment to the people, it’s not there to fulfil your own ego. Trevor: Look you have to let me go to the show this week. I can’t lie here and let them win. Nurse A: There is absolutely no way we’re letting you walk out that door. Trevor: What you’re saying is there’s no way I’m getting out of this bed to go to the arena for Riot this week? No way I can walk out? Nurse A: Exactly. Trevor: Then wheel me out. Wheel me to the damn arena in my bed. I am not going to miss this show. I have a duty to fulfil as number one contender to be there. Trevor: I won’t let them run Riot in to the darkness while I sit here and watch. *Shot fades.*

Well I was going for the impression that I wasn't going to be there only to show up and be basically useless and just get my ass kicked. Writing an RP would have taken away that element of doubt over my appearence. Also. Mankind and Rikishi barely sold getting thrown off/through the cell. So showing up this week and being DEAD isn't at all unrealistic. In terms of Ambition. I dislike the concept. I said this before it was actually introduced. Not the fault of any of the guys on the show, most of you are really good and promising guys. But if your work is good enough then it should be showcased on Riot IMO. You shouldn't need to be ringfenced and protected. No matter how much you write, how epic your feuds are, there's always the thought of "yeah but if they were on Riot they'd just get their asses kicked every week." That might not be the case but the thought remains. P.S. Parker might be a cunt but his music rocks.

I agree. Which is why he should try and run something with the title. By having all the titles they've made it really hard for themselves. They need 3 stories.

1. Correct 2. Do we really count his title reign? 3. The title gets more prestige being held by a man in the main event faction than by being passed to some low carder that could lose it at any moment.
